1. Bladed weapons, such as kunai and shuriken can easily be defended
2. Opponent could turn the weapons against me possibly
3. Not much else, its a decent justsu
How you would use it in battle: Well, since wind makes fire's flames more intense, I would use the jutsu then as I throw the bladed weapons I would shoot a couple fire blasts igniting the shuriken or kuni, causing the enemy to think fast.
How you would counter it: I would blow the bladed weapons back at the user with the gale palm technique.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by pulling out a few shuriken from my ninja pouch. I then focus my wind chakra into the shuriken, then throw them at you're clone. I control the shuriken as they enclose upon you're clone. The shuriken the make contact with the clone and throws him to the ground.

How you would use it in battle: Well, I would mainly use this as a supplementary jutsu. Using it mainly for defensive tactics. Maybe combine this with a fire jutsu, hoping it would make a good combo.
How you would counter it: I would either raise an earth wall to block me from the gale wind. Or I would use a katon jutsu that would only grow bigger in the wind's insulation.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by focusing my wind chakra in and around me then I would perform the Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake hand seals and unleash a gust of wind by manipulating the air currents around me. I then manipulate the gust towards you're group of clones, and as it comes into contact with them it knocks all of them to the ground forcefully.

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

Temari can do this with her fan, others can perform this with several hand seals though how many... I'm not sure about.
After performing the hand seals, you'll use your wind chakra to take control of the wind currents and great a powerful blast of wind, riddled with finer blades of wind chakra to cut things.

How you would use it in battle: The only way I would use this jutsu is to increase the size of a blaze or to try and slice an opponent in short range if not to just push them back.
How you would counter it: I would use my own wind jutsu to take control of the wind or I would raise an earth wall to block it. If I were to fire a fire jutsu would that hurt me or would the fire grow in the wind?
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): i start by focusing my wind chakra into my lungs as I perform a series of hand sals and exhale a series of sharp slicing wind from my lungs towards a clone. Upon impact with the clone it would push him back or cause a couple cuts 2 inches in depth.

2. I don't see many downsides to this jutsu other than its a C-rank.
3. Same as above, I have no complaints about this one.
How you would use it in battle: I would use it as a way to evade if I can launch t at the ground below me after jumping or just to try and hit the enemy with some small objects such as rocks etc. in order to damage them.
How you would counter it: Again I would bring up an earthen wall or try to blast fire at it to mak my fire's flames increase in size and go towards my opponent quicker.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by harnessing the wind chakra around me and then inhale a large amount of air from the surrounding area. I would the compress the wind infused with chakra and exhale a small sphere of wind toward the clone in an attempt to push him and some small rocks around back, knocking the clone on its buttocks.

You raised some points about fire jutsu as counters to the wind.

If you use a fire jutsu to counter a C-rank wind jutsu, your fire would have to be B-rank to sufficiently negate the attack. So if you used a C-rank fire jutsu against a C-rank wind jutsu... you'd get burned pretty bad as it would be blown back at you, causing you damage from the fire and the wind, roughly equalling B-rank damage.

As for combinations, these are tricky to pull of as you would need a partner to help you pull them off. In this case, you prepare the wind technique, and your partner prepares the fire technique to create a powerful combination as follows: D+D = C; C+C= B B+B= A etc. Just for reference D+C= Strong C-rank but B-ranks will still beat it; C+B= strong B-rank etc.

One other point I'd like to raise with you is about your counter with the earth wall... why is that counter essentially a huge downfall for you?

Actually, the rank things you just explained help me understand alot better lol. As far as the earth wall being my downfall, its because I know no earth jutsus. Or if you mean that it wouldn't work please explain.

Excellent, so I'm teaching something xD

About the earth wall, assuming you have all the basic five mastered is how I imaging you attempt to write a counter.
Imagine you throw a kunai at me and I erect a wall of earth in front of me. Yes I'll be protected, but I now can't see what you are going to do without releasing the wall, or peering around it, by which time you could have a massive jutsu heading right at me O__O'

However, it works two ways... a simple clone switch if you have the time, could turn the tide of battle in your favour. Whilst behind the wall, you create a clone and then hide underground, moving well out of the way to leave your opponent to fight a clone for a while, exhausting them while you chill out and ready another attack.

