(Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release:Great Vacuum Cannon
Describe how to do it: The User firsts starts to gather his Wind Chakra into his lungs and starts to push from his mouth. While pushing it, the user uses his chakra control and manipulates the Wind in form of Sphere. He later releases the wind from his mouth towards the Opponent making the Enemy to fly back a few steps.
How many hand seals does it have: N/A
Advantages: Capable of Blocking the weapons and Taijutsu, including Kenjutsu
Disadvantages: Lightning Jutsu can be capable of blocking it
Combos and possible uses: Can be used along with the D-Rank Fire Ball jutsu to boost it's damage power.
At first, the Fire Ball will be shot, then this Jutsu can be used to power the rate of damage of the Fire Ball.
How to defend against it: C-Rank Lightning Jutsus can be capable of blocking it.
Earth Jutsus can only block this Jutsu.

Ok good, a note to add is that most wind techniques are vulnerable to fire, i know you are making a point when you use lightning, but remember an opponent is far more likely to use fire, on a secondary note i believe since this technique was used with a bladed weapon, to do so without one would be around two handseals given the rank ok?

I mean to say the technique you learned was used with a sword as it's medium, so to fire it without a sword would take two handseals.
Also please repeat that last jutsu, i know you can think of more information than that to use, be detailed. lol

I have no idea why I hate Wind Element. Maybe I am hating because Wind serves only pushing away things?

Describe how to do it: The user first will gather his Wind Chakra into his hands and manipulates the Wind in such a way that when the Wind is thrown, it forms a Slicing Cutter Blade which is capable of slicing/defending through wind jutsus of equal strength or lower.
How many hand seals does it have: No Hand Seals are required for this Jutsu

Since it's not specific i would say from the hand or mouth, your choice, but usually blades come from the hands to be fair.
Other than that well done, techniques like that are hella generic.

It wouldn't increase the cutting power of the sword, as the sword is merely a focal point, not a focus point, but you could combine a no handseals fire technique with this to create a more powerful burst of two elements instead, other than that, well described.
