All you have to do is add a basic weapon in your bio, or state it in the battle. You do not need a custom weapon for these attacks. It is nice to have a fan and a sword in your bio to be used in the battles. I start by channelling my wind chakra into the blade as I turn towards the tree. Once done, I release the chakra in it as I swing the blade releasing a gust of wind that proceeds towards the tree, taking it down.

Again I start by manipulating my chakra and channelling it into my blade. I coat the blade with a thick layer of my wind chakra, so that its clearly visible. Once done, I face towards the tree, hold the sword in my right hand and concentrate properly focusing on my moves. Quickly, I swing my blade in an arc that looks like i'm cutting the air from right to left. But as I swing my blade, I release the chakra from the blade as I manipulate it and twist it to create a powerful gust of wind that has such a good intensity that it takes down the tree in front of me.

After listening to your instructions, I gather my wind chakra into my body. Then, as shown I perform the required 4 handseals. I look towards the dummy and create a minor tornado that spins very fast. I concentrate and focus properly so as to maintain the perfect structure of the tornado. I manipulate my chakra and make this tornado very sharp and send this tornado towards your dummy which when coming in contact with it, cuts it all over the body and crashes it into the ground.

The advantage is that it would no longer be a wind jutsu....its a sand-wind combo.....so you see fire won't be that effective against it.
The disadvantage would be that it doesn't contain much power.
