1. The first technique allows the suer to create several highly concentrated disks of lightning after a series of handseals. The technique is mid range, and is a projectile. Despite the number of hand seal its a simple and powerful attack in my opinion.


2. I've seen this attack so many times, never with that many hand seals. After a series of handseals the user channels raiton chakra to their hand which gives then A rank cutting ability. Great technique, once I master it will only take one handseal.


3. This makes me want to become a lightning specialist badically its a technique that can paralyze, destroy structures, and even damage the opponent if channeled into a medium. The technique doesn't work on Lightning Specialists though which is a bummer but also makes me want to become one.

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.

1. Firs technique seems powerful, a fast lightning technique that allows the user to fire a lightning bolt after three handseals. A powerful technique that could end the battle if it were to hit. However seems pretty easy to evade.

2. A great technique that can paralyse the opponent and is difficult to dodge, it causes a considerable amount of damage as well. Does not require hand seals and is incredibly diffuclt to evade short range.


3. A simple attack that doesn't require hand seals the opponent gathers their raiton chakra and creates a ball of lighting that can be either thrown or hit into the opponent. Once it makes contact it explodes which is good for knock back into traps. Powerful technique however it seems too simple.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

1. Although this technique is meant for a combination attack it seems useful as a trap. After a series of handseals the user will create sixteen pillars. A technique much more powerful than its previous version. I would definitely use this as it also seems difficult to evade.

2. The user will use form manipulation on their chidori to extend its range and increase its fighting power. A smart move than can cause damage quickly and cut weapons. If I atrack a metal weapon that the user is holding would that numb his hand? Since he's in contact with it?


3. The user will create a lightning vortex to create a dragon that can leap out and attack nearby targets, a powerful technique that can go up to long range against weaker opponents with lesser training it almost too easy.

I would say yes since it is created from a chidori it would shock and numb their hand in that case. Also sidenote, if yyou get the time find a clip of Thunder Dragon Tornado. It it's a cool move and provides a good defense with offensive properties however it does take time to form, it's not as instant as the jutsu sounds. Just something to be mindful of when using it. Moving on.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

Description: The user extends both arms, releasing a high discharge through both palms, targeting multiple opponents simultaneously. It is possible to increase the power using this technique in combination with a water source. Working similarly to False Darkness, the held orbs split into several tendrils of lightning. If used against a target submerged in water, the strength increases +20.

1. User will slam his hand into the ground after a series of handseals, afterwards a cloumn of lighting will rise up shocking and possibly killing the opponent. Jumping won't change the outcome, and it's an incredily difficult jutsu to evade. Because knowing what happens next would be considered metagaming. How would you evade it?

2. The strength of the technique increases considerable when in water thus I'll probably use it in these situations. Since the lightning can attack multiple opponents. I'd assume it can fire more than once at one opponent. Causing the same amount of damage of course.

 

[Vegeta]

The part where it says it pools up underneath the opponent before rising is the best time to evade. It's not an instantaneously thing, their will be signs of it before it rises so you need to see/hear or whatever means you use to sense it to react. It is counter-able though by many canon jutsu. For the second, it's always safer to assume that splitting a technique always cuts it's strength in half, so 2 tendrils would probably be A rank each and so on. Moving on.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

(Raiton: Raikiri Nibai Raikou Jishin) – Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake

Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

1. A stronger false darkness attack that branches off to attack multiple opponents can kill opponents meaning its a deadly technique. Very powerful. It only requires one handseal and is incredibly fast.

2. The user will perform two Raikiri on both hands and then charge the opponent to perform a melee attack. Can defend against False Darkness according to it's move description.

3. Strongest lightning technique only can be used by lightning specialists, after heating up the air with a B rank fire jutsu the opponent will use Chidori to manipulate the lightning in the air to attack the opponent instantly the opponent has to use space time ninjutsu to evade so it is a one shot move definitely. It requires three move slots and does 120 DMG so its strong as hell.

I would def aim both the raikiri's at the spear, as splitting them likely cuts their strength in half. Alright, very good. Moving on.

The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

(Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

1. User will create two chidori and clap their hands creating a thunderbolt that can't be used at short range in order to prevent the user from being hit as well. Its a strong attack capable of killing the opponent.

2. The opponent will concentrate the chidori in their hand making it capable to cut lightning techniques. It can be used defensively and offensively a powerful technique.


3. User channels there raiton chakra an after a series of hand seals releases a blinding light that emnates throughout the users body blinding the opponent and setting in place a Genjutsu of B rank to dispatch the opponent. Useful technique for sure.

The first one, because of how it's performed I always pretend I'm using Vegeta's Final Flash when using it lol. The Illusion pillar one though, you need to have mastered genjutsu in order to follwo it up with a genjutsu. Still takes up 2 moves slots as well, so unless your big into gen it's not really worth it imo. However everyone has different styles to battle. Moving on.

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. ( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

The first one I use as Vegeta's Big Bang Attack. Last 3 S ranks so make it good.

1. The first technique, well really all these technique are versions of Chidori. This is more of a ranged attack where the user charges up their raiton and blasts it towards the opponent. I like this technique a lot because its melee version puts you in a vulnerable situation from time to time.

2. I rememeber this technique from the shoe, its like a bulldozer can cut through anything which helps when running towards thr opponent breaking technqiues etc.


3. So basically its the ease of a Chidori, using it like a Chidori but then manipulating into a spear that turns into an electrical rxplosion. That launches the opponent in thr air. By far one of the best moves.
