Will Sasuke be Punished?

Do you think he will have to do any time? Will any kind of punishment be excused? I don't think Sasuke will be able to go back just like that. His return could upset a lot of people too, even the Konoha elders. It seems like it could take a lot of work for Sasuke to have any chance on being pardoned for his crimes.

Seriously though, how is Sasuke going to do that? He has to have some serious polygamy going on to START replenishing the clan. A population needs several hundreds to eliminate inbreeding, and with one Father, that's going to be hard Lol

I seriously doubt it.

People like to over glorify Sasuke's "crimes" when in actuality; He killed two S-Rank criminals in the Akatsuki and the most shady character in Konoha (Danzo), and these are beneficial. He didn't kill anyone from the Kage summit, minus the Samurai, but their relevance is yet to be quantified in the manga, but it's presumably miniscule. The only one who will have any qualms with Sasuke is probably the Raikage because of attacking Bee, but he will probably be pardoned because he is going to help win the war. That will help his cause and the K11, plus Konoha people who want to know will probably learn the truth from Sasuke about Itachi and what he did, why Sasuke killed him etc.

It'll be a long process, but he'll be back in the village.

No matter what happens sasuke will go to trial in court. Tsunade (if she lives) will definately put him in court. (Maybe not just a konoha court but the WORLD crime court which is much more serious).
IF Naruto even became a hokage, Naruto would still have to put sasuke in court due to the crimes to other nations that sasuke has commited.

However doesnt mean he will end up being guilty..
