Does no one here remember that ninjas regularly kill and torture each other for their village's or their own selfish needs and desires? Gaara did worse than Sasuke, and he's not considered a disgrace.

I don't recall Gaara committing treason or joining a terrorist organization.

Again, you failed.....Totsuka blade has to pierce the opponent in order seal them....the fact you think Totsuka blade has enough to pierce Susanoo makes me want to question your intelligence.

This fight will come down to Susanoo which Sasuke will have the advantage do the fact his has the far superior stamina,Chakra, and eyes(EMS)....Itachi dies from lack of stamina,Chakra, and the MS backslash.

Sasuke's summons Aoda and makes him attack Itachi's Susanoo while Sasuke at the same time uses Susanoo....tell me how Itachi deals with this?

Even if they didn't know they were working for Oro, they still attempted to destroy the Leaf Village, which meant killing innocent people. And that wasn't during any war, if there was war, they wouldn't have been able to conduct the Chunin Exams as they wouldn't be able to cooperate with each other.

You used ignorance as an excuse as to why The Sand is innocent right, as to why them working with Oro doesn't count because they didn't know it was Oro? Then the same applies to Sasuke, he didn't know that Tobi was planning on destroying the world. If it doesn't excuse Sasuke, then it doesn't excuse Gaara and the Sand, meaning they're just as bad at the least, and if it does excuse Sasuke, then you're a hypocrite. How do you know that itachi cant absorb sasuke totsuka
