About the first one, is it visible, or hardly visible like the second jutsu?

About the second one, does it only travel the surface of the earth, or can I send in in mid air too?

1) Unfortunately I can't seem to find a picture or any information about this jutsu so I assume it's a game jutsu. I haven't played the game, but all I can say is that I hate game jutsus that are implemented into our RP. Anyway, since it's wind, we can safely assume that it's quite invisible, but yet again, hardly noticeable.

2) Yeah, I believe you can send it through mid air, as long as you perform it as the description states, with a sword.

A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

Since you don't have the giant fan you'll have to perform the necessary handseals in order to use the technique. After doing those you simply release wind from your mouth and shape it into a disk of wind that swirls towards your opponent.

1) Yeah, I believe so, but I'm not sure about the rules for those fans. Not saying that you're not able to have it, just saying that I don't know if there are some special requirements.

2) If you had a fan you would probably swing the fan to knock him up and then second time to blow the air. Without you'd have to just blow the wind out of your mouth, like with other wind techniques.

Simple. If you have a sword, channel chakra into it to release a vortex around yourself. Good if someone places explosive tags or bugs on you. Also very good to repel all direction techniques that are converging onto you.

A good use I can think of is to have a multitude of weapons. If I understand corectly, this jutsu can do something similar to the samurai jutsu to shapeshift their bladed weapon.

1) Yeah, I believe it can be any weapon since you need to channel chakra into it and to do that you'd need to have a contact with it, basically holding it in your hand, so no, I doubt you can throw it and then activate the jutsu.

2) No, you can only do it on one weapon and it works as I described. You hold the weapon in front of your mouth and you blow wind chakra infused air onto it. I believe this picture describes it pretty well.

Only question about the 1st is:
Why are there so many variations of this jutsu, since there is the previous jutsu? are they supposed to be more focused, given they are aiming in only one direction?

Second jutsu:
what is the size of the tornado? would it affect a giant summon of the size of Gamabunta?
