Hello there kid's. The first thing I want you guys to do is to tell me everything you know about wind, it's properties, weakness and strength in either real life and in the narutoverse.
Wind or Fūton is one of the five basic elements in the Naruto universe and is used in a few KG elements one being the Dust and Ice release. In RL Wind is the movement of gases between the o –zone layer and the earths surface, affected by solar activity and rising heat from the earth. In the Naruto world, Wind in naturally weakest against fire, as the air is drawn from the wind and used to fuel the flames, while strongest against Lightning, as it is a natural insulator. Wind can be combined with other basic elements to enhance the power of the attack or defence on example of this is (Wind+Water) Typhoon Water Vortex Technique.
Wind release is best used at short-mid range, and is created by making the users chakra as thin and sharp as possible.
Example of wind releases:
Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance, Peacock Whirlwind, Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball

*thinking ...and stands up*wind is one of the main elements from 5 elements Wind is a sharp thing ...moving air is called wind....weakness is fire..strong is ...(i don't know i think it is earth i am not sure),naruto and asuma and and danzo are wind element users*sits again..*

Great job as excepted Rasnall.
Now listen very carefully, stay still and just open your ears wide open, you have to remember this during battles when fighting your opponent.
1. A-rank fire vs A-rank wind : Fire takes over the wind and becomes a fire/wind combo
S-rank fire vs A-rank wind : Fire takes over the wind and becomes a fire/wind combo
A-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : Wind cancels it and continues.
S-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : The same as above.
A-rank wind vs S rank lightning : Both negate each other.
You need to remember the stuff I wrote above try to save it in a document and open it while fighting.
Now listen, you can combine the Wind element in any different way;
2. Fire + Wind = Stronger fire, a good and often used combo, but it isn't exactly a new element or anything.
Wind + Earth = Weird combo, if you throw rock at your opponent the wind can be used to spped it up, but apart from that, these two elements aren't really fuseable.
Wind + Water = Increasing the speed of the water, but apart from that, nothing really, maybe you could use it to spread your water more, or make some cool tornados, but jutsus like that already exists.
Wind + Lightning = Bad combo, lightning cannot be fused with wind, don't use them together.

*I take the leaf and place it inbetween both of hands, while i start focusing my wind chakra through my hands. I concentrate on thining out my chakra and then forcing it out of my hands. Nothing happens at first, but after some time i open my hands to find a little cut about 1/3 the length across the leaf*

Great, now try to slice it a little.

Now do it with great force, put all your chakra into the leaf and try to slice it in half.
*looks at the leaf and forces all the wind chakra into into it again and puts another hand on the leaf and gives the leaf a full cover....after 2 minutes i take my hands off from it*what ....i did it right but nothing happened to it....*repeats what i did with extra effort and confidence..*wow ....look there is a cut at the top of the leaf look sensei*shows to sensei *

*I run to the top of the hill and sit at the top with my legs crossed. I start to listen to the wind blowing around me, while consentrating on my inner wind chakra and breathing. I can hear the twisting and turning of the air as it interacts with the rising and falling air. After a while my breathing starts to slow down and the sound of the wind gets louder. It starts to feel like my inner wind chakra is spinning and twisting around like the wind around me*

*runs towards the next hill near the hill which rasnall sat...i also sat as rasnal did like crossing my legs...i bereath in and out slowly feeling the inner chakra inside me....i feel the movements of the wind around me moving like waves..i close my eyes so i can give a full concentration on it....i let my inner chakra flow inside me like the out side like in waves*hmm hmm ,....
Great, now stay focused, breath in and breath out, while doing that try to release a little wind out your mouth, while doing that keep your eyes closed and send chakra trough your whole body, think about wind, wind and again... wind xd
*I still keep my breathing slow and rhythmic to the wind around me but open my mouth slighty and start to exhale more. I concentrate my inner wind chakra together with my breathing while exhaling to match the swirling and twisting of the wind around me. As the wind chakra and air leave my mouth, i can feel it being carried away by the wind and when inhaling it feels like i am taking in a new energy that merges with my own wind chakra.*
