Only Hashirama has mokuton. Madara, obito, Danzo and yamato all took his DNA.

Naruto is able to use the elements of the beasts, therefore he can get the water style from the three tails and get the rock style from Son Goku cause Katon and Doton make lava style. You look stupid now.
