Im not saying that Sasuke is weaker than Naruto in that post nor am i hating, im just saying that Sasuke is more likely, because Salad will be able to train directly under Sasuke, Also, Sasuke would want obviously want to give his power to a worthy heir, and if he's not going to get another baby, Salads the only option.
