The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

This is just a strong level of the B rank technique (Great Slashing Tornado) so i want you to do the same but use more wind chakra to increase its power or size , two version again but this time note, the hand seal number increase from 4 to 7. so yeah do remember.

Of sentimental value U_U Grasping the fan tightly in one hand, I begin to build up a huge amount of chakra within my body. I take deep breaths, regulating my breathing and calming my nerves, ensuring my mind is clear. I close my eyes, and furrow my eyebrows, circulating the section of chakra around my entire body thoroughly, through every body part. As my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I separate my chakra into two equal proportions, in which i rub both together, sharpening my chakra's edges and nature, making it sharp and thin, and creating two portions of chakra, in which I combine to get back the big amount of chakra. Once that is done, I channel my chakra downwards to my fan, grasp firmly in my right arm, under my armpits >.>. As the chakra enters the fan, I hold it by its handle, and hold it in front of me, poised.As the chakra fully infuses with the other parts of the fan, allowing me to control the chakra within the fan, whatever it releases. Then, I swing my fan in a wide arc, from left to right, releasing my chakra molded in the fan, out into the atmosphere. I use a greater amount of chakra, and excreting it into the fan, and as I release it, I separate the chakra into two equal portions once again, and send them towards you. I rotate each portion wildly, whirling it around inversely, forming two huge high turbulence vortex, rapidly spinning and spiraling, while I send the first at you. The first is sent towards you directly, ensnaring you in a huge vortex, with you in the epicenter. I mold the tornado's wind currents into a very sharp substance, in which cuts you around the body. Then, I send the other wind tornado at you, also rapidly spinning. I send the second one just after the first, catching up when the first ensnares you, and combining to create a huge hurricane-vortex around you, that is gargantuan and is molded and sharpened to perfection. With that, your clone is sliced by razor sharp pinions, causing him to go poof.

Throwing and ditching that fan away, I build up another set of chakra, huge within my body. I take deep breaths, regulating my chakra flow and calming my nerves, so as not to get nervous or angry :3. I circulate the huge amount of chakra throughout my body, and as I feel my chakra surging through my chakra circulatory system at a fairly fast pace, along with a fairly fast current, I then begin to feel more energized. Within moments, as my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I concentrate immensely and convert my chakra into Futon chakra. Separating my set of chakra into two smaller equal sections and proportions, I begin to rub the two together, sharpening the edges and forming a 'carciature' of some sorts, two blades rubbing against each other. Soon, my chakra turns sharp and thin, successfully converted into Futon chakra. I flow it through my body, while I perform 7 hand seals swiftly and in quick succession. With that done within moments, I separate my chakra within my body into two portions, and send the first out of my body, towards you racing, at a fairly fast speed, and afterwards, I use state and shape manipulation, to rotate my chakra violently, manifesting a huge wind vortex, whirling rapidly and spiraling inwards, creating a huge air force in the epicenter, with great cutting abilities, sharpened to perfection by my chakra. After doing so, I release the second vortex right behind the first, in quick succession, threatening to overtake. I spin and rotate it also, forming another vortex, I send towards you behind the first. The first one reaches your second clone and ensnares him in a sharp cutting tornado, encompassing him and encasing him in a cutting atmosphere, and causing gashes to appear. The second one combines with the first, adding more wind pressure and thereby, creating a gargantuan tornado that causes grave and grievous injuries, that murder your clone brutally.

BQ: Not a very efficient technique, I must say. Takes 7 hand seals, and releases two vortexes, which take time to effect and combine? Well, speed is a decisive factor, and this technique really isn't your whole combination. Besides, the opponent can intercept while you do your hand seals, and disrupt your process, countering effectively, and if they attack with S-rank Fire, you have to change chakra nature, which would take time and effort, in you do not have Omyoton, Yin-Yang training ~_~. That sucks, but meh. You could use hurricane fist to push you back, but what if the attack your opponent uses is long-range? Dead probably >=3

However, it is pretty big and powerful, and when the opponent is hit, it could kill. The cuts induced and incurred are devastating, especially when they combine and encase your opponent in a hurricane of some sorts, devastating him with cuts across vital organs. Very dangerous for the opponent, and you could use fire in conjunction at the whirling vortex, combining and forming an even more powerful attack. To defend, I would use a strong fire technique, with momentum and force to destroy both vortex, overcoming the spinning force.

O_O Dunno, this is the shortest reply I have written for a while :3 Let me show you Toshiro-standard, or some random dudes standard. Hmm, MyWorldofTsukyomi's standard. :| Maybe. Watch below U_U And get fucking infuriated.

