Mugen began by performing eighteen hand seals, he then lneaded his water chakra into the river nearby forming a vortex of water. The water would form into a ring in front of him, spiral forward to extend into a large waterfall and collapse onto the opponent.

You can do the first technique as well, we can teach it to you now but you can't use it until you have Rasengan :)

So this technique is to be used if your opponent is already standing upon a water source, you create up to four sharks (the more sharks, the weaker they are individually) that rush your opponent from below inflicting a large amount of blunt damage and knocking your opponent into the air, from which position you are free to decide his/her fate.

Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Think of it in combination with McRazor's technique and you have yourself a pretty nice set up :)

Next up, a fairly simple techinque which allows you to pretty much throw a water source at someone. With a source nearby, you gather up the water around you and send it towards your opponent as a tidal wave of sorts... Techinque's power really depends on the size of the water source you use.

This one, is nice. So after the required handseals you spit out a spherical shield of water which blocks any incoming attacks without breaking your vision of the opponent. Jutsu lasts as long as you need it too and is quicker formed if used from a water source.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

1. First technoque reminds me of Waterfull from PokemonShowdown a large wave that crash and knockback the opponent.

2. Defensive technique that allows the user to retain his vision of the opponent. Its a great counter for Fire Techniques.

Okay.

This next one is like the previous in the sense that it relies on your opponent having a water source beneath his/her feet. Instead of sharks however, this time you just make the water explode and launch your opponent into the sky.. From their the technique goes on to state that you jump up and hit them with a whirlpool created around your arm... That is optional however, you can follow up on the explosion however you see fit of course.

This next one requires three hanseals and a water source. It creates a spinning vortex of water around your body, this body of water is very powerful and can easily deflect projectiles and deal massaive damage should an opponent come into contact with it.

1. This is a simple technique that blasts the opponent upwards along with McRazors tech it looks like you could knock the opponent into a dropping lid and kill them.

2. If an opponent were to charge towards me or anythin I could use this technoque to push them back and cause a lot of damamge nice. Wish i had learned this awhile ago though.

Moving on.

This first technique is huge, like, ridiculous. You spit out a massive amount of water, creating a make shift lake with waves and such, then you pick it all up forming an enormous orb of water where you might like... You can drop this on people or w/e tickles your pickles.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.



A pretty fun technique which won me my first ever real fight on this site <3 You perform 3 handseals and manipulate your chakra into a water source, causing that water source to rise up forming a giant wolf made entirely of water. The beast can spit streams of water at your opponent equivalent to B-rank blasts or just attack with it's claws.

Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

1. A large wave that can be used for offensive and defensive purposes, deadly technique to that can cover up to long range.

2. An a rank water beast that lasts on the field for three turns capable of launching B rank water blasts, do the B rank blasts take up a move slot? If so yeah I can see you winning a fight with a tech this strong, lmfao jkjk.

The blasts are not counted as one of your moves, no. You're free to blast at will :D Also, just so you know, I'm not teaching you character specific water techinques... There are a few that are only usable by Hozuki, Kisame, B, Yagura etc. Once we finish training you can use these techniques, but as they're not relevant until you have the bio I won't get you to go through them now.

This tech is nice, it's quick and effective if followed up on corretly. You swing your arm and cause the water beneath your opponent to rise upwards in a vortex, launching your opponent into the air. You can then dispel the technique at anytime you wish with another simple hand gesture (you can make it up... because... fun.)

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.



Pretty niche technique this one, you manipulate water chakra within your mouth creating a whole load of water senbon which will fire out when you open your mouth. Pretty effective as a sneak attack, you can create the technique and then release then after a delay to try and catch your opponent out.

Firstly, Raging Rapids form around your opponent not yourself, but I feel as if you're being too narrow minded with your thinking about the juts you're learning here, okay mid range isn't long range.. but if you plan on fighting in long range forever you have another thing coming xD mix up ranges and be unpredictable in your moves... Jutsu offer freedom in their use a lot of the time. You shoot senbon, yes. In its simplest form that is what this jutsu is. But you're shooting them from a place no one would expect them to come from, at great speed and with little counter play ability up close.

Before we continue, may I ask what you deem 'awkward' about the Raging Rapids technique? I just want to get a better measure on your understanding for what we're doing

It just seems like a technique I prolly wouldnt use althou it forms around the user swings their arm to start it, I'm the type of guy that tryies to do everything in fluid motions needed to use a hand seal to cancel it ehh.

(Takigakure-Ryū: Mizukiri no Yaiba) Hidden Waterfall Style: Water Slicing Blade
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short

Damage: N/A (up to 60 when used to attack)
Description:
A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.

(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step

Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However unlike ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.

Other than that it can be used to defend against firebased attacks or destroy fire defenses.

2. This technique I like, its a taijutsu/water based technique. Basically the user will use water to make his/her movements more fluid and faster I guess. If used with Drunken Fist it can be used to make things more unpredictable. I wish this were capable of causing damamge but it lasts two turns, it does can be used twice and the user can only use water based attacks while this is active.

Can also be used to dodge in up to short range, something to keep in mind for the future. Excellent analysis, moving on.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Basically water is formed below the opponent, after slamming the ground and two hand seals. Then the water is launched upwards, then bullets push the opponent even further upwards. Finally the bullets go around and above the opponent forming into a dragon that bites the opponent, spins as it falls and smashes the opponent against the ground.

2. This is a really nice and simple technique I really like, the user will expel a thin stream of pressurized water and launch it at the opponent its very fast and capable of slicing through rocks. The user can also move their hand to manipulate the trajectory while launching the stream out. Only way to get around this technique is by blocking, and it extends to long range. Neat!

3. The user exhales and gathers their chakra launching an incredibly huge stream of water towards the opponent that can be used to flood. From the size of this technique, I feel like it'd be useful for dismantling fire based summons. It can also be used for cover. Or to change the terrain of the battle. I'd used this in conjunction with Topography Control to make the battlefield how I want it.

Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty
