Gaara.

He actually sealed his dad, help seal Muu, sealed second mizukage. He had done the most out of the gokage.

Onoki would have died if it wasn't for Gaara.

Ay because he helped coordinate the Alliance forces. Gaara because he helped take out some key edos. Onoki helped with some edos I think, and the first Tengai Shinsei, but got dealt with by the second one, but he was helped full with other things.


...I didn't notice Tsunade do anything, except help fight Madara, in which she and the other Kage got fodderized. Mei helped in the attack on the 5K Summit, but idk what else.

I'd go with Oonoiki or Tsunade.

Oonoiki supplied the much needed will power. His Jinton also served key during several of Madara's large scale attacks.

Tsunade played key medic and helped power up one of Oonoiki's Jinton.



But I'm going to have to go with Oonoiki for breaking through Hashirama's forest.

Oonoki and Gaara are tied for the most useful. They all had their moments. Considering Hashi is on the battlefield, I would expect Tsunade to have a bigger role than the rest.

honestly Tsunade. Kept Kages from dying and did the most damage to Madara, as he admitted when he said she was stronger than A, and when Madara first popped up she was the first Kage not on the battlefield to grow a pair of balls to confront him. A had doubts, Mei was with the feudal lords, and Oonoki was getting his rear handed to him.

These guys r only useful among the Kages during the war arc

They all were equally useless and got spanked by Madara but the one Madara went after was the Tsuchikage because he kept the other kages morality up and I'd say Tsunade because she did the most damage.

It's Onoki or Tsunade.

I lean to Tsunade because she gave them the ability to actually last the fight with Madara longer. She is the best support.

She replenished and healed them previous to fighting. During the battle she had made an opening. She also helped Onoki power his attacks late game. She deserves to be the MVP.


Reason for Onoki being strong second IMO he was the motivation for everyone his will even made Madara want to take him out.

Good question! Better than the 'who was the most useful kage during the madara fight' questions we constantly get. The only thing I'm certain on is that A was the least useful - be just did not contribute in any way that I can think of. Gaara sealed the 2nd Mizukage and performed moderately well against Madara. Mei, despite being as helpful, if not more helpful than Gaara during the madara fight is out since she didnt do much else. We never got to see the zetsu fight and its not like he was trying to kill Mei's squad - just distract them. Onoki and Tsunade really shined during the Madara fight. But since this question is based on the Arc itself, I gotta go with Gaara. The kage, despite Tsunade and Onoki's great performance were unable to defeat Madara but Gaara also made other contributions like sealing his dad.

Onoki, he made the meteor light enough to reduce the damage and save the Kage. No one would have lived without him.
