Okay so this move is originally used by Temari with her fan, but you can create it.
First gather up your futon chakra up in your lungs while also performing a few hand seals, then blow out a sharp gust of wind, the gust is strong enough to push your target back and/or create 2 inch deep slashes.

I am nodding my head as my Senpai is explaining the technique..this sounds great ! But by the end of his explanation it occurs to me I have no idea which hand seals I am suppose to be performing here ?!?

Ah Shit. I was too afraid to ask my Senpai again so I guess I will wing the technique.

Standing tall in the clearing, I resume the flow of my wind chakra. Gather it into my lungs ? How interesting.. I didn't think I would like the sensation of it flowing through them. Regardless, I begin to gather my chakra there.. it gave me a tickling feeling to have the little chakra tornado in each lung. As the chakra built up.. my chest started to become numb.. it was neither a nice nor bad feeling.

I look around. A tree that had survived my previous technique was standing tall. This would be my target.

Judging from the lack of feeling in my chest.. I knew it was time. But what the hell? The dam hand seals?!?

Argh .. well I said I would wing it.

I yell,

I suck in a deep breath of air at the same time I perform a sequence of random hand seals.. the first I can think of. When I am at the last hand seal in the sequence, I look towards the tree and I blow out the air I had breathed in while releasing my wind chakra with it out through my mouth.

The air I had breathed out soon becomes a huge gust of wind that causes ripples of wind to be seen in the air. It hits the tree with force.. before it dies down. The usual dust is swirling in the air, but I push through it to go survey the damage, if any, I had done to the tree. From far away it looks like your average tree.. I almost walk back to my Senpai head hanging low.. but as I get closer.. clear deep slashes can be seen in its trunk. The tree was also somewhat uprooted.. its roots clinging to the earth, just, the tree was actually on a lean.

Looks like another mission accomplished. I stroke the trunk for a second and evaluate the technique.

Some cons of the technique was the fact hand seals had to be formed. This slows you down and could even allow an opponent to gain the advantage in this moment of delay. Furthermore, this technique would probably be too slow to use when in a vulnerable situation.

A pro for this technique is it could one shot a weaker opponent. If a direct hit, the slashes could wound your opponent enough that they cannot continue on. Furthermore, if you only wanted to capture your opponent, this technique would be good as it would only disable them.

I shall defo use this one some time. I turn towards my Senpai.

I walk back into the clearing and look around. What would be my target? Hmm.. those tree's were too far away.. and these tree's were all knocked down.. ('_' ) I spin around in a circle.. dead tree, nothing, dead tree, dead tree, Sepai.. nothing, dead tree, nothing , dead tree, dead tree, Senpai, nothing, *go back in the opposite direction*, Senpai, *stop*.

My Senpai was the only thing really standing. Well, why not?

"Senpai, you will be my target" I say smiling cheekily. This would be fun. I stare down my Senpai as I begin to let my wind chakra flow through me.

As I do so I think of the pro's and con's of the technique.
Well a pro would be the fact that it is a strong enough technique to blow the target backwards and objects around him. This could be enough for the opponent to lose their footing and fall over allowing you to gain an advantage. Also it could stop them from performing a technique. Additionally, you don't just have to use this for offensive purposes. For example if you are being held captive by an enemy, because the technique does not rely on hand seals as your hands would be disabled because they were bound, you could simply use the technique to blow air forwards causing you to go backwards and your enemy loosing a hold of you. Also if your partner was captured you could attack them and their captives with the technique causing them to become free of their grasp.

A con would be the shape the technique comes out as when formed. I mean a sphere shape doesn't cover much area unless you are a very powerful wind user. Therefore, you can only target someone within this area.. this also means that it is harder to directly get your opponent unless you aim very well as you have to make sure they are in this little space.

As I had been thinking I had been gathering my chakra into my lungs, the little chakra tornado's were spinning nicely and well numbing my chest. Better get onto it before my heart started to go numb..

