"Hello, old friend. Let's get straight to it. Let's begin with some questions. Please tell me the following:
- What is a ninja?
- What is chakra?
- What are the basic five elements?
- What is ninjutsu?
- And, why do you want to learn ninjutsu and why?
I understand this might be a task, but I need to know you understand what everything is"

"What is a Ninja?"

A Ninja or Shinobi is one who endures. A Ninja is one who protects peace from within the shadows. In less metaphorical terms Shinobi are the military might of the 5 great nations. Before Ninja became the main military force behind Lands and Nations, Samurai held that responsibility. However Ninja had more destructive and militaristic abilities suited for large scale warfare, Ninjutsu. Ninjutsu was originally created so that people could understand each other by connecting their spiritual energies, thus achieving true peace, that was the Sage of the Six Path's wishes, but by taking the Spiritual Energy giving to them by Hagoromo and combining it with their own Physical Energy, people could perform powerful and devastating Ninjutsu. And so Hagoromo's Ninshu, the path of understanding had become to be known as Ninjutsu, the path of carnage.

Ninja are usually trained as children in academies, where they are taught the foundations of Ninjutsu, like the Transformation technique or the Shadow Clone technique. They are also taught to become tools, so that their feelings won't interfere with the missions they are assigned. Not all of these rules are known, however the ones that we do know include;

Rule #04. "A shinobi must always put the mission first."
Rule #25. "A shinobi must never show their tears."
Rule #??. "A shinobi must see the hidden meanings within the hidden meanings."
Rule #??. "A shinobi must follow their commander's instructions."
Rule #??. "A shinobi must prepare before it is too late to."
Rule #??. "A shinobi must never show any weakness."

To break these rules carry severe consequences. However some, like Minato, Obito and Kakashi have taught those close to them that these rules should not be absolute, and that those who break the rules may be scum, but those who abandon their comrades are even worse than scum. Naruto Uzumaki has his own Ninja way, to never give up, no matter what. You asked me what a Ninja is. They are more than simply tools, they are more than simple numbers on some roster. They, no, we are the masters of our own power, the masters of Chakra, the masters of the Elements and the most powerful beings to ever exist in such numbers.

"What is Chakra?"

I glossed over this in the last part, but not in great detail. Chakra is created when the Spiritual Energy shared by Hagoromo Otsutsuki and the Physical Energy contained within every living being are molded together and manipulated/ controlled. From there Chakra has a wide variety of uses. Basic Ninjutsu is probably the most diverse of all the subjects a Shinobi can trained in. Technique vary from creating physical clones of people or tools, transforming into people, learning the Rasengan (best Ninjutsu ever lol) and even bringing the dead back to life, however these are only a fraction of the Jutsu one can perform with Ninjutsu. Chakra travels through the body via the Chakra Network, that is so closely interwoven with the human body and it's organs, it's like the circulatory system for blood is for chakra. Along the chakra network there are 361 pressure points that control the flow of chakra, and there are people, like the Hyuuga, that can attack these points with pin point accuracy, disabling the body's ability to let chakra flow. Because of how close chakra is to the organs and how the body works, disabling the body's ability to channel chakra or running out of chakra can lead to the body shutting down, which is why some people try to master control of their chakra so that they don't waste any needlessly. Kakashi taught this to Naruto and Sasuke with the Tree Climbing Exercise. In the Ten Tails Revival Arc Obito used the Shinju to suck the chakra out of Ninja and Samurai, killing them in the process, while this was an extreme example, it shows that Chakra is more than a means to Jutsu, it's like one's life blood.

"What are the basic five elements?"

Really hard... Oh, you want more? Okay. The basic 5 are changes in Chakra Nature that are the result of one controlling their chakra and adding a special "attribute" to the chakra. For example, Earth Style is a very sturdy Element and it's solid nature requires the user to be focused on the same principles, sturdiness and solidity. Water Style requires fluidity and peace of mind. Fire Release needs to be superheated, usually in the stomach or lungs. Lightning Release requires a high degree of vibration and Wind Release has you grind your chakra together, creating a fine sharp blade. That is a basic assessment of the 5 Chakra Natures. :)

"What is Ninjutsu?"

I covered this back in "Chakra" but in the simplest terms it's the act of using one's Chakra to perform Physical Jutsu, these cover a wide array of techniques. It's creation was originally meant to bring people closer together and was based on Hagoromo's Ninshu, but was militarized by humans and became Ninjutsu. I've already covered this and I feel like I'm repeating myself now so I'll just move on.

"Why do you want to learn Ninjutsu?"