Picking up the worthless fan of sentimental value up from the floor after ditching it previously, I hold it with my right hand, and build up a huge amount of chakra within my body. Flowing it through my chakra circulatory system, my chakra flow soon reaches its zenith. With that, I separate and divide my chakra into two sections, equal in proportion, and rub the two portions together. I sharpen their edges, making my chakra as sharp and thin as possible, and with that, I convert my chakra into Futon chakra. Subsequently, I channel my chakra down to my fan, held tightly in my hands. Through the handle and infusing with the entire fan, I feel as my fan is completely imbued with sharp Futon chakra. Without hesitation after doing so, I open my fan, and poise smexily, before swinging my fan in one wide arc in a bell curve in front of me, in a quick and fluid motion. Whilst the fan swings, I release the chakra along with the arc, and afterwards, I condense my chakra to take shape. Using shape manipulation, I whirl and spiral my chakra inwards, rapidly, manifesting the mass of chakra into a whilrling wind vortex. After that is done, I regulate my breathing, staying calm and focusing on my chakra flow, keeping the chakra within the vortex stable, not breaking apart. I send the vortex towards you, and in a matter of moments, I make my vortex completely encase you in a whirling wind, and afterwards, using the high rotation speed, I cause you to drift somewhat to the epicenter of the vortex, unwillingly. While you are there, whirling madly, and flailing about, I gain control of your movements somewhat, being unable to move about in the high air pressure and such. Then, I bring the vortex down, bringing you up a few meters, before slamming you down with great force, hitting the vortex towards the ground, bashing you also. :scorps:

BQ: I suppose the main advantage of this technique is that the vortex is controlled to a great extent, and you can trap the opponent within the vortex, and inadvertently control them also. Slamming them upon the ground with the chosen force of your vortex, it surely can pose a potent threat. Sadly, you need a fan, to be able to do this technique. Without a fan, like you said, this technique sucks >_> I could simply launch a Fire technique like Intelligent Hard Work, OR Great Blaze Ball. Both should destroy this, in my opinion. I could also make use of the great whirling of the vortex to obscure his vision, and go underground, or do my majik U_U

I start off by standing still and concentrating on my chakra control. I circulate my chakra, and as my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I gather it together. As I focus on my chakra I separate it into two halves ad make each half as this as possible. I then rub the two halves together like i'm trying to sharpen a blade. This then creates my wind chakra, which I then flow into my chest and lungs, I then take in a big breath through my nose. As I take in the breath I perform the "Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram" handseals and straight after I forcefully exhale the wind chakra from my mouth. As it leaves my mouth the wind expands and heads towards the nearby trees as an expansive gust of wind, around 2 meters big.

BQ: A simple wind attack, with great power and decent range. Despite its simplistic shape and power, it does not have special attributes which separate it from the rest. Due to its force, it could easily blow back Ninja Tools, in which if someone throws a timed kunai at you, simply blow it back and cause it to explode in their face instead. Because of elemental advantage and basic shape, it can knock away most lightning techniques, as the wind basically pretty much is able to get rid of usual moves. Because Wind retains the property of acting as a medium for fire and water, if combined, the potency could increase drastically, infused with another destructive element.

In close range, this could be used well. Because this technique is simple, if one comes close, this technique could not only blast them back, leaving a decent gap, or injure them even. It takes 4 hand seals, which is a disadvantage because it still does require 4, however, that is still a small amount. A forceful fire attack could overwhelm this easily. Also, it is simple, and thus, there are many viable options to defend and dodge.

I start off by concentrating on the air around me and the dust particles that are floating through the air. I flow a huge amount of chakra within my body, in which I circulate around. I then quickly convert my chakra into wind chakra using the usual process. Dividing my chakra into two equal proportions, I rub both together to sharpen my chakra, thus forming a sharp and thin substance. I flow this newly made wind chakra into my lungs, filling up the air bags. I compress the chakra in my lungs, making the chakra slightly denser. I inhale a huge amount of air from my surroundings, which in turn fills the capacity of my lungs, effectively pushing my chakra upwards, in which i continue to mold. I then in a swift motion quickly raise both hands in front of my face, still in the kamehameha position. As they reach the front of my face and my chakra reaches my mouth, I release the compressed wind chakra in a powerful stream of wind, with high velocity with scouring dust particles within, making it more forceful. As it travels towards you like a boss, threatening to kill you *cough* Your clone, it collects the fine dust particles in the air. It also kicks up the dust on the ground adding more dust to the powerful wind stream.

