As the leader of Akatsuki, and one of the two sides of the Amegakure civil war, Nagato was an extraordinarily powerful shinobi, and recognised as the most powerful member of Akatsuki. It has been noted at several points in time that Nagato possessed an unusually large amount of exceptionally strong chakra, to the point of after he decimated Konoha and fought Naruto Uzumaki, he still had enough strength to revive all of the people he had killed in Konoha. His partner, Konan, had stated that he had never lost a single battle, and that he is "unbeatable".

Konan was correct...at the time. When she said that, it was right after Pain beat Jiraiya, so Nagato hadn't lost yet.
Anywho, I think Naruto's about there now. Nagato was crazy uber post-resurrection, so I'm not 100% certain, though Naruto's speed would be a definite problem for him.

Narutos new mode (latest one mangawise...'bijuu mode' i think.) is stronger than healthy nagato....but naruto kyuubi chakra mode, as unimaginably powerful as it is, naruto chakra mode is not stronger than healthy Nagato....seriously, if it weren't for Itachi... Nagato's legs were greatly damaged in a battle against Hanzō. As a result, even though he can stand up by himself, he can't move as quickly.
Emaciated Definition:very thin especially from disease or hunger or cold

Well, with weakened powers, but better combos, he annihilated an entire hidden village alone. Pretty BAMF. xd IT's kind of a hard match up. Nagato's particular abilities make him well-suited to taking on seemingly impossible tasks.

Both naruto's Km and Bm are Chakra cloaks.
