This is the order for me
Tsunade (the medical kit, healed Gaara and Ohnoki at the arrival, fought Madara using her Byakugou techniques and then healed the Kages as soon as she was healed)
Ohnoki (fought his former sensei, fought Madara and destroyed all the Madara clones)
Gaara (fought in the war against his father, Mizukage and then Madara, also saved Mei from the Madara clones when his own hands were full)
Mei (fought against the Black Zetsu, fought Madara)
A (fueling his rage in the HQ, fought Madara and got caught under a Genjutsu)

If it weren't for Gaara, Oonoki and the whole Sand Village would be dead right now.

Gaara is the reason the Kages are arriving so early... because of his Sand Clouds.

Gaara is the one who is doing most of the job.

in the battle against Madara, I'd say it's Tsunade
she healed all of them and kept them alive,

Gaara, he seal fourth kazekage, Muu, Second mizukage. That alone put hime over other kages. In madara fight the kage did pretty equal to each other. Exept Mei and A. So Gaara did the most, second is Onoki and third is tsunade. But they won't survive that long without each other. Even one of the kages mising they would lose quick.

Neither, theyre all fodder. It took all 5 of them fighting at once to just land a punch on one guy and still got thoroughly owned with little effort. Pitiful.

Yes very very true Tsunade did really many many things during the fight
She and oonoki where badass during the fight
But gaara did also a great job during the whole arc

Yes she was cut in half and still summoned katsuyu and healed the kages all the time
She boosted oonokinwith chakra
I also gave it to oonoki and tsunade
