Also you've got it wrong. Nagato was manipulated by Obito and he was a villain in the beginning, he realized his mistakes and fixed them after Naruto tnj'd him. Itachi did all this with clear mind, it was his own decision and he wasn't forced to do it, Danzo gave him choice.