My reasons should be clear. I wish to learn some of the most universal and helpful techniques that I can. Anything that helps me become stronger will help me on my journey. The goal of my journey involves some wickedly awesome eyes and abilities to match and perhaps the privilege of standing where you are standing, teaching others as much as I can before my time runs out. Why do I want to learn Ninjutsu? That's easy. I want to be like you, it won't be easy though. First thing is Ninjutsu. Then I have to find a liquor store and drink it... Then I have to pull off an insult as bad as "assbutt" and make it look like an accomplishment. No problem...

Utterly correct. All of it.

"So, just to get into this thing. I want you to try and gather your chakra in the palm of your hand. Sounds simple enough right? "

We're you expecting less? Sorry but that's not how I fly. :snick:

"What is this, kiddie time at the academy...? Fine."

I start by focusing my mind on a single point, obviously on my hand. I focus on the center of my palm as it is one of the easiest areas to gather chakra since there are several Tenketsu (Chakra Points) in the hand. As I focus on where I want to gather the chakra, I focus on how I achieve this. By molding the Physical Energy found in every cell in my body with the Spiritual Energy that comes from the center of the abdomen, where the spirally part of the Chakra Pathway is, I create and mold together chakra. With the where and how achieved I focus on the why. I simply wish to gather the chakra in my hand and let it pool there, I don't need to change it's form or it's nature, I just need it to gather in my hand. With all of this achieved my hand faintly glows a deep blue, simply because the chakra is pooling in my hand and the excess is "overflowing" from my hand, creating this faint light.

"Like this, right? You know I can handle this basic stuff right?"

Just because I refenced the Tenketsu and the Chakra Pathway System, here is a diagram, because why not make the post longer?

Yeah, I prefer the template. At the very least it shows all parts of the technique I have to break down and describe. Remember how I broke down the Flying Swallow technique in Tai? Sure, I was descriptive, but it lacked a basic structure. I kinda just typed what popped into my head about the technique, so it was kind of all over the place. So, yeah, Template. :D

You like one of the two only people I know that enjoys the template. xD

Anyway time to get started! With low rank nin, I post two techniques at a time, why you ask? Cause it is long ass list of techniques, hope you don't mind.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.

This one is rather simple but the range is lame, with this one I want you to gather some chakra in your mouth and then use shape manipulation on the chakra to form chakra needles that you will spit at my clone using your great accuracy. This technique seems like it would come in rather good use if you are of course within range of your target.

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:20
Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

With this one, take out two of those giant windmill shurikens, and with the first one throw it towards your target, as soon as you let go of the first shuriken you will throw the second one to hide in the shadow of the first one you threw. This technique can get your target by surprise, and range isn't bad or so.

In Katon, near the end, ReXii had me do 3 techniques at a time, since we'd been Training for about 9 months. He was inactive for short periods, so to make it up we did 3 techniques at time. So now you know I can keep up with at least 3 tech's at a time. ;)

One/three advantages:
  • Tobirama recently displayed the best way to use this technique. He may have been impaled a few times, but that doesn't matter. While his body was immobilized by Madara's Black "Willpower"/ Rinnegan rods, he spat them at Madara aiming for vital points on Madara's body, mainly the neck and head. Because of the speed of the needles Madara had to resort to using Susano'o, since he had no other way to block them. The lesson to learn is that even though they are literally the first Ninjutsu technique, when used in the right way, they can even potentially kill Madara Uchiha.
  • In addition to what I said, there are a few things about the technique that are worthy of note, namely the fact that they are spat from the mouth, no one would expect that in the middle of a Close Range engagement. Plus they are pretty small, so the defense against them has to either be pin point or large, like, Susano'o's arm large. They're also pretty fast, shown through Madara's defense of them. When Shizune used them, Kabuto barely had time to react either, only strengthening the fact they are fast.
One/three disadvantages:
  • They are still only small needles, despite how useful and quick they are, they are still basic tools shot from the mouth with chakra.
  • I agree with you, the range does suck... Shizune was further than 5m from Kabuto when she shot them, but I guess techniques like this still need limitations. :(
How you would use it in battle: Tobirama used it best, when the opponent thinks they've won and their guard is down, strike vital points. Anything from the eyes, the neck, the heart, even arteries are extremely delicate areas and will cause the target severe problems if they're hit.

