And also only weapons are three bladed shurikens (like this)

something like a whirlwind in a ball shape like rasengan
that cuts everything and is for long ranged attacks

Maybe if it was ball shaped and also greates a large whirlwind around the ball and moves wiht the ball. And if you'd want to improve it you throw some Shurikens with it so that the shurikens will spin in the gusts of the whirlwind!

and becomes a tornado with shurikens inside