EDIT: I typed the wrong thing on the last page... C-rank Fire will sufficiently negate B-rank Wind

On that note, I'm off training for the day xD

How you would counter it: I guess I would try and use my own wind tech to force the enemy's wind back at them maybe fire the running fire jutsu at it after sending it back to them.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by harnessing my wind chakra, then I would expel it into the air. By doing so, this would create several small tornadoes heading towards you're clone. The tornadoes would then pick the clone up and take him away with them.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start by focusing the wind chakra into my lungs. Then i would perform the Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals and unleash a vortex of wind towards the clone. I would be aiming to hurl the clone backwards out of my range.

Once you have that answer, what do you think would be the best follow-up your wind jutsu, to cover this prediction to make sure your attack lands?

Well, I think it would either be earth or fire. With earth, they could block the force of the wind. So, in order to ensure an attack occurs, say they made an earth wall. I would act as you said earlier they could not see me doing a hand seal so I would then follow up with a lightning tech to blast through their earth wall hoping to shock and kill.

If it is fire, then the wind would insulate the flames and make them bigger causing an inferno. To ensure an attack would hit, I would send a water tech of a rank higher than the fire so that it continues and hits the opponent. Or I would use yet another wind technique of at least a rank higher than fire and hope to push the flames back towards the enem who used the fire.

3. Can fire this in rapid successions of three waves at a time.

1. Still a low rank and probably easily countered.
2. It is short ranged and could be hard to actually hurt an enemy directly.
3. I Don't really see much else with this jutsu that is bad.
How you would use it in battle: I would use it to decapitate an enemy or dismember them if I can get the opportunity to use it in short range. Or I could fire it directly behind a fire technique and increase the fire's power. I could also probably use it as a defense to weaker jutsus.
How you would counter it: Shoot it with a rank higher fire if that works? Not sure or fire my own waves and interrupt the enemy's waves. Lightning won't work but maybe an earth projectile could.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I step closer while I am listening to you're words on the jutsu. I start channeling wind chakra into my left and right hand. I start feeling the wind pressure of the chakra in my hands and with my right hand bring it up and outwards to the right of my body. I bring it down to left in a diagonal manner and send out a wave of wind chakra that slices the top layer of the rock diagonally. I then do the same with my left hand but in the opposite manner which sends a wave that slices another part of the rock off leaving a now triangle shaped rock (If it were a circular rock lol)

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As I would see you fire the exact same jutsu off I would start channeling my wind chakra into the air before me in order to create my own gust of wind. By the time yours reaches mine I would control my gust of wind to collide with yours in a horizontal manner as to divide the gust upwards and downwards. As this happens and you're wind continues on to me, I jump in the air and perform a horizontal 360 degree spin in between the two wind blast as to add some pizazz for you.

Using the three hand seals, you'll use your chakra to collect a lot of flower petals that will loosely spin around in a gentle whirlwind of which you have full control over. You also have full control over the speed and thus, power of the whirlwind to catch your opponent off guard. I'd suggest this is a jutsu if you're opponent hasn't got a visual on you... just don't go using it in a desert of frozen wasteland xD

3. The user can change its direction at any time as long as the cyclone of petals is not destroyed.

1. I don't like that it takes 3 hand seals I kinda prefer quicker things.
2. Could block you're view of the enemy maybe.

How you would use it in battle: I would try to use it in a long range manner since I am able to control its every move. Maybe I could use some type of fire technique to create a fire/wind combo. Or I could have it move in front of an opponent's view and change my position on the battlefield.
How you would counter it: Maybe since it has petals it would be easier to burn up the air with a higher ranked fire attack. Or create some sort of water and earth combo that would overpower the cyclone. Again I'm none too sure on the size of this cyclone.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would start of by looking around at the field we are in for a group of beautiful flowers dancing in the wind. I by this point start channeling wind chakra and perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals and release the futon chakra into the surrounding area, summoning a cyclone of wind that pick up the petals from the flowers in the area.I then maneuver it to the lfet of me and then back to the right just to show some proficiency to you.