How you would counter it: You have to see the needles coming, but as shown in the Manga, Tobirama went from an innocent smile to firing 5 needles within seconds. If you have a Doujutsu it would help, but other than that, paying attention to the opponents facial expression is key. I mean, preparing dangerous sharp needles in your mouth? You have to pull a face or something.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I should note, you say the needles are made via shape manipulation, but when Shizune pulled this off, those needles that were fired at Kabuto were definitely steel/ metal. They even went *plink* as they were blocked by the metal on Kabuto's headband. I know it's an absurd theory, but I think they're prepared beforehand and maybe stored in the throat, the description even supports this by saying "to call forth needles into their mouth" implying that they're already stored in the user, the words "call forth" especially., it doesn't say anything about making the needles, but enough speculation. :)

I gather chakra in my mouth, focusing it around my lips. As I do I somehow procure a set of Senbon, don't ask me how, and I set them up in my mouth. By infusing them with the chakra I gathered I will be able to shoot them from my mouth at a great speed, as well as allowing them to target a specific area in numbers. I shoot the needles out of my mouth, aiming for your clones heart. They connect and pierce deep into the clone, and it goes *poof*. If I were to target an actual human there, the result would be the same. The heart probably being the most delicate, certainly the most essential organ in the human body, that's why I targeted that area. Anyway, with the technique performed I move onto the next one.

One/three advantages:
  • Sasuke Uchiha was able to perform this particular jutsu several times and showed it's worth. In "The Lost Episode" they fight Rogue Ninja from the Hidden Waterfall and other Villages, Sasuke dispatched several of these Rogues with this Technique. Then against Itachi he used this in conjunction with a rigged Demon Wind Shuriken, allowing him to get the better of Itachi.
  • Besides that I can see myself using this in conjunction with other Ninjutsu, like the one Danzo uses, I will elaborate later. :)
One/three disadvantages:
  • It's a basic technique that only really requires good timing on your part.
  • Besides that it's a good technique. :)
How you would use it in battle: In the advantages I mentioned using it with Hanzo's Ninjutsu technique. What I mean is the one he used to cover the ground he stood on with Explosive Tags. Combine that with this and a Rigged Demon Wind Shuriken. Not only are you deceiving your opponent with the Shadow Shuriken, you are increasing the blast radius of the tags with the Rigged Shuriken and maybe even piercing the opponent with the same Shuriken. Not a bad plan eh? Besides that I guess there are a ton of ways you can combine just this one technique with other, but techniques like the Shadow Shuriken Clone Technique are too obvious. The key to this is deceiving the target into thinking there is one, if you make clones of the first and second ones the opponent will see the large number of Shuriken and defend accordingly, unlike with just the two, the opponent will try to defend from the first and possibly get killed by the second.

How you would counter it: The trick is to see the second shuriken coming. Itachi was able to do this by crouching down, close to the ground, you can make out the second one with ease. Since you can't dodge Jutsu in the RP the same way Itachi did, the best approach is to simply overpower the incoming Shuriken. That way you are defending from them and attacking at the same time.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull two massive, oddly shaped Shuriken from nowhere, probably my ass, and I proceed to open them both at the same time, one on top of the other. From almost any angle it would appear that I only have one Shuriken. I then throw both of them at the same time, at the clone you must have made cause I don't want to kill you Sensei... We only just started. I'll kill you when we get to A-Ranks... Your clone throws one of the same Shuriken to counter the top one, that he can see. That one is stopped in it's tracks, but the second one still carves straight through your clone. Before the usual *poof* you clone looks like one of the following. Now, here's that Million Dollar Question. Which one?

A) The robot from Aliens.
B) Anakin Skywalker from Revenge of the Sith.
C) Madara after Sasuke cut him in half.
D) Any person in Final Destination.

I don't know if it matters or not, but a few D-Rank techniques have the wrong Chakra info. I double checked with the Custom Jutsu Thread and D-Ranks are supposed to cost 10 Chakra, but there are a few that say 15, like the Shadow Shuriken technique. I know if it's wrong it should be reported to Scorps, but I dunno if that's the way they're meant to be.

God dayum. >_>

Ah, I can mention them to Scorps in sensei HQ at some point. xD

(Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user will create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents and swirl around them causing confusion. The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.

Now, I want you to gather you chakra and release it around my clone, then use shape manipulation on the chakra to form them into a swarm of sakura's petals. Then proceed to control the petals, swirl them around my clone; blocking the clones vision, allowing you to attack him from any direction, how ever you want. You have to be within close range of your target, which is a bummer for this.

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

Okay; Take out about 10 kunai with pouches attached to the end of the kunais, put a bunch of small explosive notes in each of the pouches, and then throw them all at once, as soon as they get close to my clone the pouches explode leaving a bunch of explosive notes laying around the clone, then I want you to throw one final kunai with an active explosive note on the said kunai, and then throw it towards my clone; the burning note will ignite all the others on the ground and around my clone causing a huge explosion.

