-Scenerio1:*After having summoned the boss and already having a standard mole prepared beforehand and waiting underground through the use of the hiding like a mole technique, ready to surprise the enemy but, the enemy isn’t aware of his presence since he was summoned while, the enemies vision was obscured (doesn’t really matter in this case but, lets say it was a smoke bomb). Mine lifts me up as I get on and stand on his right hand and after forming a wind elemental rasengan in my right hand by, releasing and spinning my chakra, forming the shell to maintain the shape, and infusing the sphere with wind chakra, shaping it into a spinning mini wind-mill shuriken. Once everything was set, Mine sends me flying on the left of the target. The target sees this and breaths [Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work]. Mine would also see this, not letting the enemy interfere with me, he slams his hand raising the ground(25 meters long on the enemies right side not the left, 5 meters wide and 25 meters tall) half-way between myself and the enemy to block the attack before the flames covered more than half of the ground as it traveled. I see the ground and take out a kunai tied with wire string with my left hand from my pouch and throw into the left side of the wall while, holding onto the wire. I proceed to use this in conjunction with the jetpack to swing myself over around it, appearing in complete of the target on his left. Should perform an attack as I’m about to slam the rasengan , the mole underground would emerge and latch onto the targets head, covering and blinding his eyes with its paws and its feet wrapped around his neck. Once the mole knows I have the shot, he disperses before I slam the rasengan into his chest, potentially killing him as my hand suffers a bit of the damage from the impact.*

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

-Scenerio2:*After creating a clone before hand and practicing on a dummy, I start by gathering my raw chakra first into my left hand, releasing and spinning it on hand, forming a shell around it to maintain its sphere, and mixing wind chakra into it and shaping it into a mini-shuriken, basically combining the normal rasengans rotation and power and then, making it more dense with wind chakra. As I do this, my clone focuses his water chakra into his right hand, creating water that spirals and fires and high-speeds at the target. Once we were ready we combine our attacks, using the wild rotation of the rasengan and the current from the torrent, having it swallow up the water to create a large amount of water vapour and producing a strong wind that whirls around the concentrated mist, lifting the dummy and breaking it apart.*

-Pros : Can be used in collaboration with a certain water technique and is strong enough to stop even a very advanced fire/wind combo like the fire release: fire and wind blast technique made up of the intelligent hard work and pressure damage techniques. It doesn’t require hand-seals so, the execution doesn’t take time.
Cons: Even though the technique is pretty advanced, It seems I would take damage once I slam it into my opponent. Well in order for it to have any real effect, I would have to get in close-range and hit them even though its appearance suggests that it would be something that is thrown but, that is not the case.
-How do you defend from it? The main thing is to maintain focus on the user wielding and not let get close to you while also making sure that the decoys they throw at you don’t get in your way or try and finish you because the enemy will still have this option if they fail to hit you with their rasengan and might get one of their clones or allies to go for a sneak attack. I’ll use clones, allies of my own, and/or summoning to deal with any distractions while, I deal with the attack. I’ll use [Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique] to incinerate them once they think they are within range and are about to strike, and preferable the first pillar should be underneath them and then the last two can follow after.

-Scenerio1:*After creating two clones, one on my left the other on my right, Clone1 weaves two hand-seals to form a swamp under the target, that has a 5 meter radius and is 10 meters deep, once he is caught or should he evade by moving upward somehow, getting out, I would weave the necessary hand-seals while taking in a deep breath before exhaling, releasing several small blasts of wind chakra, dispersing them throughout the battle field making it hard for the target to dodge. Should he take to the skies, clone2 would gather his earth chakra and create an opening in the sky to summon a large lid with a boars face on it and drop it down on them. The clone made sure the lid was thick and not hollow.*

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

-Scenerio2:*Taking aim at an enemy from an unknown village, I start by creating a shadow clone on my left side. Not letting get away, I proceed by weaving the necessary hand-seals while, taking a deep breath and then exhaling several small blasts of wind chakra, dispersing them over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult for the ninja to avoid them entirely without taking any damage but, to make the matter worse and ensure that they have no where evade, my clone finishes by breathing wind-infused chakra into the palm of his left hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball and then firing several of them at the target in rapid succession, covering the gaps and spaces where the target might run to.*

Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

-Pros: As you said, if I release the bullets and spread them out throughout the field, the target will have a hard time evading them so, pressuring them is good as they there’s good chance they will make mistakes and have little time to think. Since they are small it’ll be hard to see and keep track of them if the user can’t sense them or has a dojutsu.
Cons: Since it’s not a single bullet and isn’t focused at a single point, they’re power would be divided, I think roughly a D-rank each. The technique can be countered by fire techniques B-rank and above, specifically projectile based attacks.
-How do you defend from it? With my chakra sensory or partially enhanced hearing even though I won’t know the nature but, I can still see the chakra, I’ll use the [wind release basic technique] to launch myself upward and let pass me. If it was used in the sphere form and not cylinder form, I’ll use [Fire Release: Hellfire Technique] to counter it since it doesn't require a hand-seal.
-Ask Questions: Can I use it in the same manner that Danzo did in the Anime, making a more spherical wind-bullet rather than the ones shaped like a cylinder when he used it on Sasuke?

For the first, you will make 4 handseals then you focus your wind chakra. Inhale and build the chakra in your lungs the as you are about to exhale as a thin column of wind, spin around(clockwise or counter-clockwise, anyone you like) so that as you release the wind concurrently with the spin, it turns out to be a circular ring of wind that proceeds outward and can strike multiple opponent.

-Scenerio1: *Large groups of enemy ninja appear and attempt to breach the walls of Suna. I start by creating a shadow clone as the enemy takes off and jumps into the air, readying there weapons as they attempt to bring them down on us to cut us down. Seeing this, my clone quickly weaves Tiger → Snake → Boar before taking out wire string from his pouch and manipulates them create a protective dome and repel their attacks. After blocking them and as I weave the necessary hand-seals while taking a deep breath, he undoes the dome and lets the enemy hover momentarily so as to allow me to finish them. Spinning clockwise, I exhale from my mouth a compressed blast of air that takes on the form of a solitary blade of wind, slicing and cutting through the enemies.*

-Scenerio2: *Finishing off the remaining enemies, I create a shadow clone on my left, about 2 meters from where I'm standing. My clone then proceeds to make his move by, tossing a large scroll into the air, above and behind the enemy ninja as they jump out of the sand fly towards us. CloneA focuses his chakra into the scroll to release from the cloud of smoke it produces hundreds of different weapons from it, which rain down, moving fast in a streak of light, and impales them. If they try to evade, I would make 4 hand-seals and take a deep breath, gathering my wind chakra into my lungs before, spinning counterclockwise and exhaling a compressed blade of wind, that slices through the targets and severely injures them.*

-Pros: If I use this other techniques to either ensnare/capture them or simply after blocking the targets initial attack, I can use this move to take them by surprise since, they see me spinning they might think I'll use taijutsu to attack them or some physical attack.
Cons: Its a strong attack but, the distance it can travel is limited so, the enemy can use a move to escape into long range. The technique can be countered with B-rank and above fire techniques as long as its strong enough, covers a wide range, and its execution is fast(no hand-seals)
-How do you defend from it? I would use the hurricane fist to escape into long-range in the case I'm at mid-range. If it was mandalorian bio, I'd use the jet-pack to move. If it was my inuzuka I'd use [Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet] to defend myself.

-Scenerio1:* Taking aim at the training dummy, I start by slamming my hands on the ground and lower the ground around the dummy with the ground it is standing on left intact so, the lowered ground is squared shaped is five meters on all sides. After preventing him from escaping, I take out my giant folding fan and swing it towards the dummy, releasing a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts the dummy into the air. As it rises, the dummy is then zapped by three bolts of lightning before falling and covering it in a black cloud of smoke. Before the dummy touches the ground, I finish off by sending my wind chakra into the sky to darken the clouds, making everything above stormy. From the clouds an F-5 cutting tornado descends from above and slices/cuts up the dummy into pieces.*

Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Without delay, he opens his eyes and swings his fan releasing a blade of wind and then, shaping it in the form of a giant hurricane that uses its suction power to draw the target enemy, making it difficult for him to retreat or get away. As it pulls him in and proceeds to violently slash them, I send my wind chakra into the sky, causing the clouds to darken almost as if a storm was coming. Manipulating the clouds, I have them form and create a cutting tornado that descends onto the traitor as an F-tornado that slices and shreds them apart.*

