Judging from how long it took Madara to awaken his, Sarada might awaken hers while she's a adult or young adult. And even if Karin isn't the mother, Sarada still has Uzimaki DNA.

If it was like this then danzo would awaken the 10 rinnegan as he had both Uchiha's cells(eyes) + Senju Cells(Hashi's Cells).

no you are right i remember Madara telling obito about mixing both uchiha and senju to get rinnegan and that the entire reason nagato could use it was because the uzumaki is of senju linage

You need Asura and Indra's. She has neither. If she got one or two implanted she can summon the Ghedo but that's it.
