Advantage:
This jutsu is able to be used on multiple opponents at once so can be good against an opponent who uses clones.

Disadvantage:
You absolutely need a fan for thus jutsu or it can't be used. Also has no cutting ability at all.

Advantage:
Can cut through solid material thus making it very dangerous if you can hit the opponent

Disadvantage:
A set of hand seals are needed thus leaving an opening for an opponent. Is also no good to use in conjunction with fire so it can only be used in a cutting way.

The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

(Fūton: Fūjin no Jutsu) - Wind Release Dust Cloud Technique

You have to overlap your hands near your mouth and guide it with your hand as you blow the wind out from your mouth. Aimed at the ground and collecting the dust from it. Highly effective when you want to distract someone​

(Fūton: Renkuudan) - Wind Style: Drilling Wind Bullet

Gather wind chakra and perform hand seals. Release it through the mouth and shape it a sphere of wind. The wind sphere is strong enough to hurt even large summons. It's very powerful and a dense set of wind sphere.​

Can be used to both obscure the opponents vision whilst also providing a good distraction

Disadvantage:
It needs a hand seal plus you need to also use your hands to guide the wind

Advantage:
Can be used to do heavy damage to mostly anything and is a good move to use when the opponents use a large summoning

Disadvantage:
I see no disadvantage here. :|
