He has chakra,but it's disturbed through one of the 5 senses,Sasori has no senses.

Sasori hears, sees, talks, molds chakra, has a chakra network.There is no reason to believe he is immune to genjutsu, people just assume it because his parts are in a jar.At this point there is no way to prove he is immune or not.