ANOTHER creepy as all hell avatar? Who is that, Zoidberg? (V) (*,,,,*) (V)

One/three advantages:
  • For one it blinds the target for the turn it is used. I have no idea why but to me that seems op for a D-Rank Genjutsu. Oh the ways I can abuse this power to attack my foes. :snick: (Jk, but still. Blindness? DAMN!!)
  • For what it's worth, the technique is very masculine. >_> Like... Big Bro Kamina level masculine. <_<
  • It would easily blend in well with other Sakura Petal techniques, like the Wind Release technique that Fukka used against Naruto in the Sora filler arc. Or the Genjutsu she & that Kunoichi from the Crescent Moon movie used.
  • In addition to that, it's an easy way to confuse your target long enough for you to land a killing blow.
One/three disadvantages:
  • The technique is restricted to close range, on top of that, according to , it requires 2 seals, Snake → Tiger, for it to be used. That's a bit difficult to pull off, especially if you're in spitting distance of your opponent.
  • For all it's appeal, your still only surrounding your opponent with petals, which don't do anything but conceal your presence, your opponent can still unleash an omni-directional attack and deal damage to you, I'll elaborate more in the counters section.
How you would use it in battle: Simple, since it can only be used to conceal your movements in close range, it's best suited for assassination-like strikes that kill in one blow. Other than that it's a good set up for moves that are difficult to pull off like Dancing Leaf Shadow.

How you would counter it: Since the opponent has to be within close range to use this, and since your surrounded from all directions, the best course of action is to use an omnidirectional attack, or an attack that covers as wide a range as possible. That way you have a severely increased chance of hitting your target, and dispelling the jutsu.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): This one was tricky. I thought it was the technique that pink haired chick used in the 3rd Naruto Movie, the Crescent Moon Kingdom one, but after I looked at the Jutsu online it was actually used by Ino in one of the PS2 games. Thing is, they are basically identical, but I guess it doesn't matter. They're both basically the same technique, just used in different outlets. Just checked, that one was actually a ... Lol... Fail.

I run at your clone as I gather chakra in my hands and weave together the seals Snake → Tiger. Once I have done so I release basic chakra into the air around myself and your clone. This chakra surrounds your clone and I use Shape Manipulation to make the chakra take the form of super masculine flower petals. Once again using my chakra I cause the petals to swirl around your clone as I run past your clone and perform a sneak attack from behind. The petals distract the target while I am free to strike from any direction and angle. Cool. :D

One/three advantages:
  • The technique was shown to cover a wide radius and is probably the best way to utilize explosive tags in large numbers.
  • The smaller tags were only detonated when a different type of explosive tag was used, meaning that they only detonate with an external force. That can be handy or a hindrance depending on the situation.
  • Surprisingly it covers a wide area, an explosion in Short - Mid Range is pretty good for a D-Rank.
One/three disadvantages:
  • Just as you can use these tags to blast the opponent to pieces, they can make it back fire with a simple quick Fire Release technique, or even a free form explosive tag. You need to be careful when using this if you don't want to get hit by your own technique.
  • If used in Close Range, you will most assuredly take some damage from the backlash. When Sakura used this she was Long Range from the Ninja and the explosion was rather large, so using this in Close Range is asking for it.
How you would use it in battle: I can't see any way this can be used in a creative manner. It's best to simply cover your tracks with a Genjutsu and blow the opponent up with this technique.

How you would counter it: If you can blow the tags away before the opponent throws the final tag, or stop the opponent from throwing that tag, you decrease the odds of the tags being used. Besides that using a Water or Earth technique to defend the explosion is advised.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

"I'll do you one better. I won't just use this technique. I'll... Well. You'll see..."

I pull out several Kunai, each with those tiny bags overflowing with small explosive tags, and hold them in the spaces between my fingers. I take out one final Kunai with a single, prepared explosive tag and stick it in my mouth as I activate my Sharingan. A single Tomoe fills my eyes as I prepare my "performance".

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30 (-10 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate Chakra's from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain access to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of Sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

I leap into the air above your clone and flip my body so that my head is the closest part of my body to the ground and my feet are aiming for the heavens, while in this position I am spinning at a rapid rate. I release several of the Kunai at the feet of your clone, the sheer force with which I threw them caused the small bags to violently burst, releasing their contents into the air around your clone. With the remaining kunai I split the bags in the air above your clone and land where I leapt off the ground. In a blink I leap away from your clone as I pull the kunai from my mouth and casually toss it in front of your clone. In a matter of seconds the tags all explode in a vibrant and violent display of the true nature of Ninja Tools.

"Man, I got sloppy there.

I guess I'll have to practice a bit more."

