Honestly I understand these techniques just fine. I've seen the water dragon bullet multiple times in the Canon and it's a cool technique. The other two are simple enough conceptually for me to get them. No further questions really.
Alright then , we shall move onto the next set once again:
Water Snakes Mouth - Another familiar type creation technique. The user weaves the needed hand seals and thus manipulates the generated water in order to form it into that of a snake. Matches with your snake theme well if I do say so myself, but once it takes form the serpent then travels and with its gaping jaws attempting to swallow the target whole, and sweep them away. Nothing really unique about this technique, minus the off chance of drowning the target and also creating a water source for future techniques. It also does no damage so that kinda makes it even more unless when compared to other techniques. Another pro though is that it takes form without the need of a water source too.
Gushing Water Imprisonment - A very nice technique in terms of trying to trap a target. The user generates a water sphere around the target in order to trap them within it thus drowning them if not taken care of. The water prison also strains the target to some degree as they won’t be able to just “walk” out of it. This is a upgraded version of the Water Prison Technique as you don’t have to constantly focus on it thus allowing you the chance to actually attack after hitting the target with it.
Water Horn - Pretty Basic Technique, you weave the needed hand seals and unleash a jet of water from your mouth. Not much else to say about it really.
Stormy Blockade: Yet another simple technique but with possible uses lol. You knead your chakra into te moisture above the target in order conjure up a massive amount of water to down pour onto them. The water can be formed at any altitude but to have some kind of effect in terms of forcefully pushing them it has to be formed at least 10 meters above them. This technique can be comboed with some lightning techniques in order to get a source of water near the opponent in order to electrify them. Nothing special again about this one.
Any comments, potential uses , concerns about them?
(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source
(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.
(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.
The first is my favorite as it's a snake, shame that it's absolutely awful in terms of usability. Gushing water seems like it could be very useful in the right situation mostly to trap and distract someone. Same with stormy blockade really. I'm a fan of techniques that attack from angles I think they're the most useful tbh if you don't need to block and overpower another attack. I understand them all fine and don't have any questions about them.
Hidden Amongst Water Technique - Hmm I don’t know how to feel about this technique but it's rather simple. You basically use your chakra in order to “merge” with the water in order to conceal yourself from the eyes of other people. Of course, chakra sensors and Dojutsu users can still you while hidden within the source. A unique combo though a dangerous one I have yet to see is like let’s say you create a giant beast made of water but you decide to hide within it. It’s a crazy idea but if you play it off right you can potentially conceal yourself within one of your own techniques.
Exploding Water Colliding Wave - Alright so the first thing you do is weave the snake hand seal, kneading chakra in your gullet and unleash a massive amount of water onto the area. Personally one of my favored water techniques because the user can ride on the waves kinda like surfing and it allows you to basically make your own water source in an area lacking it. The damage of the technique comes from the power of the crashing waves you create and can also potentially kill the target from the pressure/drowning.
Grudge Rain Technique - Amazing technique to make CJ based off of, but terrible applications in an actual fight lol. The user will make a single hand seal and cause a large amount of rain clouds to harbor over the skies, allowing for a down pour to happen. What this then leads into is the user forming the rain into large waves to basically bombard the enemy with so as long as they keep the hand seal intact which means while using it you can’t use other techniques other than water release but the water drains the chakra of the enemy away as they continue to trashed around by the water. It’s only really useful if your are fighting with a clone or the sorts, otherwise its not good in any other way haha.
Water Quaking Pillar - You jump, throw your sword with infused water chakra to the ground thus allowing for a pillar of water to erupt from the ground repelling the target back. Very generic and simple.
Any questions, potential uses and or concerns about these?
(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.
(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.
The first one is okay I guess I like the idea of it but it seems really hard to pull off. I think it would be cool to have a shadow clone use it maybe to hide in a water technique as a distraction might be good on hozuki bios too though they can technically do it anyway I guess. The second is the best of the bunch in my opinion with a lot of potential applications. I agree with you completely on the third great concept but an awful move. Fourth one is like.... not for me tbh lol. No questions about these either tbh.
Azure Dragon Palm - “The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.” Simple as ****ing that LMAO. Nothing at all to add onto this as it's simply a basic move you can use for filler I guess if you can’t find something else appropriate.
Droplet Spear - Basically another version of Water Dragon Whip except the streamed water is in the shape of spears or spearing? I don’t know haha. Basically the same as the mentioned technique.
Flowing Spear - Ok so for this one you basically knead water into the moisture into the air allowing for you to form crescent blades of water. These blades follow the guiding of your hands thus allowing you chop down people in front of you but you can also twirl around in order to attack at different angles instead. One of the more better techniques in the B ranked section, could be really nice in close quarter combat when you combine with the likes of Drunken Fist,
( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.
( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.
( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.
Yeah the first two are super basic but the third has some good potential in close quarters. There's another move I inquired about recently that can be used like drunken fist that would combine well with this it's the A rank dance of moonlight thing. I was asking about its usage in akatsuki chat and lok confirmed you could dodge with it like drunken fist.
Ohh that’s a nice tid bit to keep in mind. Good look, but carrying onto the last set of B ranks;
Starch Syrup Binding Rope - An upgraded version of its original technique, the user simply kneads water chakra into their gullet and unleashes it in the form of ropes. These ropes are made in the sticky version of water release techniques and thus makes it harder to escape it’s confines should it be allowed to snare them.
Subterranean Waters - A rather unique technique that was donated to become canon. What you do is basically knead chakra into the ground below thought near the surface a person can create multiple sources of water along these areas easily making a better playing field of a water expert. One thing I love is that this has no indication of it activating thus it’s easy to user vs non dojutsu or sensory ninjas.
Any comments, potential uses or questions you might have about these?
( Suiton: Mizuame Bakujō ) - Water Release: Starch Syrup Binding Rope
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid range
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it to high-viscosity water, the user spits it out, in the form of ropes that restrains the target's movement. Because of the viscosity of the water, it is even more difficult for them to escape its confines.
(Suiton: Chika Mizu) Water Release: Subterranean Waters
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: Using his own chakra the user can, unbeknownst to his opponent, create a single or multiple water sources within the earth. The water sources can vary in size, depending on the need of the user. The user can create up to 3 separate sources but their size altogether may not exceed the size of a human sized pond. They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used only as a source for other water techniques.
Note: Usable only thrice per battle

To be honest I don't really have any questions about the techniques. You explained them very well, the second one does seem very useful for creating a water source for other jutsu and could even be combined with a ground based lightning technique for a nice combination perhaps.
To be honest I don't really have any questions about the techniques. You explained them very well, the second one does seem very useful for creating a water source for other jutsu and could even be combined with a ground based lightning technique for a nice combination perhaps.
Alright so we move onto the A ranks now. I will try to cover as much as possible in each post, but other than that - lets begin.
Typhoon Water Vortex - Alright so this is one of the few techniques that would require and ally to use it. You would make a Wind Style infused Rasengan or Water Style: Destruction Torrent in one hand while the ally does the opposite. The result when combining the two attacks would create a giant tornado of water. The technique would be considered a water/wind combination meaning it can counter the likes of Lightning Release on equal grounds as well as counter Wind/Fire combos. Only downside is that you need an ally though I’d argue if you have Y/Y you could possibly do it on your own.
Great Waterfall Technique - My god another technique that requires hell of amount of hand seals in order to perform it. You will after making the needed hand seals, generate your chakra in order form it into a giant ring of water in front of you. The ring would then unleash a giant torrent of water that flies up into the air and comes down crashing onto the ground like a waterfall, hollowing the ground underneath it as the tremendous pressure created from the massive waves. Now this can also be streams from the mouth in a different format compared to the original but still equally strong though it says only certain people can do it in this method though it’s safe to say only water affinity users can do so imo.
Giant Wave Crash and Encampment Wall - I grouped these to at once because they both have a similar or close enough outcome, creating massive waves of water in order to defend or attack against be people.
Any questions, concerns or comments about them?
(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:The user will create a ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ in one hand, and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ in the other. By combining them, he will create a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. This jutsu can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos
Note: No water source required.
Note: Can only be used with either a clone or an ally
(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.
(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source
(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
No real questions. The giant wave crash is very handy since it requires no hand seals at all to my knowledge. The second one however... if you use that and you ain't a water primary I don't know what you're thinking tbh lol.
Hard Whirlpool Water Blade - Ok so while on the surface of water, you will knead your chakra thus allowing for the water to erupt underneath them. The causes the enemy to be knocked into the sky to which you will then jump upwards and form a giant whirlpool of water around your limb. You then swing it to strike them and create a water explosion. Really ok technique, nothing too “omg” factor about it.
Tornado of Water - Just as it name is, you weaved the needed hand seals and create a giant whirling tornado of water around yourself. A rather simple technique that can be used for offensive and defensive purposes.
Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave - Not much to comment on as it’s just a stronger version of the B rank variant. The only difference is that this one can be manipulated to form into a giant orb of water like when Kisame fought Killer B. It works well if you're a Hozuki or Gyojin since they can breathe underwater for that portion of the technique.
Water Beast - This one you make the needed hand seals, in order to form it into a giant water beast. It needs a water source before hand so be aware of this, but the claws of the beast can be used to swipe at people and cut them down or it can release streams of water equal to B rank as another means of attack.
