I perform the same handseal that Sensei shown then follow by taking a big deep breath, gathering huge amount of air in my lungs then I spit several sharp wind blades while spinning my body around so that will hit all side including the clone.

I put out my right hand and start focusing a huge amount of chakra onto my right hand then follow up by rotating it very fast until it has sphere form that made out of chakra.

I put my left hand out and start focusing a huge amount of wind chakra onto my left hand so i follow up by rotating it very fast until it has a small sphere form that made out of wind chakra that is spinning madly fast
I put my right hand out and start focusing a middle amount of wind chakra onto my right hand so that i can balance them then i continue by using shape manipulation by rotating it very fast until it shown a small sphere form that made out of wind chakra.

After memorizing the handseal that sensei has shown, i immediately perform the same handseal and focus wind chakra then send it to the sky and gather huge amount of air current which result darken the sky and i send down an F-5 tornado down on my target head, crushing him to death.

One question sensei, if my opponent uses this jutsu(since it takes time to form) can i overtake the jutsu by using the same but without me gather huge amount of air and await to form ? meaning can i straight send down a F-5 tornado ?

umm no you cant do that because that wind would already have his chakra
what you could say is you create a tornado yourself but make it rotate in the inversed direction, which would make both tornadoes cancel each other out
