Alright, so you've had previous training before so I won't go with the basics of asking you about what a shinobi is and chakra and blah blah blah.
Though I will ask you to tell me everything you know about Doton as it stands; strengths and weaknesses, noted Doton users, and tell me how you think most earth techniques are constructed.

Earth is one of the most versatile elements since we walk in it, we can use earth in a lot of ways. It's a solid element with great crushing and piercing strength. Earth's main weakness is lightning, while it's strong against water because it can split water waves, redirect them, push them back, etc. It's a great combination with fire because it turns it into lava or in case you have mud, it hardens it. Also it can be used in conjuction with wind to create Crystal Release.

Alright, you touched a little bit on everything. To dive in depth about the weakness earth suffers to lightning it's due to the fact that earth is a conductor for electricity as it's naturally grounded. While water is also a conductor for lightning it doesn't suffer the same weakness to lightning as it doesn't neutralize the affects of water chakra like lightning does for earth.
You mentioned about how earth was versatile but not in which ways. Earth release deals with more than just hard solid earth. We've witnessed manipulation of mud/liquified earth, soil, sand (to a degree), alternative manipulations such as metals (though not extensively). Long story short, I don't train by techniques or ranks like most sensei. I train through a method system which groups techniques of all ranks within an element together based on their similar traits and properties. I teach you the details of the method; it's definition it's advantages and weaknesses and how techniques are used and constructed. Once you pass the method you learn the techniques in that method regardless of the rank. The only ranks restrictions are what you can and can't use based on your own rank. Since you're an S-class you can learn up to S-class so you're alright.
This was developed by Scorps and Liliana and being the unholy spawn of their love I've adopted and contributed to the development of that method and I use it in nearly all my training. My slight difference in my training is I take you through the methods first before taking you through the techniques. This is still experimental at least my rendition but it should bare appropriate fruits. Understand?

i was finding that method hard too ;__; Lmao xd ohh and actually am using Kenpachi bio As i sees a shinobi with a Konohagakure head band approaching and introduce himself he finds it shameful if he doesn't do the same so he introduces himself too.

"After introducing myself, I begin by molding my chakra and channeling it at the ground beneath him, then using nature manipulation i change the chakra to earth and then using shape manipulation i create a hammer made of earth that is at my hand, as I see my Senpai covering himself with a earth shield, i decide to make him lose attention by instantly grabbing the hammer and jumping in the air to launch a barrage of Explosive Tags that exlode and collide with the shield in contact making a cloud of smoke and blocking his view, this took me enough time to go behing him and launch a full-power hammer smash that crashes the opponent at the trees nearby.
"A Advantage of this jutsu is that it can be used in a lot of ways and is one of the most used Earth jutsus since it can help to deflect a attack, shield the user, make pillars or other projectiles of Earth that can harm the opponent in a lot of ways, also it can be reach up to mid-range and only requires small chakra cost and does a lot of damage for a simple jutsu like that, if i was a earth genius i would have known 100+ ways to use this jutsu. Disadvantages of this jutsus are that the earth can be easily destroyed by any Lightning jutsu, also the earth jutsus are a lot of predictable and can be prevented by using different jutsus and also if the user uses a pillar to send him in air then he would have been a prey of a lot of airborne jutsus such Kenjutsu drilling and piercing jutsus that can be used only when the opponent is in mid-air also the a lot of Taijutsus require the opponent to be in mid-air so it would have been more easy of the opponent to attack me in mid-air while i use that jutsu rather than send me himself.
Yu was ready for the attack from his student. He had accidentally mistaken him for Staz, but apparently, he was now teaching a Zaraki Kenpachi. Weird. His eyes must have been playing tricks on him.
The explosive tags Hit the shield, causing a few cracks and blinding Yu's field of vision. Anticipating a follow-up attack, Yu then feels the full impact of the downward hammer strike, and is sent cartwheeling a few meters back. He gets up, not really hurt, but definitely a little fazed.
"Excellent usage of the technique, Zaraki! You attack with a lot of ferocity and conviction. It was also a good way to divert my attention." his student was honestly pretty scary; he towered over him and had that killing look on his face.
"Were I in your shoes, I would have thrown the kunais to my left and right sides; I wouldn't have been able to defend them as easily since only my front was covered."
"Remember that even the simplest techniques can cause the smallest, most critical openings. It's all about jutsu smarts, not consistently using what's the strongest or fastest."
The Earth Shield crumbled away.
Walking over to the rock pillar, Yu breaks off another chunk. This time, he applies shape and nature manipulation to form a long staff made of Earth; a Bo. He twirled it around, before leaning on it after planting it on the ground.
"For this next technique, do as I just did. Be detailed. These staffs are quite durable and versatile for a basic technique. Also, instead of creating a large, single staff for melee attacking, you can form a bunch of smaller staffs instead, and throw them like spears."
"Why don't you try both the melee and spear types of this jutsu, and attack some of those training dummies over there? Then tell me the advantages, disadvantages, counters, and creative uses of this technique"
Yu directed Zaraki to a few scarecrow-like training dummies a short distance away, being held up by wooden poles.