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:15 (-5 per turn)
Damge Points:N/A
Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

With this one, by looking at an animal it will temporarily bind them in place for a short amount of time, allowing you to run or attack your target, this is a good technique to bind a summoning the target is using; so you don't have to worry about the summoning for that short amount of time, the animal will feel as they are being held down by steel ropes. But you have to stay focused on the targets you are binding. This can be broken by brute force.

Summons two small animals for each of you to bind.

(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

This is the more powerful on of the latter, you stare at my clones, giving off the intention that you want to brutishly kill them, they will become paralysed; but there are some factors to think off, being two levels higher then your target will only feel a dark presence and maybe enough for them to drop their weapon, but if there is more then two levels difference, the target will be frozen in place and unable to move, the shorter the range the more effective the technique is.

Octodad? What even is that? 0__o

One/three advantages:
  • It works on Summons. When fighting something that can be the size of a house, it's nice to know you have a Jutsu that can temporarily paralyze them.
  • There is nothing else about this of note really. Only works on Animals, summon or no.
One/three disadvantages:
  • You must remain focused on the intended target, since it will be an animal your human opponent will have a chance of defeating you while you are preoccupied with their summon/ a random animal.
  • Like with the Advantages, there isn't much worthy of note. :/
How you would use it in battle: Only way to use this is against summons, and even then it isn't very effective against Giant summons, so when using this the user will have to remain vigilant.

How you would counter it: No need to counter it myself, but when used on my summon I assume it works the same way Sasuke broke free of Orochimaru's Killing Intent. Override the fear with pain and the summon should be able to move. It even states using brute force can cause the technique to break.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): *Watches as you summon two Animals I can paralyze*

"A duck and a bunny? Okay..."

I look at the rabbit and the duck and concentrate, in other words, my staring intensifies... I gather chakra in my body and release it in the form of a wave of energy that causes the animals to reel and become paralyzed. Or so I thought... The rabbit stared at me with a look of fury and leapt at me, aiming for my jugular!!

One/three advantages:
  • This technique instills primal fear into any who gaze in your direction, that alone gives this technique bragging rights. I'm glad I'm Sannin Rank so I can only ever be 2 Ranks below someone now... >_>
  • The technique can be used from any range, even though its effects are lessened the further you are it's still nice to know it can be used at a distance.
  • It's cool that you don't even need Hand Seals for a technique that can paralyze someone weaker and instill doubt in someone of a similar rank.
One/three disadvantages:
  • The stronger your opponent the less effective and since I'm still relatively new, I have all the killing intent and malicious presence of a fluffy kitten wearing mittens and rolling around in yarn... *Meow*
  • That's all I can think of that can count as a disadvantage, being weaker than the target.
How you would use it in battle: I think it's best used in Close - Mid Range, where it's most effective against someone who's trying to perform seals, you use this to cause them to doubt their move and strike. Since you have to be focused on honing your Killing Intent, you can't combine this with other Jutsu, even Taijutsu I guess cause they still require some focus, since no one can swing blindly and call it an attack.

How you would counter it: Hard to say. If it's the lessened version simply using pain to override the fear should work, as for the stronger version the technique says you can use your own Killing Intent to counter, I guess that would be the best counter. If you can't move from fear, you can't perform Jutsu, but all this requires is focus, and Killing Intent doesn't direct focus, in fact now that I think about it, you'd be on edge, so you'd be more focused than before, making countering with Killing Intent simpler.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

After wrestling the rabbit to the ground I walk up to your clones and simply stare at them, focusing the entirety of my intent to kill at them... Not much happens, fluffy kitten, remember? So to remedy this, I summon two Snakes from my sleeves and have them wrap around your clones. With another stare your clones actually feel something. Maybe it's just gas though. I'm not good enough to actually make you fear me am I?

Rank: A
Type: Offensive/ Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user extends Large snakes from their sleeves, which then coil around the target/s and then binds them. With the further addition of the users murderous intent they then can weaken their targets resolve and temporarily paralyze them in place.
Note: Must be able to summon Snakes

Well done next:

(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Okay; so with this one I want you to either throw a smoke bomb down near your feet to allow you both to escape from me, hide behind a tree or something. It doesn't actually have to be a smoke bomb, it can be anything, mist, sand even leaves. Seems like a simple technique to use if you need to retreat or something. Just a note, this cannot be used in battle. But I still have to teach you anyway.

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.

With this one, perform the one seal. This will allow you to project your voice in a different area, to hide your team-mates and yourself from the opponents; seems like a more used technique in the NW then the Battle area. But that could just be me. Range is nice too.

