The voice crept up around Diana so that she would not know where it came from. At first, she seemed as though it was the gods speaking to her. But something seemed off about this. Almost as though the person had a vendetta and was seeking Diana merely to complete the task.

”I will mend the rest of your injuries after you've held up your end of the bargain."

Suddenly, she could feel herself being rejuvenated. No doubt she was feeling much stronger now, nearly back to full strength. She thought back to the words. “The man you seek to defeat”, clearly must be referring to Laxus, the man she had almost succeeded in defeating, if not for making her foolish mistakes. She stayed alarmed but took this as an opportunity to fight again. This very well could be a blessing in disguise though. She was ready to fight again next.

1 win, 1 loss. Guess his first attempt at this battle arena wasn't a complete failure. However with this new info it was time to roll on out. Summoning a giant 100 meter long pitviper, Geets hops on his head as it raises up, and commands it to leave to the next LM over, heading towards home base. He would then be still gathering natural energy, he needed to reenter SM to heal his wounds. Thankfully that man took it easy on him, Geets had no doubt the man was hiding the lion share of his true power still. One day Geets would return to see if he could get him to display it..

Description: An elemental lightning technique based around shape manipulation, a concept deprived from Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation and the Lightning Shadow Clone. The basic concept is, the user will either release unfocused lightning onto a conductible material (either through touch, or sending a bolt through the air, or ground), or inject this jutsu into preexisting lightning to harness the lightning technique/material. The user is able to create duplicates of the original jutsu. The appearance of the duplicated jutsu is exactly the same as the previous technique, their damaging property, rank, size, and purpose of jutsu is relatively the same as well. This technique can be used on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. Most of the time "shocking" to touch, the lightning duplicate will have a certain amount of tangibility to remain in shape. The user can create an extra beast for attack, or another spear of lightning. Alternatively, when used on jutsus/weapons with lightning conducted on it, the user can create a duplicate from that as well (only tangible elements). The difference between using this jutsu on already existing lightning, or on conducted lightning, is that the conducted lightning (such as a kunai with nagashi), will appear to be an exact copy, its internal body composed of electricity, but in appearance looks regular as ever. And when struck, reverts back to a regular state of pure lightning. To the opponents eye's, this method would look simply like a clone of the original technique, though this might not fool some forms of sensory, and dojutsu. These duplicate jutsus can be controlled as a streaming, or can be aimed as a projectile. The duplicates are created short range of the original jutsu, but the user can inject/use this jutsu on techniques from virtually any range. The power of the duplicates is equally divided between the numbers created if needed by the user. A drawback to this jutsu is shape matters, it can be used on shaped/tangible lightning techniques, or tangible materials conducted with lightning. This can not be used on one's self with lightning armor based jutsus.

The technique was created as a means of allowing the user to engage in Taijutsu maneuvers without having to worry about techniques like Chidori Stream, allowing them to execute their maneuvers. The barrier does not cause any additional damage or enhancements to the user's body, even though it is tangible, and comes into effect when struck by a person or technique.

Hei will step out from the King's mouth and Ask Nagato. "I'm not sure what's going on but.. you want to get some fish taco's?" Nagato would sigh and agree. Both, leaving the arena.

Performing a few practice moves on the boat, Rhaenys grew excited to test her strength in the arena.

As she reached the shores and made her way to the arena, she would make the seal to release the chakra on her head, as well as activate her healing, walking into the waiting section. With no one there the door opened up, and she walked out.

Description:
The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Her medical techniques are boosted in both speed and effectiveness (heals twice as much, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use (Sōzō Saisei) Creation Rebirth on herself or on others through Katsuyu.