-Pros: To make it hard for them to evade, its best to use it other wind techniques that acts as a vacuum to hold and secure them, making it easier for the tornado to damage them as it descends. It makes a great combo with other wind techniques that have their attacks come from the sky or with other techniques that are made from the ground such as the swamp of the underworld.
Cons: The range is limited and once the target sees the attack and they aren't distracted or pinned down, they can choose to escape or counter with strong enough fire technique B-rank and above. Even though it doesn't seem to use hand-seals it seems that it takes time and at that time the target will notice the sky darkening and the appearance of bad weather and will know something is up so, it isn't fast like most wind techniques.
-How do you defend from it? I'd probably have a clone made beforehand but, at least 11 meters away from me and the enemy and have him deal with them by using [Earth Release: Dropping Lid] while I would use hiding like mole to go underground and evade the tornado, getting to a safe distance(long) but, most likely use [Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball] towards the sky.

For your question, you can find a way to jump over it, duck or block it, all with a jutsu.

Create 2 tornadoes of wind by concentrating wind chakra into your fan and flapping it, each beside your target. Let one ensnare your target then make the second combines with the first and increate the lethality. When used well, it can cause a death blow.

Hoping he evades this and once he does, I swing my fan once more, creating two tornadoes. The enemy thinking its the same attack, prepares the evade it once more but, before I let him, I momentarily close and tuck my fan under my right arm and proceed to weave two hand-seals, creating a swamp under them that is 10 meters deep and has a 5 meter radius, ensnaring them and preventing their escape. With the dummy soaked in water, bolts of lightning come down from the clouds/sky and zap it, damaging the dummy far more than what the attack usually does before, being dropped back down by the subsiding vortex. With the injured dummy having a hard time picking itself up, I finish up by getting within range and swing my fan once more, sending two tornadoes in his direction. The first captures it and while it is held in place the second merges with the first, creating an even larger tornado that slashes its target to death with razor sharp wind pinions.*

-Pros: Its a useful technique and if one uses the weaker version first the enemy would think that you are using the same technique when you use the stronger version so, you can trick them that and to ensure they don't get away you can use other techniques that are used for capture and restraint. It also makes a great combo with other fan techs.
Cons: If the target manages to survive this they will know how the technique works so it would lose its element of surprise. Its naturally weak against fire but, can be countered with a B-rank fire as long as the size isn't an issue and requires constant fueling. It can be evaded with movement techniques such as flicker evasion, swift techniques, weight techniques etc
-How do you defend from it? Well I wouldn't evade it instead I would take it head on by either using a strong fire technique such as [Fire Release: Great Flame Technique] or [Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation] to burst through the tornadoes and continue on to my opponent or I would use a durable enough earth defense to shield me from both tornadoes such as [Earth Release: Multiple Mudwall Technique] or [Earth Release: Moving Earth Core] to raise the ground and have the tornado collide with the raised ground.

Mixing it with other elements like sand/dust I can not only damage my opponent but also blind them with the sand. Since it starts as a blade of wind I can combine this with the wind blade technique and trick them before shaping the blade into a gust and take them by surprise.
Cons: It doesn't seem like the user can switch nature types as he releases the gust after watching the video. Weak against A-rank and above fire techniques. Since it can't be manipulated it can easily be evaded/defended against with the right technique.
-How do you defend from it? Since its large and covers significant ground, dodging it wouldn't be a good idea unless you use [Fire Release: Great Flame Flower] to jump back and release the flame bullets. I would use [wind release: grand war prison] to shield myself from the attack or use my fan and release an equally strong attack such as [Wind Release: Tornado Drop]

Without delay, the enemy sends a D-rank fireball towards Caius. Smiling at his opponents futile attempts, Caius calls back the weapons and has them spin around him as he channels more wind chakra into them in order to have the blades afterwards release the stored chakra and form a vortex of wind than surrounds Caius' body and shields him from the fireball. -Pros: The attack happens in a matter of moments so, its pretty fast. It can defend against at least an S-rank lightning technique as long as its a stream or projectile and not something massive like kirin. I can combine it with other dust/sand based techniques to aid this technique in obscuring the enemies line of sight or blind them or use other wind techniques to strengthen the attack.
Cons: Its seems pretty easy to evade with the right technique and its the kind of attack focused on a single point/target instead of going for multiple targets or covering a wide range. It is weak against A-rank and above fire techniques but, can be defended against by at least a B-rank fire.
-How do you defend from it? Well since it doesn't cover and expansive range, I could simply use the wind release basic technique to move to the right or left seeing as how all it took to evade was Ino pushing Choji out of the way. Or I could overpower it with an A-rank or above fire technique such as [Fire Release: Dust Ignition Technique].

