For me that plotline looks dead. We knew from the Gai vs Kisame fight that it can be "loyal" to it's current owner. We now know that it has a special bond to it's owner through enjoying the feeling of their chakra. Kisame has a large amount of Chakra himself so that's why the Samehada has chosen him for so long. Kisame has repeatedly stated that Samehada enjoys eating Killer Bee's chakra because it's special and it has now made it's choice to change owners.

So considering that Suigetsu has already fought Kisame and whether that was serious or not, Suigetsu has not presented anything enticing for him to have jumped ship. Suigetsu was beaten easily by Darui and is barely jonin level. The hope that Samehada chooses Suigetsu to use it doesn't look promising. Hell I think Naruto would have a better chance at being it's new master.

he is way to weak to use Samehada, even though he may have the smallest possibilty to get it if Kisame dies and suigetsu is close

I voted 'no' but not because I don't like Suigetsu. I like his side story of trying to collect all of the swords of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, I just don't think he has enough chakra to wield Samehada. It's too bad really.
