Sakumo Hatake, Konoha's White Fang. Why wasn't he revived?

Was it because of his waning strength after becoming depressed, or that his original strength wasn't good enough -- or possible his mental effect on enemies would be too minimal to matter? The latter two, I personally cannot see being the reasons.

Considering his apparent praise from Minato and power considered to surpass that of even the Sannin(Source from Narutopedia)

Sorry if this has been brought up before--- but what do you all think?

Remember when Kakashi nearly died ?

He had a short convo with his Father and Sakumo's Soul was put to peace.
yeah it must be impossible now
and even if it's possible I don't think kishi would do such thing
because sakumo already had his moment bringing him back would ruin everything now

Honestly Kabuto summoned far too many shinobi as it is...I would have preferred more shinobi we've heard of rather than ones we had never heard of.

I made a thread exactly like that a while ago
The most popular answer was that he couldn't find DNA because as a disgraced shinobi, he didn't get a funeral but an incineration instead