-Level 2: After releasing Level 1 of the White Seal, the user forces the seal to open completely. Upon release, the markings of the white seal spread around Tsunade's body. This level unleashes the full chakra contained in the White Seal (adding 1000 chakra points), boosting her physical abilities, strength and power to unimaginable levels. Her Taijutsu gains another additional +25 boost in damage and her medical techniques gain a tremendous boost in speed and effectiveness (adds twice as much healing as before, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use the (Byakugō no Jutsu) Strength of a Hundred Technique on her self or through Katsuyu on others.

Description: The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, created by the greatest of medical ninja, Tsunade, it is one of the two ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the first level of her White Strength Seal, she stimulates the body's proteins to increase cell division reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. As long as the user has chakra and is conscious it is impossible for her to die by any means, which means that as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, Tsunade is basically shortening her natural lifespan. Also, the user must control the technique consciously, willing it to happen and controlling every aspect of the healing, taking a great deal of concentration and chakra control to keep active.

The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. Description: The Phoenix Feathered Muffler is a simple technique that involves the release of fire chakra that will cloak the user. Although this technique fully cloaks the user - as many defensive techniques do, it does not offer the typical defensive properties that a normal armour would, in fact, outside of the fiery golden glow that will emanate from the users visage, and the techniques special interaction with fire techniques, virtually nothing will change as the shroud is almost completely incorporeal. However, when the user is in contact with a flame that is either devoid of chakra, comprised of the users chakra, or comprised of the chakra of one that the user has a blood contract with, such as summons, the shrouds true abilities will be displayed. The user will be capable of interacting with any flame or fire technique that they produce without suffering from harm or adverse effects - such as respiratory problems - not only that but, should they so wish, they will be capable of interacting with fire as if it were a solid, liquid or gas - such as standing on top of a flame despite its incorporeal qualities or floating within a fire. This ability signifies the user as the 'Unburnt', gracing the user with an ability previously believed to be the sole realm of the Dragon and Phoenix. (Does not grant the user immunity to enemy fire techniques).

Notes:
This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Furthermore a rather intriguing and strange effect of this technique is that, no matter how hard the user may try, they will be incapable of using water techniques while this technique is active. Stranger yet, is that the only solid portion of this technique is a feather comprised of golden ash, seemingly immune to anything but water, that will attach itself to the user's chest.

Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration.

In addition, the fiery aura can be drawn onto a weapon upon creation instead of forming around the user allowing this to be created passively in the same time frame as the technique used to power this jutsu(projectile slash will still count as an active usage).

From just behind the top of his skull is what looks like quills coming off him in a staggered pattern down his body. His tail is pointed having an ax shape to it with a spear tip in the center. The razor sharp horns as well as heavy blunt/sharp tail can be used for striking and would also carry burning damage from him always molding his Katon. Its eyes are stunning and bright, and he is very strong even by large Snake summons standards. A fierce, powerful, menacing Minister of Death whom thanks to his natural affinity to Katon and burning things, hates nature, especially the forest. He is an avid swimmer moving as fast as he can on land (Kage rank Taijutsu Master). His fangs contain a powerful snake venom, and one bite from him would not only burn someone severely but would also paralyze them as the venom quickly makes it way thru their system, taking 2 turns for total paralysis to set in, lasting for one turn.

