That was in part 1 if he really was still the strongest his name should have been metioned atleast once by Kabuto but who got all the praise.....it was Hashirama because his the strongest.

Kabuto only has interest in powerful abilities why would he mention hiruzen? A fodder who has mastered every fodder move out their. No god like abilities there so kabuto has no interest. But I have to admit for a human who is not a direct descendant of the sage of six paths, hiruzen was a boss. But being a top shinobi is one thing but god like landscaping abilities is another.
