Hearing my sensei, i start to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow then i turn my raw chakra into fuuton chakra by making my raw chakra cold and sharp. I then chakra the built up fuuton chakra into my fist after then i concentrate further to release the fuuton chakra in my fist then i release the fuuton chakra and shape manipulate it into a claw of wind.
Advantages
The jutsu can be used grab on to an object.
The jutsu can be used to push away an incoming weapon.
Disadvantages
The jutsu can be easily avoided by moving sideways or backwards.
Counter
The jutsu can be countered if the target performs a jutsu to move either sideways or backwards.

To Begin The Jutsu, I Start By Focusing On My Chakra System And Chakra Flow, Then I Continue By Turning My Raw Chakra Into Fuuton Chakra By Making My Raw Chakra Cold And Sharp. I Then Focus The Fuuton Chakra Around My Both Hands And I Then Run Towards The Clone, Getting Into Close Range With The Clone And Then I Turn The Fuuton Chakra On My Hand To Strike The Clone And Dealing Several Damage To The Clone.

To begin the jutsu, i start to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow, i then proceed further by turning my raw chakra into fuuton chakra by making my raw chakra cold and sharp. I then channel the built up fuuton chakra into my legs and i dash towards the clone, getting into close range with the clone, i leap forwards while kicking the clone in the head(moving my leg like i want to play a free kick ^_^) then i land behind the clone and i turn to face the clone's back. I then jump up and swing my feet to hit the clone pushing him up while i touch the ground with my hands i then launch upwards after the clone, getting above the clone in mid air and swing my leg to hit the clone's head downwards thereby finishing off the clone.

Better!

Bring out your giant fan and begin to charge large amount of your chakra into it. Make it wind chakra and swing the fan while releasing wind as a gust, vortex and wave.

Hearing what my sensei said, I quickly grab a fan then I start to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow, i then concentrate harder to turn my raw chakra into fuuton chakra by making my raw chakra cold and sharp. I then channel the developed fuuton chakra into the fan and then I release more fuuton chakra to make the fan concentrated with fuuton chakra. I then swing the fan from side to side thereby releasing the fuuton chakra which I shape manipulate into a gust of wind, a vortex of wind and a wave of wind outwards from the fan.

I want you to spew/breathe wind chakra into your palms and shape it into a spiralling ball. Then hurl it at my clone.
Also tell me how you can combine this with fire and water.

I then start to channel the fuuton chakra from my lungs into my throat and then my mouth, after I have mold up enough fuuton chakra in my mouth, I simply spew it on my hand and i shape manipulate the fuuton chakra on my hand into a spiralling ball of wind on my hand. I then dash towards the clone and as i get close, I hurl the spiralling ball onto the clone's chest.

When the jutsu is combined with fire, it will enhance the fire i.e it will increase the mass and intensity of the fire.
If the jutsu is combined with water, it will form two layers of spiralling bal with the wind first and the water around it, thereby increasing the damage of the jutsu.

Oops, sorry sensei, I didn't get you.

I would combine the spiralling ball of wind with a stream of fire in order to increase the mass and intesity of the fire.
I would combine the spiralling ball of wind with a vortex of water to boost up the size of the vortex and the effect of the vortex.

-How are you going to combine the wind orb with a vortex of water?

I start by releasing a stream of fire from my mouth, and as the fire was moving towards the target, I quickly spew the spiralling orb of wind on my hand and then gently insert it into the stream of fire. As the spiralling ball enters the stream, the stream of fire puffs up with an increase in its mass

I start by creating a vortex of water in front of me, then I quickly extend my palm forwards and spew a spiralling ball of wind on my palm and insert it into the vortex and the vortex immediately begins to spin around the ball to increase its power.

Nice attempt but I'm afraid both combination would fail.

You said you spew a stream of fire. While it is still a stream, you are still using your fire chakra, so at that time you can't knead wind chakra. Your best option is to make a clone(what I was expecting you to say since) and while you perform the wind, your clone performs the fire.
You can still combine however if the fire is not a stream but a wall or a self sustaining fire then you shoot the wind to pass through it.
Same with water.

Begin to build up large amount of your wind chakra and channel them into your dominant hand. Distribute them through you index and middle finger while release them and shape them into several thin blades.