Sukautā - Scouter

Description: A Scouter is a scanning piece of Ninja technology, contained in a unit that fits over the users left ear, with a semi-transparent coloured monocle that serves as a display, covering the left eye. The colours can vary depending on the users preference but it has no bearing on the usage of the Scouter. The primary function of the scouter is to Scan the Chakra level of an opponent or groups of opponents, displaying a numerical value as well as an arrow to indicate the direction of the chakra source, if they happened to be outside the display-screens field of view. The Scouter is able to pick up Chakra Signals at a vast range, up to a single landmark away; though if multiple Chakra Sources are in the same landmark, it is only able to show the number of individual signals, instead of each Chakra Level. The Scouter will not detect Chakra if the target is using a chakra suppressing ability.
Upon initial activation, it will only show the current level of targets within Long-range of the user, requiring an additional activation cost to scan into the next landmark. Once a targets Chakra has been scanned, it will not constantly update the chakra level as it depletes, instead requiring another activation cost (30 chakra) to update the reading to the targets new chakra level. So long as the user spends the chakra, they are able to constantly track up to five targets at all times, so long as they remain or enter mid-range, unless they use a chakra suppressing ability. The scouter can only track up to two targets if they are long-range away from the wielder, and any targets within an adjacent landmark, will appear as one reading with their combined chakra level displayed on the screen. The scouter is able to track any source of chakra, from projectiles, to clones, to summons and animal companions; anything with a readable chakra source present. This ability to detect targets does grant a small boost to the users tracking speed, granting an equivalent to a 2T Sharingan.
Scouter's are able to provide a direct line of communication with other Scouter's and communication devices, via implementation of a modified script from a communication scroll, however only when the Scouter is active. This communication extends up to three landmarks in any direction and can easily be heard by the wielder due to the device being ear-mounted.
Notes:
-Scouter can remain active so long as the user has the chakra reserves to do so.
-Scouter Tracking speeds do not stack with Doujutsu
-Can only be made/taught by Shinta and a max of 3 can be used.
-Full body lightning jutsu of B rank and higher will short-out the Scouter, making it unusable for five turns. S rank lightning will destroy the Scouter.

The armour when forged was inlaid with doton chakra similar to the cannon light weight technique making it so it doesn't hinder the users speed while granting another ability; the Armor can release an instant surge of S rank earth chakra into the users body for a split second similar to the (Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique, allowing the users speed to increase for a sudden movement in a linear direction up to mid range (2x speed), where their speed returns to normal. This ability activates instantly, lasting for one movement, and can be used only thrice per battle. Another aspect of the armor is the user can release their chakra into it using it to harden the armor similar to the cannon B rank earth Hardening technique, increasing the defensive powers of the armor to that of A rank earth following the s/w of earth release.
Note: Reducing the weight costs a move, can be used twice, with two turns between uses and can only move up to mid range.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot.

The seals are activated with a hand seal. The speed that the weapon comes together is Sannin rank running speed

-Can only place four seals which is the max, no more can be placed until one of the seals is removed.
-The user automatically has a seal on themselves(must have this jutsu posted in the beginning of a match or in the bio) so that leaves three other seals to be used.
-Placing a seal, removing a seal and attraction(bringing them together) counts towards the three moves per turn

For three turns after consumption, the candy increases the user’s techniques by 20 damage. This counts as a passive boost. Each handful of corn can be consumed three times before the user runs out. Once they expire, the user cannot consume Conqueror’s End candy for two turns. The user may only have a maximum of two different Conqueror’s End candy running simultaneously.

Description: A unique fire style jutsu based on chakra flow abilities. This particular technique focuses on the unique aspect of some fire release jutsu, namely those based on explosive ash, such as Asuma's technique he used vs Hidan. By forming this explosive ash the user is capable of applying the ash to his limbs or any weapons he uses. By activating this jutsu the user is able to release the ash during taijutsu or other weapon attacks. Though this costs a move slot each time the ash is released. By using the momentum behind physical attacks the user of this jutsu is capable of sending streams of red hot ash from the seals to augment the range of the attacks and cause increased damage in close range. However as to prevent the user suffering from his own jutsu, the ash from this can only be caused to explode with a subsequent technique this technique must be a higher ranked fire technique due to the strength of the chakra stored in the ash release and it's density. In regards to scaling each time the jutsu is used, the user may release an amount of ash with a maximum range of mid. If it was to travel in a straight line from the user to mid ranged. A total of 15 meters, this can also be used to form the ash in to smaller patterns that instead have wider ranges provided they follow the initial dimensions. This ash behaves in an adhesive manner sticking to enemy targets similar to boiling sugar. Alternatively, the ash can be streamed into another Katon jutsu increasing it's damage by +20 while occurring in the same TF but of course costing a move.

