Leaf Great Whirlwind. Its great its just too specific for my taste I would use it but its only when theire is no way the opponent can counter. Since it requires a specific series of actions.

Fair enough then.
I'd say that's enough for C-ranks, then. Oh, one more thing; I'm still a bit interested in you having no least favorites so please describe a situation wherein you would use these two techniques:
(Naruto Rendan) - Naruto Barrage
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description:After making 4 clones they attack with kicks that launch the foe into the sky and the original hits the enemy on the shoulder sending them flying back to the ground.

(Shishi Rendan) - Lions Barrage
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.
You said Kage Buyo would function as a substitute, but still.

1. I'd say the first technique is useful due to the clones, they provide a little security due to the fact the opponent isn't aware of who the opponent really is. However that requires a certain amount of chakra

2. This technique is simply dependent on the user's physical speed and prowess. If it were a higher rank user using it on a lower rank ninja, of course in this case it would be helpful vice versa not so much.

You have to create the clones yourself...
Eh, do I sound like I dislike Naruto Barage? Because I really dislike it.

Anyway, B-ranks. Lots of fun stuff here. Pick out a favorite and analyze it.

I was originally looking for techniques that were simple but this caught my eye.

(Hien) - Flying Swallow
Rank:B
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: An addition-line technique that augments the killing power of a blade like a kunai or sword by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be a Herculean task. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron (C rank or below). The user slashes then in a fury of punches of a 18 hit combo

Not only can you raise the power of a weapon, turn yourself into a weapon but you can also increase it's range. That along with the fact that you have the freedom to dictate how you attack 18 TIMES!

Yup, yup and yup, but by utilizing chakra this technique becomes a pseudo-Ninjutsu, in that you cannot combine this with other Ninjutsu. Still, a good and versatile attack, wind-infused no less.
There's one other such technique, chakra reliant that is, on the B-list. Raijin - Zeus. Tell me about the technique.

Simple technique where the user infuses lightning chakra into their palm to throw the opponent into the sky. I like how simple it is but does it have any paralyzing effects. Because knocking the opponent into the sky might give the opponent an opportunity to attack.

It does not seem to have any 'real' paralyzing effects, but if your punching him into the air gives your opponent a chance to attack then you simply have not punched hard enough.

The B-Rank list is also home to this technique:

(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection Method
Rank: B
Type: Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

Tell me a little about this one.

Its an good technique, it allows one to attack and defend at the same time. However it requires two limbs. So it probably is best to use it in a one on one battlw. If the opponent is using clones it would leave you vulnerable for an attack. But since it breaks the bone it would put the attacking limb out of commission.

True, but most manoeuvres other than punches and similar require both hands. Just gotta be fast.

Anyway, losts of punches and stuff, but there are also some interesting kicks on the list. Like this:

(Konoha Gōriki Senpū ) - Leaf Strong Whirlwind
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: A taijutsu using a combination of speed and power. The essence of this technique is concentrated in a spinning back kick, with such speed that makes it hard to follow the user's movement, smashing his enemy with overwhelming strength. This is a more Powerful leaf great whirlwind.

Tell me what you think :)

It's a simple technique that focuses on a combination of speed and power, despite it's simplicity though the spinning motion I assume combined with it's speed makes it hard to follow. Which means this technique is great for when the opponent is dazed, or use this technique suddenly, change the pace of the battle to your benefit. I'd definitely use it.

Right? High-powered spinning back kick with some freedom of movement. It's a nice technique.
Last one before we summarize:

(Konoha Kaiganshō) - Leaf Rock Destroying Rise
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: A taijutsu technique where the user smashes their elbow into their opponent using the other arm as support. It deals a powerful blow to the target and as the name suggests, is even strong enough to destroy rock formations.
The ability to destroy rock, i.e Doton techniques. Taijutsu can sometimes be used against physical elements, as described here. Tell me what you think.

I would probably use this whrn the opponent uses some time of doton defense or armor, to break through and deal damage to them as well. I don't know if this works on steel to9, but since you said physical elements I will assume so. Definetly a great taijutsu attack then can even take on elemental ninjutsu.

Alright let's go.

Yosamu tosses the student a scroll. "Konoha Daisenkō is described flawlessy here, and I don't need to go into any detail about how it works. I want you to perform it on my clone standing over here riiiiight about...now."

A clone of hismelf poofs into the training dojo, looking lost as ever. "Points if you can catch him off guard," he whispered.

(Konoha Daisenkō) - Leaf Great Flash
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Charka cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Similar to Tsunade’s Sky leg but the user user charges at their opponent and unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the head that will send their opponent flying away.

"OH MY GOD! What's that up there?!?" Mugen wails pointing at the ceiling, as the targets clone looks upwards Mugen throws a rock at his at his adams apple dazing him, as he charges forward he leaped into the air extending his leg aiming directly at the opponents face. As the kicking landed the opponent was launched away from his position with such force that he instantly dissipated. "How's that Mr. Uchiha?"

EDIT: Slight misconception on my part. That being said. Well done.

Next we have Raijin, an elemental Taijutsu technique involving lightning. This is originally the 4th Raikage's technique.

(Raijin) - Zeus
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will strike the target into the air with a lightning infused uppercutting palm attack.