(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.
(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.
(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
First one seems quite hard to pull off it would be way more convenient if it didn't require multiple steps to be honest. Second and third are okay the third is more useful imo because of the large orb you can form afterwards and of course the initial waves can do damage before the orb. The last one is a little underwhelming to be honest. I mean it's not bad though. Lol
Yup it is indeed underwhelming haha. Alright, moving onto the next technique set;
Raging Rapids - Pretty simple technique , you knead your chakra around the target after the swing of an arm in order to create a vortex that sends them flying into the air. Then with another gesture you end the technique. It’s a pretty simple jutsu, but it's also really good in a sense of a surprise attack as it would take little to no time to form the actual attack. People who are able to generate water from moisture in the air like Mei, Hozuki and Tobirama can use that method when creating this technique.
Heavenly Weeping - Kneading your water chakra into your gullet, you spew out water in the shape of senbon. It’s shot at the enemy at high velocity or speed for any idiots reading this(lmao) and aimed at vital points. Pretty neat technique when in close combat, as it has no visual way of knowing you are performing it which can lead to some sneak attacks.
Water Slicing Blade - Alright so what you do with this one is your first knead your chakra into a water source nearby and compact the shape of the water. It becomes so solid it’s in a near crystalline state and forms into a sword. You can then use it like a normal sword, dealing damage on contact with it due to its sharp nature, throw it as a projectile to deal C ranked damage or even use melee based Kenjutsu with it. The main downside to this technique is you can only use water release while maintaining it.
Fluid Step - Another donated technique, but based on its wording. You knead water chakra into the soles of your feet similar to the walking on water technique, and the water that is formed allows you to move a bit faster and move like your ice skating. It adds some randomness to your moves and thus can be used to dodge certain techniques like some people do with Drunken Fist. Really nice technique.
Any question , comments or potential uses? If not that’s it for A ranks!
( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.
( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.
(Takigakure-Ryū: Mizukiri no Yaiba) Hidden Waterfall Style: Water Slicing Blade
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (up to 60 when used to attack)
Description:
A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.
(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step
Rank: A
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However unlike ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.
Note: Can be used twice
Note: Must have mastered Taijutsu
Note: Courtesy of Mathias
The blade one seems really cool cosmetically but I remember it being able to be formed under the ground against opponents to impale them in the series I don't know why. I really like that donated technique it seems quite handy for extending the dodge radius of the drunken fist technique. No real comments on the other ones I'm good to go.
Goodie, now I’ll cut to the chase since S rank only has 5 techniques you can learn. Out of the 5 only 3 of them can be used at the moment for you since none of your bios carry the primary affinity of water but I’ll still go over them none the less.
Non Specialist S Ranks
Severing Wave - Pretty basic technique, you weave a single hand seal and release a stream of pressurized water. The pressure is so strong it is able to cut through stone, or in this case A rank and below Earth Release however vs A rank would lead to a simple neutral clashing. You can also turn your head in order to aim at different locations as well.
Water Bullet Technique - Practically the same as above as opposed to Water Bullet creating a larger stream while severing wave is thin. This technique is pretty cool as it can be used as a means to create a water source for yourself.
Water Encampment Pillar - A purely defensive technique but the user will release from their gullet, a large dense torrent of water, capable of blocking incoming attacks. Work really nice against solid based techniques due to its immense density. Pretty basic.
Specialist S Rank
Water Dragon Biting Explosion - Alright so this is the first one. You start off by slamming your hands onto the ground, causing a mass amount of water to pool under the target, the water bursts from underneath them and sends them into the air. Once they are airborne, you making two hands seals though with water affinity you will only need one either way. The water that remained behind will then rush upwards as bullets to ram into the target but as they pass him they will reform into the shape of a giant water dragon that comes crashing down onto him with its large jaws. Its a really nice technique and despite the seemingly long process, it is actually executed quite fast.
Powerful Blasting Rain Trench - This is by far the best “familiar” creation technique in the canon list. After making a single hand seal, the user generates a wave of water but this wave of water can be shaped into any form of creation, ranging from a dragon to even a makeshift susanoo. The only real downside to this technique is that you must keep the tiger seal formed if you plan on sustaining it longer but with the right set up, it makes it worth while.
Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: 100
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
Note: Can only be used by Water Primary Specialists.
Note: Can only be used twice.
(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.
(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 to sustain)
Damage: 80
Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty
If you have no questions or concerns, consider your water training completed!
No questions or concerns I think I get the gist of it. Thank you for taking the time to finish my water training I greatly appreciate it and that marks my mastering of the Base five. It's been a long haul but I made it lol. Thanks again!!