The transformation also causes an increase in the user’s Fire Release techniques, causing all techniques to inflict an additional 20 damage, considered a passive boost. The user will also grow fangs. This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Furthermore a rather intriguing and strange effect of this technique is that, no matter how hard the user may try, they will be incapable of using water techniques while this technique is active. Stranger yet, is that the only solid portion of this technique is a feather comprised of golden ash, seemingly immune to anything but water, that will attach itself to the user's chest.

Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration.

Description: After using Fire Release: Scorching Rage/Berserker/Demoniac the user can channel the katon chakra surrounding them onto their sword focusing the chakra onto the blade. The user can then do a simple crescent-shaped slash at the opponent along the lines of Slicing Crimson Wave but instead launches the concentrated fiery golden chakra into a slicing wave of fire short range in length and solid enough to cut, able to hit targets Long range away. Can also be used to defend/attack from attacks of equal rank or lower with-in reason following S/W. The blade's fiery aura would reflect the strength of which jutsu was active when used. In addition, the fiery aura can be drawn onto a weapon upon creation instead of forming around the user allowing this to be created passively in the same time frame as the technique used to power this jutsu(projectile slash will still count as an active usage).

- Lasts for the duration of which technique was active when used and ends when it would have, and would cost equal chakra to maintain and follows the same restrictions as the technique used before activation (Rage/Berserker/Demoniac)

Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

Description: Boitatá, the most proficient of all Snakes in usage of Katon, is a personal summons of Vegeta Valentine. He is comparable in size to Aoda with bull-like horns on his head. From just behind the top of his skull is what looks like quills coming off him in a staggered pattern down his body. His tail is pointed having an ax shape to it with a spear tip in the center. The razor sharp horns as well as heavy blunt/sharp tail can be used for striking and would also carry burning damage from him always molding his Katon. Its eyes are stunning and bright, and he is very strong even by large Snake summons standards. A fierce, powerful, menacing Minister of Death whom thanks to his natural affinity to Katon and burning things, hates nature, especially the forest. He is an avid swimmer moving as fast as he can on land (Kage rank Taijutsu Master). His fangs contain a powerful snake venom, and one bite from him would not only burn someone severely but would also paralyze them as the venom quickly makes it way thru their system, taking 2 turns for total paralysis to set in, lasting for one turn.

Sukautā - Scouter

Description: A Scouter is a scanning piece of Ninja technology, contained in a unit that fits over the users left ear, with a semi-transparent coloured monocle that serves as a display, covering the left eye. The colours can vary depending on the users preference but it has no bearing on the usage of the Scouter. The primary function of the scouter is to Scan the Chakra level of an opponent or groups of opponents, displaying a numerical value as well as an arrow to indicate the direction of the chakra source, if they happened to be outside the display-screens field of view. The Scouter is able to pick up Chakra Signals at a vast range, up to a single landmark away; though if multiple Chakra Sources are in the same landmark, it is only able to show the number of individual signals, instead of each Chakra Level. The Scouter will not detect Chakra if the target is using a chakra suppressing ability.
Upon initial activation, it will only show the current level of targets within Long-range of the user, requiring an additional activation cost to scan into the next landmark. Once a targets Chakra has been scanned, it will not constantly update the chakra level as it depletes, instead requiring another activation cost (30 chakra) to update the reading to the targets new chakra level. So long as the user spends the chakra, they are able to constantly track up to five targets at all times, so long as they remain or enter mid-range, unless they use a chakra suppressing ability. The scouter can only track up to two targets if they are long-range away from the wielder, and any targets within an adjacent landmark, will appear as one reading with their combined chakra level displayed on the screen. The scouter is able to track any source of chakra, from projectiles, to clones, to summons and animal companions; anything with a readable chakra source present. This ability to detect targets does grant a small boost to the users tracking speed, granting an equivalent to a 2T Sharingan.
Scouter's are able to provide a direct line of communication with other Scouter's and communication devices, via implementation of a modified script from a communication scroll, however only when the Scouter is active. This communication extends up to three landmarks in any direction and can easily be heard by the wielder due to the device being ear-mounted.
Notes:
-Scouter can remain active so long as the user has the chakra reserves to do so.
-Scouter Tracking speeds do not stack with Doujutsu
-Can only be made/taught by Shinta and a max of 3 can be used.
-Full body lightning jutsu of B rank and higher will short-out the Scouter, making it unusable for five turns. S rank lightning will destroy the Scouter.

