Description: The user makes a giant hurricane using the blade of wind that then draws in the enemies into the hurricane, violently slashing them.

I cross checked with mig sensei about this technique.

Okay the technique works by creating a blade of wind and then you smash that blade of wind into the ground, at the same time you use your shape manipulation skills to create a hurricane out of it, this hurricane then sucks in your opponent towards him and delivers cut's to there body.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

A useful technique in my opinion, you start by performing the necessary hand seal and then exhale out several blasts of wind, which are small in terms of size but you can create multiple blasts, I think you can create upto 10 blasts but with the increase in number the power of each bullet is reduced, these bullets being wind style in nature hanve great cutting and piercing properties.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

A very simple and deadly technique, it was used by Danzo, this technique requires the use of 4 hand seal as mentioned, after doing the hand seal you inhale some air and mix your chakra with it and release that chakra charged wind outwards in an circular motion [ it is not a complete 360 degree blast, the picture you will post will make it clear.] These blades are quite sharp just like most of the wind techniques are, it's main advantage is that it covers a significant area and therefore it is not easy to avoid and can attack multiple enemies.

Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the environment stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.

Very simple technique, send your chakra into the sky to take control over the environment to certain extent, then make the environment stormy and use your chakra to create dark clouds, these clouds then shoot a F-5 tonado towards your enemy, it has high cutting capacity.

I understood you meant a dome but still it wont work if it is of equal rank, the reason being the dome will start to fall apart the moment wind strikes it and it will happen due to winds cutting property and its a tornado we are talking about O__O, so once the dome breaks all the heavy debris will fall on you and crush you and frankly speaking you will either end up wasting another jutsu slot to deal with it or end up crushed as the falling of dome will be fast and if you do fight with the spirit of proper RP then it would also be unexpected for you, hope I am clear?

(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.


As you don't have a fan you will need to do 7 hand seal to initiate this technique, once hand seal are performed you create 2 tornado's and direct them one after the other towards the opponent, the first one will ensnare/trap the opponent and second one will infuse cutting property to cut your opponent to death o-o

Self explanatory to begin with, You perform 4 hand seal while moalding your chakra in your mouth and expell out a long wind blade, as it travels it takes a form of powerful wind gust, thanks to its long reach it can be used on multiple opponent's at same time.

Okay one of the few long range technique which is available in the A ranks, Now as it states just weave the hand seal and bring your hands close to your mouth in an rather awkward way [ over lapping each other with your mouth in between them, the picture you post should make it clear], once done expel out a stream of high velocity wind which combines with scouring Dust will charging towards the opponent.

Dust (particle style) is composed of fire so it just doesn't seem ideal.

And also it would be an easy combo if both elemental attacks are expelled orally I guess