How you would use it in battle: I would use it to either fan flames away or to increase a fire's blaze and intensity. Maybe combine it with a water projectile to increase the speed and impact damage behind it. Making a unique combo perhaps.
How you would counter it: Simply use the supplementary jutsu you just showed me before. The one tha dispels any wind technique of equal or below rank.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by walking to my left towards a medium sized rock. As I approach it I start inhaling air and fusing it with my futon chakra and after a few seconds I release a slashing gust of wind at the top of the rock. The wind I created then slashes through the top layer of the rock and leaves a jagged edge from where the rock was once whole.

1. I like how it uses a sword as you could swing and release multiple times.
2. Requires no hand seals.
3. Creates a whirlwind that would blow the opponent back.

1. The action of swinging the sword could affect timeframe.
2. Probably easily defend able or counter able.
3. Not much else I really like this technique.
How you would use it in battle: Well if I could use it with my halberd on Bankotsu I would use it to send large whirlwinds of wind at the opponent or to defend fro lightning. As well as the usual fire combinations or the possibility to blow attacks away.
How you would counter it: I would try to eat the air up with a ire technique or simply use the supplementary jutsu from earlier on since this is a C-Rank.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start off by pulling a simple blade out, I then channel my wind chakra into the blade building a whirlwind around the blade. I then walk up to another nearby rock and raise my blade above my head in a 90 degree angle and bring it down. As I bring the blade down the wind chakra is released and creates a whirlwind in front of me.

How you would use it in battle: Since I don't have a fan I would use have to use the two hand seals. I would most likely use it as a diversionary tactic instead o an offensive one. Or simpy to put distance in between myself and an opponent.
How you would counter it: The supplementary technique that dispels the same rank or below wind jutsu you taught me earlier on xD
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by channeling my wind chakra into my lungs and aso****us. I then perform two hand seals and release a ball of wind and, using chakra and shape manipulation transform the blade into a shuriken that resembles a demon wind shuriken. It heads towards a nearby rock and upon impact destroys part of the large rock.

Slap your target with your giant fan, making sure you knock them into the air where you will then charge your fan with wind chakra and release a follow up blast of wind. If you don't have a fan... this is just a blast of wind from your mouth... without the slapping your target into the air.

1. Range is pretty useless.
2. Low rank and not very effective to my knowledge.
3. Easily counter able.
Strategies and combinations: Say I used a fan. I would start by unleashing some type of fire jutsu. Preferably one that is blown from the mouth and creates a blaze. I would then swing the fan directly behind the fire and the wind created from it would cause the blaze to get more intense. Can wind jutsus cause a projectile or something along those lines to speed up or would it affect the projectiles trajectory?
How you would counter it: If fire can eat wind up then I would do that. Maybe strike the wind with a quick lightning jutsu that fires a bolt like projectile. Maybe use an earth wall and hide from the gust of wind.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Say I am holding a fan. I would first channel wind chakra into the fan and run at a clone you had made. As I approached the clone I would point my fan in a downward horizontal manner and bring it up with extreme force. This would knock the opponent into the air and I then release the wind chakra creating a blast of wind that pushes the clone back and into the ground causing him to hit the ground with a harsh impact.

3. Creates a blast of wind that knocks the enemy backwards.

1. Without a fan it requires two hand seals.
2. Easily countered by most ninja nowadays.
3. Not much else I find this quite an effective jutsu that could be used in a supplementary manner as well.
Strategies and combinations: Same as the first one as they are pretty much the same thing. Or I would use this one to evade an attack if I can propel myself backwards.
How you would counter it: Same as above, Im sorry but these two just seem so similar.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I would first bring my fan up and channel my chakra into it. Then in one swift motion bring the fan down and release a blast of wind at your clone and send him flying backwards