(Saiyajin Jakketo)-Saiyan Armor

Description: The Saiyan Armor is fabled to comprised of both ninja wire and chakra metal which is the reason for being very light stretchy as the wire through out is in layers which give it manouvorability, yet, at the same time really durable. Because of the armor’s unique characteristics it makes the wearer capable of reducing up to 25 damage from physical attacks. The armour when forged was inlaid with doton chakra similar to the cannon light weight technique making it so it doesn't hinder the users speed while granting another ability; the Armor can release an instant surge of S rank earth chakra into the users body for a split second similar to the (Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique, allowing the users speed to increase for a sudden movement in a linear direction up to mid range (2x speed), where their speed returns to normal. This ability activates instantly, lasting for one movement, and can be used only thrice per battle. Another aspect of the armor is the user can release their chakra into it using it to harden the armor similar to the cannon B rank earth Hardening technique, increasing the defensive powers of the armor to that of A rank earth following the s/w of earth release.
Note: Reducing the weight costs a move, can be used twice, with two turns between uses and can only move up to mid range.

(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop

The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Fuuinjutsu/Doton: Dōtoku (Sealing Arts/Earth Style: Morality)

Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot.

These seals primarily for weapon users that uses multiple weapons and can't get them back since they are to far away to reach but can be used to draw in almost anything to another seal. The seals are activated with a hand seal. The speed that the weapon comes together is Sannin rank running speed

-Can only place four seals which is the max, no more can be placed until one of the seals is removed.
-The user automatically has a seal on themselves(must have this jutsu posted in the beginning of a match or in the bio) so that leaves three other seals to be used.
-Placing a seal, removing a seal and attraction(bringing them together) counts towards the three moves per turn
- Cannot be used with the projectile clone jutsu

For three turns after consumption, the candy increases the user’s techniques by 20 damage. This counts as a passive boost. Each handful of corn can be consumed three times before the user runs out. Once they expire, the user cannot consume Conqueror’s End candy for two turns. The user may only have a maximum of two different Conqueror’s End candy running simultaneously.

( Katon - Shisan e no ha ) Fire Style - Ashes to Asset

Description: A unique fire style jutsu based on chakra flow abilities. This particular technique focuses on the unique aspect of some fire release jutsu, namely those based on explosive ash, such as Asuma's technique he used vs Hidan. By forming this explosive ash the user is capable of applying the ash to his limbs or any weapons he uses. By activating this jutsu the user is able to release the ash during taijutsu or other weapon attacks. Though this costs a move slot each time the ash is released. By using the momentum behind physical attacks the user of this jutsu is capable of sending streams of red hot ash from the seals to augment the range of the attacks and cause increased damage in close range. However as to prevent the user suffering from his own jutsu, the ash from this can only be caused to explode with a subsequent technique this technique must be a higher ranked fire technique due to the strength of the chakra stored in the ash release and it's density. In regards to scaling each time the jutsu is used, the user may release an amount of ash with a maximum range of mid. If it was to travel in a straight line from the user to mid ranged. A total of 15 meters, this can also be used to form the ash in to smaller patterns that instead have wider ranges provided they follow the initial dimensions. This ash behaves in an adhesive manner sticking to enemy targets similar to boiling sugar. Alternatively, the ash can be streamed into another Katon jutsu increasing it's damage by +20 while occurring in the same TF but of course costing a move.

