Well the "Will of Fire" is more like an ideal, a belief that they all strive towards. Hatred consumes people, as we clearly see with Sasuke. I gotta go with hatred on this one because its just plain nasty, they are polar opposites, the "Will of Fire" is all about protecting people and being honorable, so you can't diss it as much as hatred.