My eyes still on my Senpai, I yell,

Suck in deep breath of air , let it go deep into my lungs .. merging with my chakra then..I blow it all back out again , releasing my chakra with it. As it exits my mouth the air turns into wind which I quickly manipulate into a sphere shape.. the gust is powerful and hurtles towards my Senpai. As it approaches him dust and dirt is uplifted and begins creating the usual dust cloud.

..closer.. closer.. closer..

It reaches where my Senpai was standing.

Did it hit him ? I cannot tell, the dust cloud was blocking my view.

The gust dies and I yell through the settling cloud,

Oh yeah this sounds like an awesome technique.. and oh wow.. I got to make little tornado's like I had been doing inside of me.

I evaluate the technique before I begin.. there were some pro's.. this would be the fact that the technique created mini tornado's that you'd expect would cover a lot of area in a short amount of time. This could be useful in damaging an opponent who was trying to run away or was standing far away from you.

However a con would be the fact that they were tornado's.. controlling where they go would require great chakra control as tornado movements can often be unpredictable.

Hmm.. enough of the thinking.. time to create the technique.

Well the chakra flow was going again.. I was surprised to be honest.. my lunch from earlier had really done the trick. . . I still felt as energized as ever.

Oh wow this time I would have to gather the chakra all over my body.. I stopped my chakra moving around inside.. instead feeding my body more and more chakra so it built up all around me. Oh gosh.. what a feeling. The pressure was building .. it gave me the strangest sensation all over me.

Time to release it I guess.. I yell,

At the same time I release my chakra that had been building up.. as it hits the air I manipulate the chakra, splitting it up into several parts.. I then mould these several parts into spinning tornadoes, my memory of the mini tornadoes I would form in my body helping me to do so. I let them spin around and decide to direct them at a far away tree.. it is harder then I thought to control their movements.. it requires my full focus.

Nearer and nearer they spin towards the tree.. then boom.. contact.

The tornadoes begin to fade away upon contact leaving the tree lying on its side.

I wipe the sweat from my face. Now that was a challenge.

I turn towards my Senpai,

Okay it is times like this when I wish my fire training was running fast ..

As I stretch my fingers preparing to perform the hand seals.. I analyze the technique.

Hmm now it seemed a relatively beneficial technique, there were no obvious negatives. It only required three hand seals so it wouldn't delay you that much. It could be used in conjunction with two other elements as well.. okay wow... I hadn't been this stuck.. ever. Argh.. there had to be another weakness beside the obvious ones. I guess due to the nature of a Vortex, it would require great chakra control to manipulate. Especially when used in conjunction with other elements like fire and earth. It could become a very chaotic scene trying to control everything at once .. if you lose control of one element, you lose control of them all. This could ultimately cause you and any team mate be put in jeopardy.
However, a positive as stated earlier was the fact it wouldn't take long to perform due to the short sequence of hand seals. Also due to the flexible nature of the technique, a wind user could easily create this combination with any fellow team mates that were fire or earth users.

Just thinking about this awesome technique was making me die with anticipation. I was going to start.

My wind chakra already flowing, I begin to gather it to my bodies center. As it is doing this, I spy a tree that is leaning but still good enough to be my target nearby.

As the familiar pressure comes over me, I yell,

As I finish the sequence I release the wind chakra from my body, as it leaves me I manipulate the chakra into coming together and forming a large vortex. It is extremely strong and takes huge focus to direct it at the tree.
It spins wildly towards it.. then hits it..causing the whole tree to come down.

I release my control over the vortex causing it to disappear moments later.

That was fun. I wanted more !

Oh wow. This technique was very different from what I had done before. It was like I was starting from scratch.
Controlling the technique with my will and thoughts ? How do you do that ? Ah well I guess I will make it up as I go along..