Simple technique that allows the user to use elemental taijutsu, I love it since you can use the auxiliary effects of lightning but its a physical attack in nature meaning things normally immune to physical attacks are still somewhat damaged

(Toripuru Dainamikku Entorii) -Triple Dynamic Entry
Rank:B
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user uses Dynamic Entry on the opponent and then appears behind them to use it again. They are blasted into the air where they use a third Dynamic Entry to knock the enemy to the ground with great force and speed.

A good technique, its useful because once the first technique is in, ur virtually stuck between the users kicks. It also doesn't require chakra which is always neat.

(Konoha Shippūdan) - Leaf Hurricane Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will launch a succession of high and low kicks dealing a several continuous kicks to the chest region alternating between both legs.

Its more of a barrage then a bullet, the user has some freedom within the description of the technique, he can kick where and how he wants and isn't really restricted to any spinning movements.

(Doroppu Kikku) - Drop Kick
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will jump into the air or be airbourne and delivers a powerful drop kick that sends the opponent flying.

Very simple technique where the user jumps into the air, and launches a kick at the opponent, since the kick is airborne, one could use it to evade techniques that require the opponent to be standing on the ground. Whilst also launching a counter attack.

[( Konoha Senshō ) - Leaf Flash Kick
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Rock Lee will perform a similar technique to the Heavenly Foot of Pain, but without any chakra enhancement, to deliver a heel drop to the opponent using only sheer physical strength that causes small alteration to the ground on impact.

Basic technique, where the opponent will use a heel drop onto the opponent using sheer physical strength. I believe this is the first attack Gaara has ever been hit by. Cool technique definitely.

( Konoha Toppū ) - Leaf Gust
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 40
Description:
Using simple, yet effective movement when performing a counter attack or a freeform hand attack, the user will manage to spin rapidly and performs a strong rotative high kick to hit the opponent. The technique can be triggered in many ways and more than one kick can be delivered if the user manages to gather enough momentum.

A lot of freedom within this technique, many reasons to trigger this attack and there can be multiple kicks landed. Meaning this technique can potentially kill the opponent.

(Rīfukonbo) Leaf Combo
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs a small combo where he starts by punching the enemy in the chest and then a punch to the gut, and then a powerful palm thrust, pushing him down to the earth.

A cool combo utilizing the users fist, the technique only allows the opponent three attacks, one punch to the chest, another to the gut and finally one powerful palm thrust down onto the earth. The technique can be used to launch the opponent into a trap etc.

(Rīfu Jōshō Saikuron) Leaf Rising Cyclone
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Spinning on his foot, the user strikes the enemy with a strong back-fist, followed by a kick with the alternating leg to force him away.

The technique can be used to defend or counter a physical or close ranged attack of some sort, since it seems less offensive then the other techniques the user will spin on his foot perhaps to dodge a knife stab while, kicking the opponent in the neck, or collar, or face. Good technique
.

Well done, but just know that with a rushed training you lose the in depth, sometimes very crucial bits of information as well as tips and tricks. Not because you wish to test for an ability or 'complete' training should you ever rush--you'll be at a deficit in the long run. However, that is your choice, and we're all made of free will.

Onto A ranks. I want you to describe these final three in great detail. Tell me at least 3 advantages of each, or how you'd use them as well as three flaws you can spot.

(Seishun Furu Pawā) Youth Full Power
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 60
Description:
The user begins with kicking the opponent into the air. Once the enemy is airborne, the user will quickly follow, positioning himself to deliver a kick to the opponent in the face or upper body, disorienting him and using the movement to position himself above. Once above, the user will finish with a powerful drop kick that will send the opponent back down to the ground, with such might that from a 3rd person perspective, only a flash of light is visible coming down, ending in a crater and a massive dust cloud.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu specialists or EIG users

( Konoha Ryūjin ) - Leaf Dragon God
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu Specialists and EIG users

(Rīfu Oshitsubusu Bōfū) Leaf Crushing Storm
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful knee to the stomach, causing them to double over and he finishes with a strong elbow from the alternating arm to the back of the head. If successful, it will render the target unconscious for 2 turns.

1. The first technique is capable of destroying the opponent, although their isn't any freedom within the description the technique is incredibly fast. Meaning if the opponent was distracted or dazed before the attack was launched the battle is probably over. So Adv: Speed, Power, Unpredictability Dis: Restrictive [Tai Specialist] No Freedom in Description, Short Range.

2. The opponent will create a tornado launching an upward spin kick, that forms into a tornado, the user of the technique is shielded by the dragon of spiraling wind that they create however the adversary can counter attack by entering the dragons eye. The technique is capable of clashing with elemental ninjutsu of the same and lower rank. Adv: Cannot be attacked for the most part, can defend against elemental ninjutsu, is similar to wind release. Dis: Eye of the Dragon is weakness, requires specialist, is easily counterable.

3. The user will launch a strong knee towards the opponents stomach, alternating with a strong elbow to the back of their head. This technique is capable of knocking out the opponent for two turns. If this technique lands it can end the battle instantly. Requires no chakra though. Simple technique can easily be read and countered. Adv: Unconcious, Simple, Easy to Perform. Dis: easily countered evadable, requires a combination, specific series of actions.