Ans: Its a wind gust, you can control it the way you want and lifting the target into the air is an easy part.

I believe the ichibi racoon wtf.. Used this by imbuing chakra into its stomach, convert them to wind and blow out a condense wind sphere that even Gamabunta feared. Now I want you to do the same though in your sake, you will be making handseals.

Description: Originally Gaara's technique, different characters will need to perform handseals in order to imbue the large amount of chakra needed into thier lungs. The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

-Pros: I can combine it with other wind techniques to cause even greater damage to the enemy and if he brought allies, to them as well. It can be used to aid other fire techniques especially ones that are used defensively adding a surprise to it since, the enemy wouldn't expect something coming out of or through the fire.
Cons: Weak against A-rank and above fire techniques and can at least be stopped by an S-rank lightning technique. Seems to fire or work in a similar to a cannon so, there's time to react and put up a defense. It can't change direction once its fired so, one can for example jump out of the way using the light weight or super light weight technique.
-How do you defend from it? Since its a fast projectile, I'll use a projectile of my own that is faster or just as fast as the wind bullet, mainly fan techs like [Wind Release: Slashing Tornado] to block it or [Wind Release: Cast Net Technique] to hold in place. I could use lightning since its faster but, would have to be an S-rank such as [Lightning Style: False Darkness] or [Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm].

With three separate attacks converging at the same time, the enemy wouldn't be able to defend themselves properly from all sides, and all we need is for just one of our attacks to connect unless the target can absorb chakra or nullify ninjutsu.*

I'd simply cut and slice through it with an S-rank wind technique or burn/slice through it with a melee attack such as [Fire Style: Divine Conqueror] to slash away at it and or [Fire Style: Forearm Bladed gauntlet] forming bladed gauntlets and slice through it as I move towards it.

Maybe not cut through Susanno's defense but, if one stops it from advancing then, an enhanced version should be able to push it back and away from the user. Its pretty useful against multiple enemies and if used with other techniques from behind, the target should be crushed.
Cons: It can’t extend past 10 meters and once it does it should disperse. It can be overpowered with fire techniques A-rank and above or a strong enough defense it doesn’t have to be absolute.
-How do you defend from it? I would use [Fire Release: Great Flame Flower] to jump backward, giving me enough space to deal with the blade and defend against it by releasing the three giant bullets. Or use a wind technique of equal strength and doesn't require hand-seals such as [Wind Release: Cast Net Technique] since the wind slash is pretty fast to do.

-Scenerio2: *After c2 and c3 have dug underground using the hiding like a mole technique, I proceed by once more sucking in wind drawing my opponent in and knead wind chakra into my mouth to release it in the form of another powerful bullet that blasts. Once they evade or defend, c2 will grab hold of the enemies ankles from underground and restrain them by pulling them while, c2 gets out and leaves the enemy in the ground with his head only sticking out. If he somehow gets c2, c3 will emerge and I will detonate him, causing him to explode and take the enemy with him.* (If he manages to shield, smother, or absorb the explosion well then, I’m gonna have to try something else Z.Z)

It can defend against at least an S-rank lightning attack. The suction is pretty useful since it will give the enemy a hard time to move or get away.
Cons: It is naturally weak against fire and since it has suction capabilities, the enemy can take advantage of the wind and use a fire technique to roast the user. It would be even worse if the user had a clone or ally to amplify the suction of the wind which would increase its size and power and allow the fire to cause even greater damage.
-How do you defend from it? I'll use a fire technique that's quick to execute, can overpower the wind, and taking advantage of the suction such as [Fire Release: Hellfire Technique] or defend using [Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique] waving my hand and releasing the scythe to keep the bullet at bay.

Alright. For the drilling wind bullet, I'll assume by default that the number of seals is two.

