will darui and other kage back ups just be support in generations

Unfortunately, yes he and the others will only be support. Which makes no sense since he has shown more than characters like Karin have but yet she is playable.

Kakuro and Temari will be in the game. The version from Storm 1 and from Storm 2. We haven't seen enough of Darui to know what he can do in the anime, and that is what the game is based off.

Storm Generations will have over 16 support only characters. It doesn't say that anywhere, but if you think about it - 10 supports from Storm 1 DLC + some of the bodyguards from anime.
