Form the Ram hand seal and use your chakra to project your voice to anywhere else on the battlefield. This can be used to hide your true position, and also the amount of people that are perhaps present. Quite cool technique.

Strengths:
Great for roleplay, if used with Sound or Genjutsu this becomes rather great. Great range use also, if used with someone who's fighting style is to hide, this comes in handy.

When walking as you stalk someone, this can help alot to distract someone.

"Given you can use this as an escape jutsu, add taijutsu to the mix could perhaps work. I find it has wide range of uses, for it dones't stop the user from making the most of weapons thrown out from the scroll. These blast the opponent into the air, and a chain is then released. This chain grabs the opponent's legs, and brings them down with great power. Pretty simple, but not very practical.
