Honestly, I don't think so because we know how much of an impact Naruto has on everyone's views and beliefs. He's made a name in this war. He's leading it basically. When Sasuke said he was going to become Hokage, Naruto had a flashback to Itachi's words. Past the Hokage shit, Itachi said, "I leave Sasuke to you." Naruto stood up and thought to himself, "Leave Sasuke to me." I'm pretty confident that he meant that he would ensure Sasuke would be forgiven from his situation. Think about it, everyone flipped when they said Sasuke was on theri side now. This is what Itachi was talking about when he said he left Sasuke to Naruto. Itachi knew Naruto would clean Sasuke's problems. Naruto'll get Sasuke forgiven. I'm sure of it :scorps:

Attacking Kages that aint of his own village? like that hasn't been done before the villages had like 3 wars and were constantly fighting, there wasn't even an alliance then
Attacking Bee??? So the Cloud gets away with kidnapping Kushina but Sasuke cant take clones -_-

Killing Danzo is the only thing that should stop his return to Konoha and as far as I can see none of the other villages even care about this fool the fact Danzo can kill an entire Konoha clan and remain there unpunished but Sasuke needs to be is laughable.

All of the Kage excluding Tsunade want his head on a platter.. especially Raikage. The only thing Danzo deserved punishment for was being a dikk, he had the good of the village in mind and it had to be done. If Danzo deserved punishment for that in particular then so would Itachi, THATS laughable.

Attacking a foreign leader is still a crime. Attacking a summit is also a crime. A summit Konoha was part of.