I walk towards a tree I decided would be my target. As I do so I analyze the technique. It was a good technique as it apparently had the ability to cut through any material. It is also good as because the technique is controlled by your will and thoughts, the enemy would not be able to predict your movements by watching your body language. You can make the technique do as you please which can catch the enemy by surprise as they were not expecting it, because they were not able to read the technique. Hence you can gain an advantage over your opponent.

However, the fact that you must control the technique with your will and thoughts can also be a huge issue. If your will was weak, this would result in poor performance of the technique which could actually cause more harm then good to yourself or comrades. Also, if you are in a situation where you have become mentally weak or your will has been suffocated, (due to capture, injured - going to pass out etc) you might not even be able to perform the technique. Also another issue appears to be the fact that you can only use your right hand ? That causes you to rely heavily on it. If the right hand was injured in battle or bound due to capture you wouldn't be able to perform the technique. Also a observant enemy will realize that you cannot use the technique with the left hand and may target your right hand specifically in order to disable it.

I was now about 10-15 meters from the tree I was going to target. I stop where I am.

I stretch a little bit, my wind chakra already flowing through me, before I take up a steady stance my right arm bent in front of me, hand flat.

I begin to send my wind chakra to my hand. This was all familiar stuff. The chakra gathered nicely in my hand and my hand started to tingle as the chakra built up more and more. As it is doing so I recall my Senpai's words,

Controlled by my will and thoughts.. hmm, I ought to pump myself up then. (ew I hate the word ought :| )

I tell myself that if I master this technique it would be one step closer until I start B rank techniques. This gets me motivated. I imagine myself as a master of wind release. Using a S Rank technique here .. such as ( Futon: Tatsumaki Heki ) - Wind Release: Tordado Wall and using another S Rank technique there. Imagining myself as an untouchable Shinobi blowing away my enemies.. really did do the trick. My will was now burning with the urge to perform the technique. I had pictured the tree as the enemies I had been blowing away.. and all I wanted to do was destroy it.

My arm bent up against my chest, I get ready to pull it away from me in a swiping motion. Okay L, remember to control what it does with your will and thoughts..

It was time, as I swipe my arm away from me I yell,

At the same time releasing the wind chakra I had gathered in my hand. As it hits the air, I force all my will's energy behind it. The strength of my will causes the wave of chakra to become a lot more powerful. I decide to release more chakra causing it to create another blade of wind. The blades are going strong and using my thoughts, I will them to flow towards the tree. I imagine the tree as an enemy Shinobi and my wind blades striking him, ending him. I make my imagination a reality by making my blades of wind do just that. The first blade of wind slices the tree's trunk, followed in quick succession by the second blade of wind. My blades of wind continue into the forest before becoming simply still air. As they do so, I watch the top half of my target tree fall backwards into the tree's behind it, while the stump and half of its trunk remains firmly in the ground.

What a deadly technique..

It seems a plus about the technique was the fact that it was a wind technique that was able to stop another wind technique. This would be beneficial to those who do not possess the ability to use fire release which is what wind release techniques are weak against.

A con would be if you underestimated the technique your opponent was using against you, or over estimated yourself (for example you thought you had enough chakra to perform the technique well) and did the technique, you could end up failing the technique causing you to be unable to avoid the attack and ending up wounded or dead.

Anyway, I better perform it.

I do the usual routine of stomping back into the clearing and getting my wind chakra flowing. I then ponder over the best place to gather my chakra - which ends up being in the center of my body.

I go over my Senpai's words before I proceed ..

At the same time releasing my wind chakra from my body. As it is released, I put as much force behind it as I can, causing it to be a very powerful gust. As I do this, I also manipulate the chakra into a bladed shape, causing it to slice through the air with ease. The gust is so strong, it is as though the air around me is vibrating.. you can see the wind rippling through the air. The force of this technique definitely would be enough to stop an equally powerful wind attack and of course a smaller wind attack, there were no doubts about that.

The technique is over quickly though. The air becoming still again.

