What I want to know is, did Itachi's Susanoo come with the Yata Mirror and Sword of Totsuka, or did Itachi acquire them seperately

That's what I want to know. But I was thinking that Since Sasuke's Susanoo shoots arrows, maybe each persons Susanoo will get techniques unique to the person using it.

It did come separate. Remember during the battle with sasuke when orochimaru popped out of sasuke's shoulder? he said that he had been looking for that sword for some time. that was a special sealing sword that did not come with susanoo

No. That, and the sword, was Itachi's. He found it. He didn't give it to Sasuke. He died with it. So basically, it's Kabuto's now since he controls Itachi.
