1. This one is amazing, you can basically track and sense other ninjas at will, but since the rain is closely linked to the user's senses, then couldn't the opponent use the rain as a medium to attack the user or at-least cause enough pain to distract him?

2. This is also another great justu, damn I'm glad I got water training. The jutsu has a few issues, during a group battle it would be hard to maintain. I would most likely use it in conjuction with a clone as it says in the jutsu. That way the only downside would be that I would be exhausting a lot more chakra and that I would have to get my opponent in the jutsu. If he were to use the rain tiger will I would prolly do what I said in the earlier post then use this technique. With my clone, using myself as a feint.

A nifty escape based technique wheee you will utilize your Water based chakra. This allows you to change your body into Water to avoid physical damage. However, in this state you can't attack or do anything really, so its a bit dangerous as you are susceptible to a lot of stuff.

1. I find the first technique especially useful against taijutsu, even if you can't attack for the most part it's practically immune to physical attacks. I'd use it to evade damage, and it reminds me of Obito's phasing. I would phase through their attack and then launch one of my one.

2. I like how simple this one is. Since it's super basic, there's a good chance you can use it after using an attack to trap of put the opponent off balance, or even distract the opponent. It can be used in any context, but since it's simple it's also easy to detect and evade.

They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.



Start off by forming the hand seals and manipulating your Water based chakra. This will cause water to rise from the ground, and allows you to use this water perhaps to summon a Water based summon in. Or even use it to drown the opponent, or block attacks. Quite useful.

1. Fairly simple and self explanatory jutsu, it seems it con be useful countering and evading , so its not limited to attacking

2. This is essential for water techs and summons that require a source of water like Water Clone and Water Fang. It can also be used on its own as an attack. With the disadvantage only being the extensive hand seals.

1. I don't know whether that gives a speed boost or not but if it doesn't it's a stealth technique. It makes it more likely for an attack to hit, however since it's only usable underwater. It could also leave the user vulnerable to some lightning technique. If both users are underwater however it's incredibly useful.

2. Very simple technique I'll likely use, good defense against fire, and a attack that doesn't have limitations. Just fire a jet of water, close range its hard to dodge, long range you don't have to be afraid of counters. Overall good technique.

1. I like how this gives you full manipulation of the water, controlling where and how you attack. Which has an effect on other battle factors such as knock-back, auxiliary effects, critical hits and or areas already damaged. However the needed water source seems as though it will either require a suitable battlefield or drain a lot of chakra.

2. Simple techniques are becoming my favorite, the more simple the less disadvantages. Not only can this whirlpool trap, but can divert the opponents attention, encourage him to use his chakra to escape and buy time to launch a more powerful technique.

An odd technique where you will form two hand seals, and through manipulation of your Water based chakra, create a black mist. This forms into a small cloud, which can be directed towards the opponent, where it then disperses and covers them in a flammable oil. Pretty simple, but not very practical in use.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.



After that, a technique where you will form two hand seals, and create a waterfall, water basin or water source. This can be used to create the water fall like Yamato did, for relaxation or training purposes, or simply, to create a water source.

1. Pretty simple technique, I know it isn't practical but I could use it in some witty combination to trap the opponent. However that isn't likely. But I don't know I'm pretty creative.

2. it can be used as a water source, and hide the user. I would definitely use this for techniques that require water sources.

1. I like how I can use my clone in multiple ways instead of just having him fight in one form. I could use it as a trap, and make my opponent believe its me and then when he comes in for CQC snag him.

2. I'm glad I'm a Kirigakure Ninja, but I'd probably only use this ins desperate situations where I know the opponent is gonna launch a ton of attacks and I need to conserve my health.

1. First technique is a good offensive technique that allows the opponent to attack the opponent but aince it is dependent on the first few attacks it has a low chance of working.

2. Simple technique but I imagine there would have to be a plan in motion to execute so I probably wouldn't use it unless I had an idea.

1. A projectile knockback technique its greatest strength would be the fact that you can use it to manipulate the opponents placement. Such as launching him towards a trap, or towards your next jutsu. Despite what you may think though it's only short range so the opponent could counter, and it's likely the user could die because of it.

2. A technique where the user is transported by water and attacks using his sword. Definetly a technique I'll use. I assume you can use this technique on pre existing bodies of water. But I think the water serves as stealth when attacking. So it'd be somewhat useless against Doujutsu Users.

Last C rank, a technique where you will manipulate your chakra in your mouth and then form a single senbon shaped droplet which can be shot towards the opponent. When it strikes, it causes an outwards burst, which hits the opponent back. Only short range though.

1. Seems alot like the water whip jutsu but its cool regardless really. It's short range unfortunately. But it does send the opponent flying backwards.

2. First Aerial Water technique it spans to mid range but is regardless incredibly difficult tto dodge. Brings down rain onto the opponent, which causes considersble damage.


3. A technique meant to daze the opponent the senvon techniqur can't kill the opponent but it causes a some damage and can daze/distract the opponent so the user can launch a more powerful technique.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.



Ugh, form all those hand seals, and then manipulate an existing source of Water into a dragon which blasts towards the opponent and causes quite some damage upon impact. If you have Water specialty, you can use the S rank version, if secondary specialty, the A rank variations. If neither, the B rank one. All require a water source. Not cool, though. Those hand seals.