-Scenerio1: *Walking on the mountains trail, Caius comes across a roasted corpse. The corpse reminded him of the time he failed to protect his comrades and he just fled without them, leaving them behind when they were up against an opponent they couldn't beat. Caius suddenly hears a loud roar at the top of the mountain, up ahead and so, he heads over to investigate. Arriving at the location from the where the roar was coming from, Caius encounters a lightning dragon(from the blade dragon chronicles game. Couldn't stop playing it >_>). The dragon creates lightning strikes all throughout the battle field as it roars. Caius starts by making a hand-seal, dispersing his wind chakra throughout the battle field so, that he can create and control air currents from the palms of his hands, whipping up loose dust in the area and creating a controllable dust storm that neutralizes the lightning. Caius then follows up by, creating a clone on his right. Forming a Raikiri on opposite hands to one another(Caius' left and the clones right), Caius and his clone connect their attacks, forming a chain to slice the dragon with ease only for the dragon to absorb the attack due to its affinity.*

Caius using his earth chakra, creates a small earth pillar under his right foot to launch him upward to evade the bite and then, using wind chakra expels a stream of wind that propels him backwards, getting him into mid-range as the dragon attempted to hit him with its tail from its left side.*

Cons: I can't use any other techniques besides wind while keeping the technique active. It is naturally weak against fire techniques up to S-rank but, can be stopped with an A-rank. Since it obscures the enemies vision, your vision would also be obscured unless you can sense their chakra or the enemy is large enough for you to still be able to see it (Juubi)
-How do you defend from it? I'll try to force them to end the technique using fire release projectiles or fire techs that rain down from above such as [Fire Release: Great Fireball Shower] or [Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike]. If I want to push the dust storm away from I'll use [Wind Release: Tornado Wall].

Once he's in position, he swings his fan sending a blade of wind that he then transforms, shaping it into a giant hurricane that draws the creature in and violently slashes him. As the dragon is pulled in and after taking a deep breath, I exhale several blades of wind by rapidly moving my head in various directions(5, 11, and 7 o clock). The blades slice through the dragon, ripping through it as the hurricanes suction augments its power.*

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

-Pros: By moving the head the user can cover an expansive range with the blades and make it difficult for them evade/defend. I can strengthen the blades if I have a clone standing on the opposite side using other wind techniques that have strong suction capabilities and be able slice through almost any kind of defense.
Cons: It is naturally weak against fire up to S-rank but, can defended against using a strong enough A-rank fire. With the hand-seals and taking a deep breath, the user will know something is coming and be able to defend themselves with a durable enough defense.
-How do you defend from it? Well the only fast defensive technique I know is [Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar] and since the element is my specialty it shouldn't be hard to erect unless the enemy has wind as their specialty then, I would have to use an S-rank wind with no hand-seals shield myself from their attack (probably use Wind Release: Tornado Wall)or the quintuple rashomon gates to alter its path.

-Scenerio1:* Moving on to one of the training dummies and standing at mid-range, I start by creating a clone on my right after making a hand-seal. We both decide to take out the target in one big explosive move so to start, I pull out one of my scrolls from my pouch, opening it and focusing my fire chakra into it while, my clone makes two hand-seals and takes a deep breath, compressing it entirely from his mouth. Once we were ready, my clone first expels from his mouth a large crushing sphere of wind chakra towards the dummy while, I release the fire chakra stored in my scroll in the form of a flaming tiger that latches onto the sphere as it flies towards the dummy. Upon impact, with the tiger exploding like a paper bomb and the wind fueling the fire, the dummy is blown up in an intense blast of wind of and fire.*

This happens at the same time the statue is released.*

-Pros: It can combined with fire techniques to either strengthen the flames and cause more damage than before or be used supplementary like I how used it, carrying the fire tiger over to the target before detonating. If I combine this technique with other techniques that are mainly used for trapping or capturing targets then, it would very hard for them avoid the sphere.
Cons: Unlike the weaker version this one seems to take time to release(unless they have it as their main specialty) and by then, the target would see this and wouldn't allow themselves to be caught. It is naturally weak against fire and can be overpowered with an S-rank fire technique.
-How do you defend from it? I would say the compressing takes time so, I should be able to see it coming and defend against it using [Fire Release: Great Flame Technique] creating a narrow jet of flames to overpower it and have my attack continue onward, maybe dodge it using [Wind Release Basic Technique] or shield myself using [Wind Release: Tornado Wall]

Now you make a rasengan then add nature manipulation and shape manipulation to cause the rotating chakra to become wind natured and then be inform of a large rotating shuriken. One you hit your target with it, retreat back because it will expand into a large orb of slashing frenzy which is quite lethal.