You know, I thought I heard something about it a few months ago, but never checked it until you linked it there. Honestly, it doesn't look my kind of thing. Guess you need a PC/ Laptop worth an actual damn to have an interest in PC Games. U_U

One/three advantages:
  • This technique allows a person to make a silent entrance with nothing but their base speed. While it's usually accompanied by some form of distraction, eg: leaves, smoke bomb etc, it doesn't change the fact that it's a great technique.
  • Shisui Uchiha's fighting Style will shed light on how this technique may be used in close quarters engagements in the upcoming Naruto Storm game for consoles. I for one can't wait cause what I've seen so far looks epic. U_U
  • This technique, if it weren't unusable in battles that is, would be the perfect technique for quick and silent kills so long as the user's presence isn't known. Shisui was so proficient with the technique that when he used it, it appeared as though his entire presence was wiped out. In the recent Filler Arc Shisui used this to communicate with Itachi and was able to instantly use it to disappear in case someone happened to pass by, showing it has more uses than simplistic battle implications.
One/three disadvantages:
  • Due to misuse and abuse of the technique, or at least some people's interpretation of it, the technique has been banned in battles, most likely for forever. That sucks. Nothing else can be said as bad about this, just the common misconception that the technique allows for instantaneous transformation, when it's more like... Really, really, really fast body movements, but the user doesn't receive the usual benefits of moving that fat, like increased momentum for Taijutsu or heat from rapid movement or anything like that.
How you would use it in battle: You can't... But if I could, it would be as I described above, to either silently eliminate a troublesome target in a fast manner or to assist in Taijutsu related combat. (Since the technique isn't teleportation, it can't allow the user to pass through techniques like say the FTG, but it can allow the user to change their position in a quick manner.)

Say A is you, B is a Fireball and C is your enemy. Space Time Techniques like FTG can get you from A -> C instantly, but Body Flicker has to go from A -> B -> C. You can't pass through the Fireball but you can, perhaps, go around it or above it, since the Body Flicker Wiki page includes "elevation" in it's description, it makes sense that you could perhaps go above it, but since you still need to kick off the ground to move, even with Body Flicker, you would still be in a tricky situation, you'd be in mid air, but this is all hypothetical. :)

How you would counter it: Tough to say. Since anyone using it will appear to move from place to place instantly, they would be hard to hit, an omnidirectional attack, preferably one with a Range longer than short would ensure that the user would have a decent chance of hitting the target, even if they were using Body Flicker. Another case is to simply do the same. Move so fast with the Body Flicker that the enemy can't get a read on you.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I gather chakra throughout my entire body and focus it, preparing for a full body burst. As I do I subtly take a smoke bomb out of my pocket. As my chakra is ready I drop the bomb and use the chakra to allow rapid movement of my, usually sluggish, body. Using the smoke and the fast movements from the Body Flicker, I am successfully able to hide and conceal my presence, making the use of this next technique all the better. :)

Images of rapid movements in action.

One/three advantages:
  • Useful for making a grand entrance? That's about it though...
One/three disadvantages:
  • Honestly, I can see the general consensus about this technique and that is that it's nigh useless. Chances are anyone you engage will already know you are there/ coming and the technique won't be worth a damn or they simply won't care enough to be intimidated or confused about the voice coming from another direction from where you presently are.
How you would use it in battle: I probably won't. It has no proper practical battle uses. It's not even a worthy distraction, if you're already engaged in battle, the opponent will have to have a clear line of start from the beginning of the fight. From there whatever happens is down to the individuals fighting, but the fact remains, the only time I can think this would have practical battle uses is when you are using Hiding Like a Mole and you want to mess with your opponent.

How you would counter it: There is literally no need to counter a technique that allows a voice to be projected. This should be renamed as "Ventriloquist-No-Jutsu". XD

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Still hidden from view, I gather chakra and perform the Ram Hand seal. Using the chakra I gathered I begin to speak, allowing the chakra to "carry" my voice to another location, giving you the impression I am over there. Then I leap out of the tree and the whole point falls flat. After a small awkward silence we continue with the training. :)

Lol, that second one was a funny read. xD

Well done.

(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense.
Tactic:Best used with Hidden Mist jutsu.

This technique makes you silent so by sending chakra to your whole body it makes you able to move without a sound, so go behind my clone and slice his thought with your kunai, you can use this technique one it's own, but by using Hidden Mist technique it will double your chances of getting him..

(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 10
Description: A simple ninja technique in which the user deploys a smoke bomb and is used to lay down the makibishi undercover so that the enemy target will not notice. This technique is used to cause some damage and slow the enemy target down when they stand on them.

