I was going by what Madara said but no biggy, Sasuke and Madara are my favorite characters anyways so this mistake i made means nothing cause they already awakened it.

if Sasuke had Jugo's DNA he would have been able to absorb Nature chakra in the war and would be able to use Senjutsu Susano'o without Jugo. secondly if you "read" and comprehend both Kabuto and Jugo only use the cells for healing, other wise Sasuke would have their powers which was clearly not the case.

Sometimes there is no used to be into manga longer than anyone else but we still unable to understand the context of manga or the info manga gave.

Been longer into the manga is not everything because there are people that just only into manga but able to understand all things