I was still out in the open after the last technique, so I decided that I'd stay in this spot to perform the technique. As I get my wind chakra flowing through me again, I evaluate the technique.

I guess a pro for the technique was the fact that it didn't require the user to be very mobile. This could be beneficial for someone who was crippled (such as Nagato), injured so that they couldn't run or found themselves surrounded in a small area.

A con of this technique was ofc the hand seals that were required. You wouldn't be able to perform the technique if your hands were injured by some means or if they had been bound.

Hmm, I couldn't think of any more for the time being.. but maybe I would after I tried the technique out.

I then remember that I actually have to control these things to hit.. umm that tree over there.. oh god I should of picked a target before hand.

It requires some focus but eventually I gain control over the cyclones and direct them towards the tree. They strike the tree one after the other before disappearing into the air. The tree falls destroyed to the ground.

"Senpai, you said the techniques only get better.. what on earth is this ?!"

My Senpai then went on to lecture me about my short shortsightedness. According to him, the technique was actually a very beneficial technique despite its simplicity and he informed me that I better stop judging techniques before I'd seen them as it could ultimately make me underestimate a technique, causing me to wind up dead.

Having learnt my lesson, I walk back into the open and choose an unfortunate tree as my target. I start the flow of my wind chakra and ponder over the technique in my mind.

It seems a pro for the technique was the fact that it was so simple to perform. No required hand seals etc .. yet it was still a devastating technique.

A con for the technique could also be because it was so simple. This is because it is such a broad technique, you wouldn't rely on it to do anything specifically like wound a specific area of your opponent.. it is just random slashes.

We'll see if there is anymore to add my list after I perform it.

I'd gathered my wind chakra to my bodies center, the pressure built up enough. I then stare at the poor tree and yell,

At the same time I release my wind chakra, causing a huge wave of wind to come from me. The gust is a lot stronger then any other gust I had created. It advances towards the tree with such incredible speed, I am stunned momentarily.

I snap out of my state of shock as the wind hits the tree, totally demolishing it. This of course sends me into another state of shock as I was amazed at the raw power of the technique.

Hmm.. seems I had underestimated it. I owe my Senpai an apology.. but I don't feel like doing that any time soon U_U

"Ah, well Senpai, that technique was surprisingly powerful..so what's next?"​

Oh this was going to be epic.

My chakra flow is running smoothly, something that seems natural now. I hold my Tanto in my right hand, and begin to gather my chakra into my right hand. As I do so, I evaluate the technique.

It appeared a con for the technique was the fact that you needed a weapon, or rather a sword/tanto specifically. You couldn't just use a Kunai. This means you obviously couldn't use the technique if you had no sword on you or if your sword was some how taken from you. This would mean,
1, it would become a useless technique for you at this time and,
2, if the opponent took your sword, they could perform the technique against you if they were a wind user.

A pro for the technique was the fact that the wind moves with your sword/tanto. Due to the flexibility of wielding a sword/tanto this would mean you could create unique wind gusts from all different angles.

I was dying to experiment.

The chakra had gathered in my hand and now I began to inject my chakra into the tanto's hilt. As it did so, I began to create a chakra flow through the sword. Starting from the hilt, up the blade then back down the blade, into the hilt again, into my hand , around my body, back into my hand, back into the hilt and so on.

Soon the tanto felt like an extension of my own arm. I knew I had infused my chakra and the tanto. I decided that I would give it a swing.

I yell,

At the same time I swing the tanto while releasing my wind chakra from it. Instantly a powerful wind gust comes from my tanto, moving as I had just swung it. I repeat the process again. Releasing my wind chakra as I swing my tanto creating another gust of wind. I begin to repeat the process faster and faster until I had created a whirlwind of gusts of wind that were blowing all over the place due to my changing tanto swings.

I feel myself growing tired and decide to stop.

Gather your fuuton chakra up into your mouth and perform two hand seals, then release the chakra from your mouth, and use shape manipulation to form a disk of wind, that goes towards my clone.