Okay with this grab out about ten or so Makibishi spikes, as well as a smoke drop, I then want you to throw the smoke bombs and place all the Makibishi spikes around your target, so when the target steps on them, it will stick to their feet and slow them down.

One/three advantages:
  • The technique states it can kill an opponent before they can even mount a defense. While I'm sure Ranks and such come into the equation, you can't deny that it's a very useful Jutsu, being able to kill anyone you're faster than in an instant. It's like a restricted version of the Body Flicker that works better with a shroud of some sort to drop visibility.
  • For an insta-kill technique it has decent range, Mid Range is usually where most fights start, so you're already within range, but I'm assuming that the closer you are, the more effective the technique is.
  • As I said earlier it works best with something that reduces vision. I would love to use this (with a clone) in conjunction with the Misty Blade Dance Technique Kabuto used. Not only are you dropping the targets vision, your using a clone and getting in range before they know it. From there you could do things like pull out 2 kunai and create a spark and watch as your clone and the target are engulfed by the pretty fireworks display. I can also see this being used with the Burning Ash Technique, but that actually harms you so i don't know if a clone could withstand that.
One/three disadvantages:
  • If your opponent can sense or otherwise predict your approach they can take steps necessary to catch you off guard. What I mean is that you use this technique to get in close to the target, and the move is restricted by those rules. You can't use it to escape, and so the opponent could say create a bunch of earthen spears for you to be impaled on or other such lovely thoughts. So when using this technique to get in close, remember you must be sure they can't sense you or predict where you'll be, or you'll be in trouble.
How you would use it in battle: I gave a few examples in the Advantages section. :)

How you would counter it: There aren't many ways to counter it. If you are resorting to a counter it chances are the person you are fighting is of equal or greater rank and therefore the same speed or faster, meaning you can't mount a defense in the required time. If you are caught like this (with your pants down), the only way I can see to escape it is using the Substitution Technique. Besides that, if you can predict the opponents moves, with say the Sharingan if the Hidden Mist Technique isn't used and Byakugan if it is, then you could use a omnidirectional attack to try catch the target. Having Sensory abilities helps too.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I'll do both of the techniques at the same time. I think I have a way of making it look cool. ;)

One/three advantages:
  • It's used to slow down the opponent by sticking them with a bunch of small spikes. While it's simple it will definitely restrict movement, making it effective in Close Range engagements.
One/three disadvantages:
  • I don't see why this needs to be a Jutsu. One could just say they carry Ninja Spikes in their tool pouches and save themselves the hassle of expending chakra for a basic technique.
How you would use it in battle: I probably won't and if I do use spikes I'll probably just state them as a normal tool, that way it won't count as one of the 3 Jutsu per turn. The applications are simple though. Spread them at the feet of your target and somehow make them step on them or land on them in such a way that they are cut/ stuck with the spikes. One could lay these at the feet of the opponent and then use a Wind Style technique, like the one used by the Ninja in the Naruto Shippuden Movie, the one that creates a cyclone. The target and the spikes will get caught up in the suction and the opponent will be shredded by the large quantity of spikes buffering against them at the speed of a cyclone.

How you would counter it: It's easy to blow them away with wind or simply alter the ground to clear a path, but those include using Elemental Chakra which takes time. Its easier just to be smart. These spikes will only harm you if you step on them. Why not just shuffle your feet along the ground until your out of the area of the spikes? It may be free form but it makes sense dammit. xD

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I start by creating a cover in which your clones won't be able to see me until it's too late. I gather chakra in my lungs and change the nature of the chakra to water by focusing on the aspects of Water. Thoughts of free flowing movement and tranquility allow my chakra to take on a Water Nature. I then breath this Water Chakra out with the breath from my lungs in the form of a thick mist.

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

From there I stop channeling Water Style chakra and simply let my chakra become neutral. I gather a large amount throughout my body and, by remembering where you and your clones were, I use the Silent Homicide technique to approach your clones at an incredible speed. I appear behind the first clone and, as per instructed, I slit it's throat.

Rank: D

As your first clone dissipates from having it's throat slit, your second clone would no doubt react to the noise and by proxy, know my approximate location. I pull out some spikes, that conveniently appeared in my ninja pouch a few seconds ago. With the cover of the mist and the knowledge of your second clones general location, I toss these spikes at his feet. As soon as the spikes land, I drop down to the ground and kick your clones legs in a sweeping motion, thereby knocking it off it's feet. My kick lands on your clone and it's legs go *clank*. It lands on the spikes I placed and the pain from which causes the clone to dissipate.

With the techniques performed and with me awaiting the next techniques the Mist conveniently disappears.

