i think it is a very useful jutsu since you dont have to move but the winds move to hit the target. also it can probably block kunai and shuriken

As i am sending my fuuton chakra towards you i shape it into a tunnel like thing and spin the chakra so it is like a tornado in the shape of a tunnel which smashes your clone into a wall and kills him.*

*I start by releasing a huge amount of chakra into th air in front of me and shaping it into a very sharp thin slice of wind. Then i preform the necessary handsigns in order to amplify the wind and send the thin slice of wind i made at your wind technique. When it makes contact, it splits you wind jutsu in half. Then before your wind justu perishes i mix my chakra with the winds and redirect the spinning vortex at you.*
I was not sure if i was supposed to do the next jutsu or not so i just did.

*I start by sending a large amount of my fuuton chakra as a gentle breeze on the ground and pick up hundreds of clumps of loose dirt and sand. Then i clump the dirt and sand into one clump of materials and utilize the wind chakra i have in the clump to send the clump flying towards your clone and knocking him into a rock.*
