(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Technique

Describe how to do it

1st Variant: The user takes out his Giant Fan and gathers his wind chakra into it. Then the user swings it around in a forward direction and releases the wind while manipulating it to create into a Wind Disk.

2nd Variant: The user performs two hand seals while gathering his wind chakra into his lungs. Then the user pushes the wind into his mouth and manipulates it into a Disk after spitting.


How many hand seals does it have: Fanned - 0 | Unfanned - 2

Advantages: Can be used to rupture through Earth
Can cut the opponent into half
Does not require hand seals if the user equips a fan

Disadvantages: Requires hand seals if the user does not posses a fan

Combos and possible uses: First, the user can use a Lightning jutsu and numb the opponent. Then the user could use this jutsu to cause a cut on the opponent.