"Uh... Your legs were... You aren't a robot are you? I'd hate for you to go all T-1000 on me."

Dayum. That was something else. o_O

(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.

Simple as they come, I will hand you this black rope, I want you to infuse your chakra into the rope, then tie up my clone with the chakra infused rope, having the chakra in the rope, makes it harder for the clone to escape from. I don;t think I have even seen anyone use this technique.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage N/A
Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them without being dispelled or released. Doujutsu can see through these clones as unlike Shadow Clones, they are intangible and lack any form of chakra circulatory system, chakra flow, etc; they are simple images made by chakra. They cannot do harm to any enemy but can be used to communicate and distract the enemies. The clones can be created anywhere within the users sensory field.

With this one, I want you to send out some chakra around you, and shape the chakra into a Haze clone of yourself, these are different to normal clones because these ones don't do any damage, and if attack the person will just go though them. They are good, if you are using Hiding like a mole, or use them in conjunction with actual shadow clones.

One/three advantages:
  • It's hidden until you use it to tie up the opponent.
  • It looks like it can be used to hold the target in place long enough for you to land a blow.
One/three disadvantages:
  • The ambiguous way it's described leaves a lot to the imagination, for you and the opponent alike. But in the end it just looks like simple rope colored black.
  • It's Short Range, so it'll be difficult to pull off if you don't have a plan in mind.
How you would use it in battle: I don't think I will. In the end you are simply tying the target up in rope, there are many techniques I can think of that can destroy the rope in seconds. Yeah you can take advantage of those seconds, but in the grand scale it isn't much. Uses are simple, keep your target in one place while you try to land another technique. It's not that good.

How you would counter it: There are plenty of ways to counter this technique as it's just rope that constricts you. You could burn through it, cut it, wear it out, pretty much just use any technique suitable for destroying rope. It needs to be quick and most likely require no seals as the rope is hidden at your feet, but something quick will take care of it, easy peasy.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather chakra in my hands and pull some rope out of nowhere. This rope is colored black, probably with some kind of dye or something. I drop a smoke bomb and prepare the rope to ensnare your clone by infusing it with my chakra. I prepare a trap that will catch your clones feet and hoist him up using a tree, the fact that the rope was clearly visible, being black as night, made it all the more idiotic. I then call over to your clone...

"Hey, Clone-Sensei-Senpai-San-Sama-Kuuuuuun. Looks like someone dropped some Ryo over here."

Your clone could obviously see through my cheap facade, but for the sake of the training it endured the blatant stupidity. It walks over to the "dropped Ryo" and gets caught by my obvious and idiotic trap. I have a laugh inside and cut your clone down by tossing a Kunai at the rope.

One/three advantages:
  • Is used to wear the opponents down and let you kill them, while nobody on the Base will fall for this, it does grant the user a nice chance for confusing the opponent and maybe even attacking them from a blind spot.
  • I don't know about this, but if you can use other Jutsu while this is active, it makes a very good diversionary technique.
  • It can create clones up to Long Range which can be very handy when used properly.
One/three disadvantages:
  • These clones don't do damage or physically interact to the opponent in any way, meaning that after trying to attack the first one the opponent will catch on to the Jutsu.
  • If you are hiding amongst the clones and the opponent releases a omnidirectional attack, you're going to be in trouble if you can't counter.
How you would use it in battle: The only way it can be used. To provide confusion in the opponent while attacks are launched from hidden locations. Using tools is probably the best bet for not getting caught, but the only person to ever kill anyone with just a tool was Madara Uchiha, but he was only kicking fodder ass.

How you would counter it: You have to attack one of the clones to realize that the clones aren't tangible. After that you have to be wary of incoming attacks from any and all directions. Once you have a general idea of where the opponent is attacking from you just have to keep attacking them until they dispel the jutsu.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I gather chakra throughout my body, focusing it and releasing it into the area around me. This chakra is then molded into my shape and given my dashing good looks. As time passes the number of clones increase, as your clones view of the original "me" is lessened until all that's left is a sea of devilishly handsome clones. With no way to interact with you, the clones just stare, real creepy like. Look out, it's the Ninja's of the Corn!!

(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.

Grab out a Demon Wind Shuriken from there throw it towards my clone, as it is racing towards him I want you to use your chakra and make the Demon Wind Shuriken massively grow, the Demon Wind Shuriken should hit my clone, heavily wounding him.

(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai) - Ninja Art: Arrival Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release several barrages of kunai at their opponent.

I don;t see the point of this technique when you can do it freeform, but. All I want you to is grab out about a dozen or two dozen kunai from your pouch and then barrage my clone with said kunai.
