Ninjutsu, huh? We'll just take it analysis style, cause its super long (unless you really want to RP it out?)
So first off, what is Ninjutsu and chakra?
So first off, what is Ninjutsu and chakra?
Ninjutsu in simple form is Ninja Magic that isn't illusionary or Combat dependent. Ninjutsu requires one to know how to mold chakra(mastering handseals proves very beneficial), then convert it into what-so-ever they wish. For nothing works in the world without Chakra, which is the fuel for all possible things to be done. Here's a quote on the matter, "chakra can be controlled and manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire, or creating illusions. Chakra is ordinarily not visible to the unaided eye unless it is highly concentrated or manifested in large amounts." How is it made? Here's another quote, "chakra has become a form of life energy that all individuals produce to some degree; those who run out of chakra will die. Produced within the "chakra coils" that mainly surround and connect to each chakra-producing organ, the energy circulates throughout the body in a network called the "Chakra Pathway System", which is similar to the cardiovascular system."

Ninjutsu is always accomplished in two ways: through focusing chakra and then molding it. Focusing deals with using your willpower to make something happen, and then molding is giving the chakra a certain characteristic like Fire or Water etc. Chakra flow is continuous, always in motion, but if needed, it can be manipulated. Thus something can be produced if needed be. Now, molding the chakra is done in two ways: Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation.
Shape manipulation is the ability to give your chakra a desired form while Nature transformation is the ability to give your chakra a desired set of characteristics/properties. Sometimes, to better mold chakra, ninja use hand seals. Hand seals are simply hand gestures that allow the ninja to more easily concentrate and mold the chakra into the desired technique. That is the basis of Ninjutsu. Its quite simple overall. If you understand, we will continue.

Alright, so I just want you to perform the technique, give me some advantages and disadvantages, and also, how you'd use it in battle.
A simple technique, where you will use your chakra to materialize chakra in your mouth. These needles are then shot towards the opponent, causing a small amount of damage. Best used in close range encounters, since they would be difficult to avoid. Other than that, its a pretty basic technique with very little other use.

Given they can hit with accuracy, it's useful if you need to aim at a certain part of the opponent. If they manage to stay out of range, it's easy for the needles to lose momentum. If I manage to get close enough, I'll use this jutsu to attack the opponent's eyes.

Next, is a technique where you will use two Giant Windmill Shuriken. You will throw a single Windmill shuriken, and then right after, throw a second one. Using chakra, you will hide the second shuriken in the shadow of the first. This makes it a great surprise for your opponent when he counters it, and its also great to use from a mist or smoke, so the opponent doesn't see you throw the second one, making it the perfect setup.

It's greatest advantage is the fact you can launch two shurikens at once while one is hidden right under the other one. It's weakness could be dependable on the user. I'd use this jutsu whenever I an, such as if a huge bird was to fly over me, I'd use this jutsu to take it down.

Good, next in line.
An odd technique where you will use your chakra to forcefully restrain a small animal. This can be a summon, and works by just focusing on it. However, due to this, you can't do much else, and have to keep using chakra to maintain it. It can be broken by brute force, or outside means and doesn't work against larger summons (or rather, its less effective).

Rats or such similar forms of size that target the user, this jutsu proves very useful. While it's weakness is given, another would be if the creatures change in size. Strong use on smaller creatures, but fine with other who are no larger than an elephant, I assume.

Nah, an elephant is too big. Say around the size of a Tiger (as that was shown in the manga to be the animal they could control, or rather, hold off).

beasts, their huge and she managed to stop three of them. I though a good thought of thumb was to limit thyself onto elephant size as maximum. The user can control their killing intention and use it to intimidate others, it can be used in two ways:
1) They can give off their pure killing intent, affecting opponents, themselves, and others around the vicinity. Particularly strong killing intent can paralyze the victim in fear, causing them to morbidly hallucinate their own deaths, or even kill them by forcing the mind to believe their death is reality.
2) If the user has mastered control over their emotions, they can control their killing intent by suppressing it, to prevent their opposition from discovering it, thus hiding one's motives and preventing one from being tracked by such emotions.
Anyone who can also perceive a foe's killing intent can perceive the foe's next move and prepare the next appropriate move in advance.
When in battle, I'd use this skill/ jutsu to hide my intentions as I approach with an empty intent of murder only if I assume their stronger as I approach them.

What do you mean by this? You also didn't touch on the ranks, like, me on a higher rank, how it would affect someone on a lower rank, for example.

I meant that, if someone was to notice your intent they'd be able to counter. In this instance when one uses the killing intent they'd allow their opponents to prepare for combat. While ranks exist,

Alright then. It's a good technique, and just follow the description when using, don't try and do more with it than it says.
Now for this technique, you will use your chakra to create a swarm of Sakura (cherry blossom petals) to surround the opponent. This causes confusion, and allow you an opportunity to attack. Pretty useful in the right situation.

I think the confusion isn't mental as genjutsu which means it depends on the victim. I could use this jutsu with genjutsu assisting the effect. I dislike the fact it can be easily put off if the opponent counters with wind attacks.

Now for this technique, you will throw several kunai towards the opponent. These kunai have pouches attached to them, and upon impact, these pouches explode which release small explosive notes that shower onto the opponent. A final explosive tagged is thrown, which activates the rest of the notes, and creates one huge explosion. Pretty cool.

Good, expand a bit more on description, I know the techs are basic though haha.
Form the Ram hand seal and use your chakra to project your voice to anywhere else on the battlefield. This can be used to hide your true position, and also the amount of people that are perhaps present. Quite cool technique.
