Pretty good, rotation is essentially what allows your entire body to get into specific positions for attacks, as well as create momentum for one. Rotation does not have to be so large, a small amount for a simple punch is all that is needed. Let's say you punch someone with your right hand, at the same time as you are swinging you twist your waist and upperbody towards the same direction of the punch to create momentum.
