hi guys, we all know that Minato was feared during the third worldwar,to ther extent that flee-on-sight orders were issued by the rival villages when they encounter him.

my question is, why didn the kages of the rival villages of that time(3rd raikage,Onoki,Yagura etc) never confronted Minato?

Because they were stupid. I believe that third raikage would have beaten him.

Kages don't usually go to war. And Minato wasn't Hokage yet.

It was suicide to do so. Not one of them has a jutsu which could hit minato. All minato needed to do was summon a toad and they'd all be in a bind while he blitzes around the place with his massive rasengans. It was suicide to fight the guy without backup since he could appear at your back (Where you can't see) in an instant. You'd get stomped. A good example is what happened to Ay. If bee wasn't there, ay would have been severely injured or killed - Assuming minato had intent to kill, of course.

The Flee on sight order was a protection for anyone who wasn't A S-Class level shinobi fighting him with a team. It'd be impossible to hit him if you weren't, and it'd be highly unlikely you'd even survive.

This is a silly question?Kage usually don't go into battle;they are the leaders of their respective villages. If a Kage was to die in battle, the village would be weaken leaving it wide open for attack. You saw Minato fighting during the third Great Shinobi War, did you see the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi out there on the battle field? Jonin, Chunin, and even genin sometimes fight in wars, Kages don't except for The Fourth Shinobi War which is different from any other war in the history of the Shinobi war.

Probably because they were scared and wise enough not to provoke him.XD:win:

They're not odama rasengans, but they're a tad bit bigger than normal rasengans, and they pack a bigger punch.

Id also say, that third raikage would beat him...

That'd be impossible since they'd never be able to hit him.

Not one of any of the Kage at that time had a jutsu that could killed Minato? Talk about being a fanboy of the highest degree.Onoki's Dust Release could kill Minato. Now you would say Minato is too fast to be hit by it, but how would Minato attack Onoki who could fly above the clouds. And Dust release has ridiculous range.Third Raikage was extremely fast, not as fast as Minato, but fast. His hell Stab could easily kill Minato, and Minato has yet to show a jutsu that could killed the Third Raikage because only the Third Raikage own Hell Stab has been shown to penetrate his shield. Now only that, the Third Raikage chakra is tail beast level, so Minato would run out of chakra long before the guy who fought a thousand shinobis for three days would. Now some might used the , Naruto hitting of the Third Raikage arm with his Rasengan as some sort of way to penetrate the shield, but we must take note that the Third Raikage was being control an wasn't fighting of his own free will;meaning he wasn't fighting the way he Normally would. As for Yagura, we only know of three jutsu from him, but seeing as he was a perfect jinchuriki I can assess he was extremeyl strong.

Is your brain on?Minato was a Jonin with his own team that consisted of Obito, Rin, and Kakashi.Do you not read the Manga or watch the anime.