BQ: Apart from the usual strength and weaknesses of the normal Wind techniques that are basic in shape and so on, this technique possesses possibly 2 very valuable qualities which makes it stand out somewhat. It reaches up to long-range, which is valuable. This gives it a boost in versatility and where it can be used. It is very adaptable, being versatile in short/mid/long range, which is good. It can also obscure the opponent's vision, which makes this also very useful. If the opponent cannot see you, you could use another technique to follow up, which would come as a surprise. Also, using fire to heat up the dust, making it more solidified, thus causing severe damage in whatever case, in conjunction with a high velocity wind attack, it would be a lethal combination. Sad thing is, very easily countered by fire O_O

I build up a huge amount of chakra within my body, in which I take deep breaths to regulate my breathing, calming my nerves. I flow the chakra throughout my entire body, circulating it. As my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I section my chakra into 2 equal proportions as usual, rub them together, sharpening my chakra to perfection. I incorporate the sharp and thin properties of wind into my chakra, converting it successfully. I perform the required hand seals as I focus the entity of chakra in my lungs. Whilst the chakra occupy my lungs, I spiral my chakra, rotating it around and around, building up centrifugal force in which it increases the total kinetic energy which upon impact, exerts a greater force. I keep up this spinning force, and continue to whirl it. Subsequently, I inhale a huge amount of wind through my lungs, which displaces my chakra and channels it upwards my gullet. I continue to excrete chakra and causing my chakra to spiral greatly. I take aim and without further ado, I exhale the huge amount of oxygen intake, and at the same time, I pound my stomach O_O and also while spewing out the chakra i molded with great force. As it leaves my mouth, I use shape manipulation to morph my chakra into a huge spiraling sphere of wind which is sent towards you at high speeds.

BQ: A very damaging attack which can kill easily upon impact. It exerts such a great force that even boss summons get injured. I suppose that this technique also travels rather fast, which also adds to its offensive value. Although it is a very primary move in terms of shape and such, its simplicity also makes it valuable. It can overpower most lightning techniques and would really prove a great asset. There are many ways to use this, like as a surprise attack, which would catch your opponent off guard and break a couple of bones easily. It can be shot both from above and below, making it versatile. Also, using this technique as a medium, I could imbue it with fire or water to make it even more powerful. Not to mention it also reaches till long-range, which is extremely useful at times. However, when it travels the parabola from the top, the opponent can make use of the shorter distance and attack you head on as the wind bullet strikes from the top. Also, it can be countered by a strong enough fire technique such as Intense Pain, or really, something A-rank and above that is suitable should do the trick.

As my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I once again do my usual process of dividing my chakra into two equal portions. I then rub the edges of both together, against each other, sharpening my chakra. Whilst I do that, I incorporate the sharp and thin properties of wind into my chakra, converting it successfully. After doing so, I flex my neck muscles for the sake of it, and I gather the entity of wind chakra in my lungs. I inhale an incredible amount of oxygen, which displaces my wind chakra from my lungs, channeling it up my gullet. I exhale all the air from my windpipe, which pushes my chakra out of my mouth, in which I spew towards you with great force. However, just before I do so, I separate my chakra into several portions. I lower my neck, crouching slightly. I shoot each section of wind chakra from the left to right, moving my neck from side to side. I angle my neck at different postures, whilst I continuously shoot out each segment of wind chakra. However, every time I shoot out a proportion of wind, I use shape manipulation to morph each and every one of them into a huge blade of wind horizontally, in which it is shot towards your direction.

BQ: Due to the versatility of the wind technique, being able to cover expansive ranges, including all around the user, this technique can be used as both offence and defense. You can surround yourself in huge wind blades which can defend against attacks, whilst they also continue towards the opponent after destroying it. Therefore, this can be used in many ways. Also, since it has multiple wind blades, it can hit a variety of opponents, not to mention it was shown in the anime this was strong enough to break through Susano'o somewhat, a feat shown to be near impossible by others. Due to its immense power, it can be used against summon with no effort. As usual, a combination with both fire or water can be a lethal and potent attack. However, since Wind is weak to fire, the opponent can block easily with fire, or overpower it with something even stronger. This technique may seem easy to dodge since you can go underground or something. You could also launch yourself out of range.

I flow a huge amount of chakra throughout my body first off. I regulate my breathing, as i focus on my inner self. With immense concentration, I furrow my eyebrows as my chakra flow reaches its zenith. With my chakra at its peak, I separate my chakra into two divisions. I rub both sections together, in which I sharpen each segment to perfection, making it sharp and thin, whilst I think hard about the properties of wind. I incorporate all these thoughts into my chakra, making a thin layer of sharp Futon chakra. With that, I gather and focus the chakra in my chest, a huge entity occupying my lungs. Subsequently, I breath in a huge amount of oxygen intake through my nostrils, which displaces the chakra in my lungs, filling it up instead. My chakra gets channeled upwards my gullet, and just before I spew it out through my mouth, I exhale all the air through my nostrils again, which shoots out my chakra from my mouth with great force and momentum. I perform the hand seals Tiger ---> Dog as I do so, materializing a huge mass of air. I shape the air into a huge orb of explosive wind, in which I compress and shoot towards you in the form of a dense sphere which wrecks havoc anything in its path is hereby leveled and destroyed, reaching and killing you.

