hm, let's see... Wind is one of the five elements in the narutoverse, it's about manipulating the elemental chakra to be used.
Wind is normally used for offense, it has a weakness against fire because the wind's oxygen would help combustion, so the fire would simply become greater =/
But it's strong against lightning, because the pressure created by the wind weakens the lightning. :y

It can be used alongside of fire, very effective because we give more oxygen to the fire which makes it more conbustible.

I also want to add that there are some KGs that uses wind such as Ice release and Dust release.

Also, the bold/underlined is incorrect. Yes the fire would continue (in most cases, depending on the rank of the jutsu) but it never gets stronger/greater. Unless the two attacks are used from one side and heading towards the same direction, Wind does not make fire stronger. If they crash against each other, one always weakens/takes out the other. It won't make sense properly now, but we'll get to it.

A-rank Fire = S-rank wind. So the fire would get taken out and not continue at a stronger/greater rate.
A-rank Fire > A-rank Wind.

So for wind to cancel out a fire jutsu, it must be one rank higher.

Okie, we'll get started with the first jutsu then.

If you -at any time- have a question regarding anything (regardless of what it is), feel free to ask.

For the first jutsu, I want you to concentrate on your wind chakra and channel it towards your mouth, I then need you to release a gust of wind from your mouth and towards your opponent. This can be used in 2 ways.

You can either use it to temporarily blind your opponent by lodging sand/small particles of earth/rock from the ground as the wind would gather them on it's way to your opponent.

Or you can also use it to loosen the layer of sand and dust on trees causing your opponent to lose their balance if trying to jump onto that tree bark on which you've used the jutsu on. So it's more or less a sort of trap used to catch your opponent out.

Ok, when you blow the air, you can make it simple frontal attack (by simply exhaling and letting the wind hit your opponent).

Or, you can shoot it out to the ground, letting it gather dust as it heads towards the opponent so it lodges sand and little rock particles in the eyes of your opponent. Since blowing it out as an attack is too simple, blow it out slightly angled so that it gathers dust and lodges sand particles in your opponents eyes.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

For the next jutsu, I want you to concentrate your wind chakra in your mouth once again and release it as a gust of wind which you then manipulate so that it spins in front of you, as a wall made of wind, being able to deflect weapons or people if needed.

However, you'd need to be careful with it since if someone throws a smoke bomb or explosive tag into the spinning wall, it becomes activated and it could damage the you (the user). So you'd need to make sure to not use it on explosive tagged Kunais since you'd end up harming yourself.

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

The next jutsu is really simple. I want you to simply concentrate on your wind chakra and release it through your mouth as a stream of wind, you can use this wind to change directions whilst in mid air, by changing directions you can avoid certain jutsus. So for now I want you to simply do what I've asked and see how it goes.

However, just so you know, you can only use this whilst in air. And you can't face the ground and spew out the wind in order to take off the ground with this jutsu. Basically if you're on the ground, the most this jutsu will do is create some dust.

I then inhale a great amount of air from my mouth, filling my lungs. When my lungs are filled with air, I allow my wind chakra to mix with it.

When that's done, I immediately exhale everything that I assembled in my lungs outside of my mouth making sure that my mouth isn't wide open. That's in order to keep the jutsu going on for longer.

The location in which I was blowing was empty so I wouldn't destroy anything.

Exhaling everything in my lungs, I actually manage to see the stream of wind I'm blowing out and can imagine it's power.*

(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

For the next jutsu, I want you to release your wind chakra and create a huge stream wind which carries rocks which go on to lift my clone up into the air, the rocks will then hit my clone whilst he is airborne.

I then inhaled as much air as I could from my mouth, filling my lungs completly. When my lungs are entirely filled with air, I allow my wind chakra to mix with it.

I think of the technique, this time, it had to be greater than the previous one I've performed.
It should be able to take my sempai's clone flying up into the air.

I prepare myself to blow as strong as I can and when I feel like doing so, I immediately exhale everything that I assembled in my lungs outside of my mouth making sure it will lift my sempai's clone, making a stream of wind. My mouth isn't wide open. That's in order to keep the jutsu going on for longer.

While performing that technique, I was targeting Erzo's clone, more precisely, the ground nearby his feet (right under him).

Exhaling everything in my lungs in a strong manner, I make it so that the stones in that area started raising up..

Erzo's clone was being pushed back by the wind attack and then finally the stream of wind lifted him up into the air while also making the flying stones from the ground hit him.

After a couple of seconds of having so many stones hitting the clone, it dissapeared*

Description: The user creates a huge stream of wind that carries rocks that lifts the opponent into the air where the rocks hit them.

Now onto the C-ranks.

For this jutsu, I want you to clap your hands together and channel your wind chakra to your palms compressing the wind chakra and releasing it as a powerful wave of wind, when released/used by itself it has enough power to knock over a human, when used with a kunai it can increase it's speed and power considerably.

So try both of the ways on my clones, first without kunais so just knocking my clone over, then the second time you do it, use a kunai and make sure to disperse him. I want a detailed description so don't rush. >.>'

*I clap my hands together and I calm down, concentrating on turning my chakra to fuuton chakra. Then channelling it to my palms, I compress the fuuton chakra making it more and more dense.

When ready, I reach my palms forwards while keeping them together, targeting the clone and starts taking my palms away from eachother but making sure that the closest part from my side is still closed so the attack will only go to the front.

I've been keeping my compressed fuuton chakra all this time, but now I release all of it in one burst towards your clone, knocking him over causing him to fall.

I then take a kunai out of my little bag which contains kunais and shurikens and grabbing it firmly with my right hand, I concentrate some chakra to my hand, then from that, I send it outwardly and let the kunai receive my fuuton chakra.

I keep on focusing it to my kunai slowly, sending more and more chakra until I feel that the kunai is entirely surrounded by it.

When that's done, I swing my right hand towards my left shoulder while keeping a firm grip of my kunai and then quickly swing my hand forwards while aiming at your clone, letting the kunai go at the right moment so it hits him.

The kunai is now flying towards your clone with an incredible speed, when reaching him, it pierces through him and to the ground making a significant hold to it. The clone then poof's away.*
