[Spoilers] Will Kisame Live or Die?

Okay so after reading Chapter 507 we know that Kisame gets captured and we learn a little about his past (whch was very cool by the way). He bites his own tongue to keep the interogater out of his mind. but in the very last panel it shows kisame breaking free from the stockholds.

Now what do you guys think? Will he live and escape or die?

He also said "thats where I wanted to go!" Implying that he forced the interogater to see what he wanted him to see. what do you think the purpose was? Was it a mental reminder to kisame about completing his mission, or was it to show Kanoha what he was capable of accomplishing?

Well for starters i cant see him escape from so many ninja. Not unless he uses some sort of escape water jutsu that we haven't seen yet.

I dont think Kisame actually says "thats where i wanted to go" as the speach bubble coming from his said "Uoooooah"

But if he was saying that, perhaps it was to show them that Madara is still alive and also to show them a demonstration of his powers, ie controlling a kage and Kyubi. Perhaps to show them how powerful the Akatsuki relly are.

Until that last panel, no. After the panel, no. He's going to go out like a badass and not some punk though. Who know's, maybe he gets the scroll from a potentially weakened Gai.

When I read the spoiler and saw he bit his tongue, I was thinking it was very anti-climactic. Now that he has broken free I'm hoping we can see at least a last resort jutsu... kinda like deidra.

or he needs to do a jutsu like deidara that kills him with all the others
or madara will come to his rescue.

I say he will die by Naruto or Gai. If he lives thats because of Madara. But I think that memory they showed was a memory that snaps him back to reality. Also I think he will a self kill everyone jutsu like me(Deidara)