Standing in the middle of the arena, Rhaenys looked towards her next opponent. A somewhat man beast that looked as vicious and proud as the serpent he was standing on. This one looked a lot tougher than the opponents she had fought before, a lot more physical, and could feel somewhat an intense aura coming off her opponent. Relaxing herself and calming her mind, Rhaenys would clear her mind of all emotion as she fully released the seal on her head, activating her ultimate healing jutsu as well. She would give everything she could for this fight.

(Byakugō no In) White Strength Seal

Description:
The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Her medical techniques are boosted in both speed and effectiveness (heals twice as much, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use (Sōzō Saisei) Creation Rebirth on herself or on others through Katsuyu.

-Level 2: After releasing Level 1 of the White Seal, the user forces the seal to open completely. Upon release, the markings of the white seal spread around Tsunade's body. This level unleashes the full chakra contained in the White Seal (adding 1000 chakra points), boosting her physical abilities, strength and power to unimaginable levels. Her Taijutsu gains another additional +25 boost in damage and her medical techniques gain a tremendous boost in speed and effectiveness (adds twice as much healing as before, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use the (Byakugō no Jutsu) Strength of a Hundred Technique on her self or through Katsuyu on others.

Note: Can only be used by Tsunade and Sakura Bios

Note: Because Sakura is younger and doesn't need to spend chakra from the seal to keep her body young, she can more effectively use the chakra of the seal and gains and additional +10 to Taijutsu for each level.

Description: This is a forbidden technique that is accessible to those who have mastered the Creation Rebirth technique, and as such, is only known to and usable by Tsunade and Sakura. While very similar in nature to its parent technique — which facilitates the regeneration of injuries through accelerated cell division — it however does not require the use of hand seals, meaning the users wounds begin to heal as soon as they are inflicted. That is to say that where the Creation Rebirth technique needs the users conscious input to both activate and define the duration of the healing process, any wound sustained while this technique is in effect will begin recovery automatically, with no voluntary control from her part. With this technique active, the user is virtually immune to physical damage and doesn't need any sort of control over the healing process, enabling healing to happen even if she isn't conscious. The speed of healing is, because of it, greatly enhanced and perfected when compared to Creation Rebirth. To such an extent that she is able to heal internal organs completely in a matter of mere moments.
Note: Can only be used after the release of the second level of White Strength Seal and lasts a maximum of 4 turns.

Mereoleon walking up on the scene. After intense training she spots some folks fighting in the arena. Waiting for the outcome. One person it does seems like one of the people look familiar. Either way she stood there with her arms folded with her blastoise now summoned on the field. With Her riding on his body look a car. Luckily her summon was very strong and didnt mind carrying her around.

Description: Blastoise is a large, bipedal tortoise-like Pokémon. Its body is dark blue and is mostly hidden by its tough, brown shell. This shell has a pale yellow underside and a white ridge between the upper and lower halves, which also encircles the arms. Two powerful water cannons reside in the top sides of its shell. These cannons can be extended or withdrawn and can be used to assist in high-speed charges. Blastoise's head has triangular ears which are black on the inside, small brown eyes, and a cream-colored lower jaw. Its arms are thick and striated with three claws on each hand. Its feet have three claws on the front and one on the back. It has a stubby tail. Moving at only Jounin speed, he can use Water up to S rank and his shell can survive A rank and below damage, but not his underbelt. Blastoise is able to use an ability called Torrent, which boosts how Water jutsu by +20 up to S rank. He has an ability called Hydro Pump where he releases Water through either of his cannons, ripping through steel and moving swift. This can also shoot small bursts back to back, equaling A rank damage. He has an ability also called Hydro Cannon where he releases two massive bursts of Water from his cannons that merge to deal S rank damage, moving at twice his speed.