BQ: Once again, this is a very basic in terms of shape technique. It is huge, no point denying that, and can cover a wide range although it is meant to be a more focused attack. It is a huge compressed sphere of wind that can crush a target easily. Summons are easily killed with no trouble, due to immense pressure. Also, this technique negates absolutely all lightning techniques with no difficulty, except those which come towards you at all directions. Thus, Vacuum Wave or Serial Waves would be a better option. When combined with fire and water, as usual, this becomes devastating and can possibly destroy all combinations save a few. Lethal combination. Like Typhoon Water Vortex, if you use it with Wind, it can block most fire/wind combos, which makes this versatile as f*ck. Opponent's clones, if not too far apart, may also be blasted apart with this. Because of this being a S-rank wind attack that is extremely powerful, the opponent would most likely defend with Fire, and thus, you could make use of it and use water on him quickly, thus not allowing him to change chakra nature in time possibly without Yin/Yang training. However, this truly can be defended by with fire easily, like an A-rank would be sufficient. Also, this technique as usual can be avoided by going underground.

I release a lot of raw chakra on to my right palm, in which I hold out in front of me. As I focus my chakra on my palm, compressing it, I have some of it spread out and make a thin layer like a sphere to contain and mark the boundaries for my chakra. I then add more chakra and start to slowly rotate the chakra in a clockwise direction. As it rotates I make sure that it doesn't break through the thin layer of chakra and as it's rotates I add more chakra increasing the speed and strength it. Because my chakra is rotating within a thin layer of chakra, I contain and compress it into the stable sphere shape and it rotates within it, controlled, yet still devastating. After taking notice to these I make my chakra rotate as fast as it can without breaking through the thin layer of chakra, which forms the spherical shape. As it is spinning quickly I control my chakra and make it become more dense. Then using chakra control to the best of my abilities I make the chakra inside change directions instantly and furiously while continuing to make it rotate quickly, as I'm changing it's direction I am always rotating the chakra clockwise, while I still emphasize the basic spherical shape of my chakra, not allowing it to turn oblong or something random or have squarish edges. I then maintain this chakra flow and control the chakra inside to continue spinning furiously with out breaking through the thin layer of chakra that is containing the whole rasengan within the balloon. As i perform each step i am continually conpacting the chakra and making it more and more dense. With that, I form a Rasengan. After forming the Rasengan, I focus chakra in my body in which I divide into two sections that rub against each other, to form a sharp and thin Wind chakra. After molding it, I channel it into my right palm, onto the spherical spiraling Rasengan resting on it. Whilst my new Wind chakra is infused with the raw chakra previously, I incorporate the properties of this new chakra into the Rasengan, thus making my chakra sharp and thin. Combined with the high rotation speed of the rasengan, coupled with sharp cutting powers, I slowly create a huge violent orb of slicing wind, in which the wind chakra around it forms a shape resembling that of a shuriken. Due to the constant friction between the air, high speed rotation, and the sharp cutting motion of the Wind chakra, it causes a high-pitched sound to be radiated all across the battlefield. The Rasengan comprises of countless microscopic particles which draws and cuts anyone at the same level, shredding and damaging them severely. I continue to maintain chakra flow within the Rasenshuriken, in which I maintain the spiraling shuriken shape, the orb-spherical shape, and most importantly, the microscopic wind particles that cut upon contact. I then run towards you, thrusting the Rasenshuriken into your abdomen, violently killing you without further ado U_U

Advantages & Disadvantages

What the sh*t is this? Naruto's poo :| and awesomeness. Its one of those super-smexy techniques which wreck people up. Very useful in close-range, given the proximity of this technique's range reach out from the orb. The spiraling shuriken which spins around the orb itself can encase and snare the opponent in a deadly formation, in which he gets pulled into the center, and dies. If I use this in close-range, especially when the opponent cannot move, like in mid-air, and you form this near him, and he just gets touched and hit, he would simply have no way to defend already. Badass U_U Sadly, this smexy shit cannot reach up to mid-range or whatever, it can only be used in close-range, in close combat or something, when the opponent is near you, in which many are scared to do so. I could use Young Ferns to sneak up behind the opponent and form this and kill him =DD I know I know, I'm badass U_U

With this try it with the fan and without. Use the fan to create a disk of sharp wind at the opponent, then do two handseals and blow out a disk that is sharp enough to cut the opponent...
