When Sasuke fought Raikage, his eyes kept up with him and now his eyes are even more powerful, so i don't think that Naruto will surprise Sasuke with his speed. And now that Sasuke has Itachi's eyes, will their Susano's do a fusion? Then Sasuke gets the yata mirror and sealing sword, but i think Naruto will break his Susanoo with his tailed beast bomb

lol naruto can't even keep up with Raikage's speed, how is he suppose to beat the person who almost defeated the Raikage with incomplete Susano'o? Now, Sasuke has complete Susano'o and he also got EMS, meaning he can spam amaterasu, susano'o, tsukiyomi and a brand new EMS technique more than usual and that's A LOT... how? Sasuke lost his sight after 3 battles.
As far as Naruto goes, his speed isn't anything special. Raikage is still faster meaning it's still a disadvantage vs. Sasuke. His new super-saiyan cloak is all looks so far. He can use the 9-tails powers now so that is a +.
Naruto still has Itachi's powers. Let's hope it's a 1 hit K.O technique like the Totsuka blade.

kishi always improves on sasukes techs every time naruto powers up. i know that sasuke is going to be haxed with the ems but naruto will still defeat him and that's not because he's the main character. naruto will defeat him because he is capable.
I think Sasuke will be surprised by Naruto's speed, but I believe he will be able to track him with his EMS (assuming Naruto doesn't pull FTG off without the use of seals, which is a possibility).
That aside, I think given what we currently know/suspect about Naruto and suspect about Sasuke, Naruto will come out on top.

And also Sasuke doesn't have the reflexes for that kind of speed, if he didn't have Susanoo he would be dead right now.
So back on topic... Sasuke will never be able to keep up with Naruto in terms of speed, he might be able to see his movements with EMS, that is if EMS enhances his sight.

The bad guys are always more powerful initially cause they will do what ever it takes to to gain power. While the good guys are less powerful having to rely on thier superior skill and spirt and stuff.
Now why do good guy posses superior skill... simple because it take alot of control not kill someone while useing ninjutsu on them.
So naruto is the one who has to step up, not sasuke.

Sasuke was outmatched in speed in their first fight in the Final Valley when naruto went 1 tails on him but Sasuke's Sharingan adapted to the situation to read Naruto's super fast movement.With Naruto's new speed enhancement Sasuke's new eye enhancements will level the playing field.
And for the record Naruto is not as fast as Raikage because Naruto was at his highest level when trying to get past Raikage and Raikage was only at Armor Level 1 not level 2.

Itachi said EMS awakens new powers but we don't know what exactly his new powers of EMS are as of yet. I really doubt it'll be the Yata's Mirror or blade of Totsuka.
The only trump card Itachi left behind was to Naruto. Itachi did transfer his MS abilities but that's not really called a trump card.

Well you can't call what Itachi left behind to Naruto a trump card since we have no idea what it is all he said was I hope you don't have to use this and made him swallow a crow.
Amaterasu is a trump card IMO
So is EMS so Itachi didnt really leave his eyes to Sasuke to take but they are his now so i would call them a trump card.

Itachi -gave- Naruto a trump card in case Sasuke became evil. It is to use against Sasuke. Hoping that Naruto never uses it makes it a "trump card". I'm willing to bet that Itachi had a feeling that Sasuke would be easily controlled by Madara and he probably prepared Naruto just in case Sasuke ever took his eyes. He even prepared Sasuke for his encounter with Madara by implanting Amaterasu and MS. What was the point of telling Sasuke the background story of EMS? I think it was a test to see which path Sasuke took.

Naruto Kyuubi Mode has alotta potential, He has barely mastered anything to even put up against Sasuke, At the Moment its just Speed, and sealing the nine tails. But he hasnt even trained to push Kyubbi Mode Speed to its limits, let alone Power, Jutsu's and even if he could combine Sage Mode, Possibilities are endless, he might be holding back against Raikage in case he gets into a mess like he did when he discovered kisame and got his foot stuck in the wall/rock, (that was funny though)