Suddenly you see the earth collapse into a tunnel that I emerge out of with a shovel. "Whew finally got it right. Okay .__. after i notice a weird man coming to the training ground i immediately break off a chunk of the earth pillar before channelling
earth chakra into it and using nature and shape manipulation i harden it while simultaneously changing its shape to a giant staff made out of earth chakra, taking the staff in my hand i immediately notice how heavy it is but due to my strength i can easily use it with just one hand, after that i launch it towards the senpai while looking at him with a menacing smirk like saying "Come and get this fade" or rather "Ya aint got shit for my staff" and seeing if he really is worthy enough of being my senpai.
"Dafu- Who does he....."

Here aim at something a little less helpless like those ants who keep following me wherever I go
Channel your doton chakra throughout your arm and create a ring of rocks near it, be in full control as I will be making unnecessary noises to distract you. *creates small earthen pots and pans* When you have full control of the rocks release your chakra and fling it towards those staffs stuck in the pillars to get rid of them.

Description: This jutsu represents a mastery over Earth and takes great skill to learn. The user will perform the Snake handseal and slam their hands on the ground causing a Massive Earthen being to rise. The Earthen construct is made in the form of a beautiful, nimble yet strong, female warrior with three faces all with different emotions. An expressionless face in the front, a face full of sadness on the left, another face full of anger and hate on the right. She has 6 arms and each arm contains a Large Earthen axe that she uses to attack the enemy in all ranges. Having multiple limbs makes the Earthen being more destructive and versatile in battle. Despite being created in large size as she is about two heads (relative to the Golemn head size) taller than the Great Earthen Golemn in height, she is able to strike and move fairly fast as she is smaller in mass being about 2/3 of its width. Only masters of Earth can perform this technique successfully. When the user is not controlling the creature with their chakra it merely becomes a statue as an earthen construct unable to move. To control it, the user must be in contact with it and spending chakra, therefore not being able to use other elements at the same time.

Suddenly i notice myself flying, what was happening, maybe this *** sent me or whut, anyway time to center my focus on the lessons .-. i hear him telling me the instructions, i started to respect him, he said that earth was the element he mastered first, too bad, mine was lightning, anyway, i firstly channel chakra at my left dominant arm, i was using nature and shape manipulation simultaneously while thinking of the hard and strong rock and earth, the earth that is beneath us and sometimes above us, i change my chakra to that one, earth chakra and using nature manipulation i create 5 rings of earth that begin flying by my side and as i see several pillars going towards senpai i just send them there and each one of them is strong enough to destroy pillars. "Notice me Senpai chan"
Good now perform these next two..no need to follow a template...im trying out new training styles and see what works best for teacher and student. In your responses I want performance and any additional info like uses, counters, or anything interesting you can think of and I will give you an overview of anything you might have missed or got wrong.

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Firstly, I channel raw chakra into my feet before trying to change it by using nature manipulation to add rocky and dense properties creating earth chakra just before channeling at the ground below me making the ground beneath me change into fine sand, after it changes i just give a small, maniac and evil smile before digging the ground fast, after that i go towards the opponent's position and emerge from the ground pull him down leaving only his head above the ground, making it look like his head had been cut, after that the opponent seemed to be a clone and disperses while i just look at Senpai and say. "An advantage to this/these jutsus is that you can go underground without the opponent realizing it or realizing it too late, if someone had a Doujutsu or a Sensory, he would sense the opponent and use the right time to attack or how to get the opponent by surprise, also you can use this jutsu for interrogation after you pulled the opponent down on the ground, all in all it's a nice jutsu, the disadvantages are also fatal, the user can't make any hand seals and use higher than C-rank earth jutsus, that being a big disadvantage, also if someone notices that you're underground he can just send a earth jutsu to crush you or lightning jutsu to kill you where you are, i would use this mainly to protect myself from a jutsu or interrogate a opponent, both of the uses maybe would have been more succesful than trying to do anything from below, i would counter this jutsu by using the d-rank earth jutsu that creates a pillar, when the opponent emerges i would need a immediate counter so i would have used that, also if you're close enough with the opponent and you can't use the pillar then just use the c-rank water substitution jutsu that makes your whole body invulnerable." After saying this i look at Sensei with my maximal concentration trying to figure what will he say.
OVERVIEW: Good job you seem to understand the jutsu. I paired these two..because well they are the ons usually used together. Now I would never try the suicide decapitation on someone with Raiton mastery because it gets pretty dangerous. A tech like Nagashi or any body surge would most likely be used once you make contact with the enemy. It is for this reason that I would only use this if the enemy is incapacitated or paralyzed. I would also probably have an earth shadow clone, or normal shadow clone use this jutsu so that you can attack the enemy while this jutsu is active, furthermore you wont have to worry about dying. ^^. The tunnelinf tech does not hve to be used with this. This is great for avoiding techs you have no chance of countering head on. Especially against large fire techs (because fire blocks the cisio of both you and the opponent.) If you hinder an enemies senses you an use this to gain an advantage on the enemy. If using it to dodge I suggest resurfacing as quick as you can or else (as you have already said) you are fodder bait. LOL.
