Yamato looked surprised because he knew that Sakura was up to something, he knows that Sakura is Naruto's first love, and that Sakura knows this too, and he also knows that Sakura doesn't love Naruto that way so he was about to get off in that ass because he's got my main man Naruto's back.

You damn right it would be the bizzneez I couldn't imagine a more fitting action for Sakuras lies she doesn't love Naruto the way she says and we all know this so yeah or i would hit her with the multiple slap a hoe no jutsu qaudrupal bark to the melon biaatch
because he could tell what sakura was saying was a buch of crap she only told him that so he would not feel obligated to try and save sasuke becasue of the promise of a life time he made to her that whole scene was stupid i mean sakura could of a least talked to him alone

It's being set up for all of the generation that grew up with Naruto and remember him as the nieve little idiot to wake up and smell the coffee. The Kibas, Rock lees ect. who seem to not have the understanding of where Naruto is mentaly they will see his growth and once again Naruto will establish his new found prowess to his upcoming generation and Sakura and co will finally acknowledge Naruto for the shinobi that he is. I mean yeah, people know Naruto is the savior of konoha more than once but his generation have yet to really soak it up but Naruto in front of his large audience will make his point and they will be in awe.
