The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

One/three advantages and disadvantages:

• 1. Can be used with or without a weapon
• 2. Requires hand seals to be used
• 3. The wind can not be directed

How you would use it in battle: I would use this with my staff to create a gust of wind cutting the opponent deeply near his vitals (neck)
How you would counter it: I would use a fire attack to counter it or use an earth pillar technique to evade it
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start to focus my mind in order to gather the concentration to do handseals and gather chakra. When ready I gather chakra in my lungs whilst doing a few handseals. I emit the chakra from my mouth right when I'm done with the handseals and aim it at the training dummy. I try and hit the training dummy with my slashes but since I cannot aim it I don't hit the head I was aiming for but the body, shredding it apart.

Q's : 1) How many handseals
2) Is it a single slash that I can aim or multiple that i can't aim
3) Can it be generated with a weapon?

1. There isn't a specified amount as the tech is really used with a war fan by Temari. If I have to use it, I always go with 5 as it's a fair number.

Well then. For the next justu build up wind chakra in your chest. Once done I want you to blow out a sphere of wind at him which can knock him back as well as small objects and tools around him. This requires no handseals. There's no picture for this but here's an image of what it did to naruto.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather up a large amount of wind chakra in my chest. When ready I expel it when your clone throws a kunai at me. Your clone and his kunai is blown back out of my range.

Good job. For the next one I want you to release a gust of wind which turns out to be multiple small tornadoes. This justu is great when conbined with Fire Release: Running fire as it'll become a massive flaming hurricane. Though most wind and fire justus can be used together.

How you would use it in battle: I would initiate this with my war-fan (for swag effect) and follow it up with a fire jutsu.
How you would counter it: I would Use my own B-rank fire jutsu to follow up make my own attack stronger. (or C if thats all thats needed)
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather up my wind chakra in my lungs, and when ready I expel it. A large churning gust is formed in front of me and it forms into 3 smaller tornadoes. The 3 little gusts tear up smaller trees that are in close-range of me.

I perform three handseals (Tiger → Snake → Ram) and start to gather my wind chakra in my right palm. When ready I unleash a vortex upon you clone. It picks him up slightly and sends him about 10 yards back and stumbling on the ground.

I woudln't say its weak without the other two. It still looks like a pretty good vortex to me. For the next justu I want you to build up futon chakra into your right hand. Then I want you to swing your hand in an arch motion releasing a wave of strong compressed wind capable of cutting through some pretty strong material. You can do this up to three times in one go creating three waves of wind. Each 1/3rd weaker than one by itself though. Use this to hit the three targets above my head, cutting them in half.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start to focus my Fuuton chakra into my right hand. I hold my palm flat and make an arc from my right-to-left, releasing a scythe of wind. I repeat this quickly two more times, releasing two more scythes. The 3 scythes hit each imaginary target above you.

Remember if you use 3 of them each of them would be weaker compared if you'd use one. For the next justu I want you to create a medium sized gust of wind in response to my C rank wind blast. Target your gust in the middle of mines allowing yours to divide mines in half thus neutralizing my attack. Good justu I suppose. There's a better version of this justu down the road.

Since its short range.. do i just wait till the opponents wind jutsu approaches then use it?

Yeah you'd have to wait for it to get close. For the next justu I'd like you to preform three handseals and form a vortex of flower pedals which you can direct and strike my clone with. Apparently it can grow stronger at the expense of more chakra. Not sure how that works so if you have a question about it post it in the Q and A thread.