-Scenerio1:*Practicing on a training dummy, I start by creating two shadow clones on my left the other on my right. The clones and I proceed to throw smoke bombs on the ground, creating a screen to cover movements and obscure the enemies vision. After setting this up, c1 transforms into a copy of the rasenshuriken as c2 proceeds to take hold of him before charging out of the smoke and heading straight for the target. Once the target has my clone in his line of sight and prepares to deal with him, I use the terrain to conceal myself and sneak by the target(though this would be useless in a plain field). Once I got to the other side, I proceed by first forming the wind style: rasengan like last time and then, by manipulating the wind chakra in the rasengan, I create four large points from the mini-shuriken, having it resemble a fūma shuriken. With the target realizing the rasenshuirken was a fake, I move in from behind to slam my attack into him, dealing severe damage to the targets cells.*

-Scenerio2:*The target is now 2 meters in the air, gives off an overconfident smile for dodging my attack. I follow up by forming the wind style: rasengan and then, manipulate the wind chakra in it to form 4 large blades and have it take on the shape of a giant fūma shuriken, with the rasengan remaining perfect a sphere. As the rasenshuriken, gives off a loud screeching sound, I take off towards the enemy by jumping upward and towards them. Seeing the enemy releases S-rank fire attack. Seeing this, I release a burst of chakra from my jet-pack to move towards the right up to 5 meters to dodge the fire attack and then, maneuver around the fire by channeling wind chakra under my left foot, releasing a blast of wind to launch me towards the target where I proceed to slam my attack into them as they are taken by surprise. The attack creates countless microscopic wind-blades that severely damage the targets body on a cellular level but, still leaves it intact as it falls crashes into the ground.*

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

-Pros: If I use a decoy, the enemy will be focusing on that and make sure it doesn't hit them. Once they are caught off guard by the decoy, I'll strike them from their blind spot either from behind or above. It can overpower lightning techniques up to S-rank and as long as size isn't an issue(Kirin). If combined with speed based techniques then, the target would have a hard time following the users movements and be able to react in time to defend against the attack.
Cons: It damages the users hand/arm on a cellular level once contact with the target has been made, and they are hit with the jutsu. Normal users can't throw or release it as it will just dissipate. Since its using wind chakra it should have the weaknesses that all wind techniques have such as fire techniques and being slower than lightning in terms of speed.
-How do you defend from it? Shouldn't be hard to avoid as long as your not within short range of normal users or you can make them waste it but, with a naruto bio that's a different story. If I wanted to stop in short-range I would use either [Big Ball Spiral Sphere] or [Elemental Spiral Sphere(channeling fire chakra)] to stop it. If I wanted to stop it from a distance I'll use a projectile attack if they throw it(naruto) such as [Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike] or [Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion] so, that I won't have worry about maintaining an attack while, the enemy attacks with another move(a different nature).

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. A flying summoning with a wind affinity can create this technique by simply flapping their wings to generate the wind for the technique.

-Scenerio2: *Training with a clone(c1), I make another clone(c2) to aid me in taking down this one. C1 starts by weaving the ram hand-seal. Gathering his water chakra, and then spitting it out in the form large amount of water that covers entire area and creates massive waves that can crush my clone but before they can crush him, I weave a hand-seal, gathering my chakra and sending it into the air, and generate a large wall of 5 tall tornadoes in order to enhance the wave's destructive capability with the wind. After the waves crash into him and carry him off, C1 manipulates the water and forms a giant orb around c2, trapping and drowning him.*

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

-Pros: I'll use this with other wind based techniques that draws-in and/or traps the target, preventing them from escaping and slamming them strong attack. Even though its an offensive type it can be used defensively against incoming attacks. Can enhance water techniques and overpower lightning techniques up to S-rank.
Cons: Naturally weak against fire techniques and can be defended against with A-rank and above. Even if it is used defensively it won't protect the user from attacks coming from above, behind, and from opposite sides. Can't think of anything else other than in terms of speed lightning techniques are faster than this technique.
-How do you defend from it? Sometimes its best to retreat when faced with a powerful attack that you can't overcome normally. To counter wind vacuum wall combo, I would first use [Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique] once they start draw me in with the vacuum so, I'll use this to make it difficult to pull me in then, when they produce the wall I'll harden my skin using [Earth Release: Hardening Technique] to withstand impact of the tornadoes. For the water wind combo, once he makes the clone, I'll make one as well. So, as the clone or user releases the water, I'll use [Earth Release: Moving Earth Core] to raise the ground under me, my clone, and around the targets. Creating a giant box to contain the water and defend us. Once the tornadoes come into play my clone will use [Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core] to lower the ground once I signal him and I move out of the way and let them be smothered by their own attack.
